If you order carry out expect to wait for your food forever. They told me 20 – 25 minute wait. I came 35 minutes later, waited for my food for 30 minutes and walked home. For a total of well over an HOUR. Terrible service

Me and my girlfriend are visiting Cincinnati. We decided to leave our hotel and run to the nearest Buffalo wild wings for some great food. Upon arrival we were seated instantly and was told that Chris would be our server. Chris started the night out great by taking our order smoothly and explaining everything to us. We simply ordered two different things of wings and one appetizer as well as two waters. It took 35 minutes for the food to come out and the appetizer came out with the main wings cold. We were short for the side dressings that we had requested for and had asked for water napkins and additional sauces, but they never came out. We then again asked him a second time as we watched him walk past Our empty water glasses leaning on the edge of the table. After being fed up with this long enough we noticed a manager standing at the host stand. We confronted the manager Michelle and went over all the issues we had faced during our dining experience. She apologized for everything and said that she would figure out what happened. No discount was taken off the bill no action was taken and no additional apologies were left as we payed full price for awful service. I would really appreciate to see management stepping up and handling situations with their customers. She didn’t even have the decency to run the check to our table. She told us if we were ever back in town to come back in with service like this why would we ever do that

Terrible service and management.
Been going here for two years and never thought I would need to write a review. Last few times have been horrible. Last night my girlfriend and I went here. There were only three other tables in the whole place, it was dead. Our server took our food order at 6:50, one appetizer and one set of wings. 40 minutes went by and our server didn’t come back once. So I approached the manager and told her to cancel out order. She told me to hold on and five minutes later she never came to talk to me, so we got up and left. Nobody made an attempt to stop us and apologize or even explain why our server didn’t come back one time to ask if we needed anything, or why the manager ignored us. Terrible service and felt disrespected by management and workers. I live near campus and from now on will be driving the extra distance to the Newport location.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but my goodness this is by far the worst one I have ever been too. Terrible service, terrible management. One of their two main TVs at the bar has had awful picture for nearly half a year and nobody seems to care. If you want good wings and TVs head down to keystone, if you want terrible service stop by here.

The food is fine and the staff is friendly, but I shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes to get my meal.

Average good but takes forever. Been there a few times for lunch and it always takes 30+ minutes just to get your food after you order.

This is a place to come and get some beers. If you want wings go to a different location because this location does not have the standard of any of other Buffalo Wild Wings locations.
Went outside to smoke and she looked at us like we were not going to pay her for our bill.

Well one could guess by the overall rating of this place what my review will be. I frequented this location for 4 years while in college. The hostess consistently profiles African American patrons and they once had a awkward policy of forcing individuals to put their credit card on file to be able to dine there. I think the student staff are usually nice and cordial as well as the bartenders.

I ate wings here for the first time 3 years ago for dinner. The next morning around sunrise I was one foot in the grave in the bathroom for a few hours.

I waited my food for 30 mins, then they told be I only have wait for 15 mins more. Then after another 30 mins, they told me I have to wait for another 15 – 25 mins! WTF!?? I was so angry and have to cancel my order, the most angry part is they do not even feel sorry! I would never come here again!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings just as much as the next person and the food itself is great. It was Boneless Thursday. So it wasn’t as busy as tuesdays are. The service however, leaves very much to be desired. They were quite understaffed and had one poor server doing about 14 tables and the event captain is very rude & impatient. So the wait time between seeing my server was maybe 10 – 15 minutes. Would I eat here again? Yes. Would I dine in again? Definitely not. Just call your order in & choose takeout.

This place is always crowded & so full of life. Service won’t be very quick, but who cares when you are in a large group enjoying a game? I’ve tried all the level of hotness in wings. For Indian taste, the best is mango habanero as wild & blazing has too much sourness.

I’ve had terrible service from this place. Several times I have gone in and had my order messed up. I only knew that it was messed up because after sitting around for FORTY MINUTES I asked what the hold up was. No one decided that maybe it’d be a good idea for us to know we’d have to sit around for an extra thirty minutes while the cooks fixed their mistake. We didn’t even get a discount after waiting around for so long. Obviously they don’t understand what customer service is, or how to make a simple order correctly. You can get plenty of food around Clifton that is just as good if not better

I’m a regular here. 9 times out of 10 I have great service and no problems with my food!
I generally go either for lunch (when they have lunch deals) or on Thursdays for their deals on boneless wings. I like to either sit at the bar and chat with the bar tender or play trivia on their portable touch screens.
I like how they now have leaders going around offering samples of drinks or the sauces. If you’re unsure on a sauce ask for a sample and they’ll bring you some fries to try it with! I also recommend signing up for their email list to get coupons. They are worth using.
Also, the one time I’ve had minimal sauce on my wings, I just asked for more on the side. I’ve noticed puerile commenting on that. Like I said, here most of the servers are nice so they’ll help you out. Just ask!

