Worst pedicure ever! I didn’t get to soak at all, just a dip and then they went straight to my cuticles which didn’t get a chance to soften so it was a but rough. Barely scrubbed my feet and when I asked for a little more scrub, the used cuticle clippers on the balls of my feet! No base coat was used and the polish looked like crap. I made them redo 2 toes twice! They weren’t even busy but they rushed me out in just over 30 min.

Technician was funny and sweet. He repaired broken nails from a previous nail company in Columbus I had went to and changed my polish for only $ 15. Receptionist is very sweet also and made sure I was taken care of.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Hands down the WORST experience at a nail salon. I get my nails (stiletto shape) filled every 2 weeks. Making the mistake of coming here out of convenience, I had to GET UP AND LEAVE HALF WAY THROUGH because the nail tech cut them too short and has the audacity to tell me that he COULDN’T fix it. Not to mention he sarcastically remarks, «Why you want this shape anyway? Do you think it look good?» Why yes, I do and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Rude.
Update: went to Ambiance in Hyde Park immediately thereafter, they laughed and fixed what the nail tech @ L&T said he «couldn’t do». I have my stiletto nails back :-)

If you’re looking for cheap nails that look okay from a distance, go here. I had a full set done with gel. The nails were about 4x as thick than they’re supposed to be and the technician couldn’t even get the gel on the entire nail. I went to a better place down the street and he took my hand, laughed at my nails, told me it looked like it was the technicians first time ever doing a full set, and had his co-​workers come and look at how awful they were. Let’s just say I’ll never be returning.