Great service, fantastic food (if you’re like me and prefer 90% of what you eat deep fried). My only complaint is it’s not cheap. If you go on boneless Thursday or wing Tuesday expect a long wait for food, regardless of the quantity you order.

This is for the excellent service we received at the bar. My husband and I came here for happy hour which were great deals.

$ 4.00 for selected appetizers on the menu (My husband got the Southwest loaded chips which is home-​style potato chips loaded with creamy queso, fresh tomato, pico de gallo, southwestern ranch dressing and fresh cilantro. Which he enjoyed very much.
The gentleman/​bartender was very attentive, friendly, and very quick at refilling waters and alcohol. It’s been a while since we received excellent service at a bar.
Restaurant and bathroom clean.
Plenty of seating and Televisions everywhere to watch sports/​games.
Located in Clifton across the street from shell gas station and Urban Outfitters.
Parking– Street or Garage.

I like bdubs, but just to do everyone a favor. the service ay this location is consistently terrible. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt for having busy evenings but they are always slow to get orders out, the servers never check up on your table, and call-​in orders for carryout are never successful for me. I hate to say this, but I am always disappointed here.

The nice thing about this place is its proximity to the UC campus. It’s literally right next to it, on the bordering street. The bad thing, is its bad food quality. Everytime I order here the food is either hard or cold, like it has been sitting out for too long. Find somewhere else to get you buffalo wing fix, if you can. It’s not worth the price here, ever.

BW3’s is a chain I only learned about 4 years ago. As chains go, I think it’s pretty decent. It is most definitely a sports bar with all kinds of events on various TV’s assaulting you from every angle. If this is what you a. come for, or b. appeals to you no matter the time of day, this is probably a prime reason to come to BW3’s. For me, it’s often a distraction to others, as I find myself able to ignore it; I’m there for some food. (Though to their credit, I will forever be indebted to them for carrying a Duck game– University of Oregon– last season that was not televised… BW3 for the win there!).
On the off chance that you’d still like a distraction/​activity but aren’t a sports fan, there is a trivia module you can get and play with other guests in the restaurant. I have to admit, it can be fun… but maybe I just don’t ‘need’ anything else with food. I’m a purist in that way I suppose. Options… I won’t fault them there.
So, the food… I actually think it’s pretty good. It isn’t gourmet, it isn’t deluxe, but it’s always been solid in my experience and there are a good number of options to fit your needs. It may all ultimately fall under the category of ‘sports bar food’, but that doesn’t have to mean greasy, stale, overly salted, or flavorless here. My favorites are the buffalitos (chicken tacos with chips vs fries), the pulled pork sliders (side of fries), or the flat bread pizzas. I once had a burger which was good… but pretty standard. The pretzel appetizer is great. Oh and It might be obvious, but I’ll add that chicken (bone, non, no breading) are a likely reason people come here, as well. There are specials all week… but chicken on the bone totally freaks me out… so I go with the entrée version of the ingredient.
One thing I will say about this location on the UC campus is that it is casual, VERY casual. We were trying to figure out who would have us after a volleyball game (in our gym clothes) and we actually fit right in here. We were maybe overdressed compared to the younger clientele in sweats and sandals. Hmm… who knew? It was also hockey playoffs so there were a lot of jerseys in our midst. Casual isn’t a bad thing, but it’s good to know what you’re getting into.
Buffalo Wild Wings is a solid choice for non-​greasy bar food, chicken that you can add spice level based on the sauce, or to catch a game. This location is on a college campus, so be warned… it’s college-​y. Not a bad thing, just good to know in advance.

Best Bdubs in Cincinnati I’ve eaten in! Our server, Julia is great! Friendly but not familiar. Quick with refills. Food was fast but most important, it was perfectly cooked! Managers visiting tables. And mascot was out socializing with guest. A cool experience!
While there were 2 tvs/​big screens not working, there were plenty to watch. Basketball and rugby everywhere they eye landed.
Great, and I mean GREAT Chicken wings! Better than any other in Cincinnati for sure. Almost as good as ones I’ve had in Clearwater, FL BWW and Meridian, Idaho BWW’s. BUT DEFINITELY BEST JOB IN CINCINNATI!
