Domino’s Pizza

Ordered from the Renaissance Hotel for delivery after the 21 Pilots concert… Delivered in 30 minutes hot and as ordered. Thank you!

Orders can take several hours to arrive. Unacceptable location, better to go with another store.

I literally waited 45mins to receive 2 slices of pizza. Their were people who came in 10−20mins after me received theirs before I did and the employees cursing and arguing when all I wanted was 2 slices of pizza. Smh, I love domino’s, but not this one.

So apparently dominos #2681 allows employee to steal from customers. Stay away from 2681 DT cincinnati Ohio. My order came up to 18.47 and my card was charge 25.00 dollars attempted to resolve with local owners no return call and corporate will not get involved cause it’s a franchise. Just stay away this location if you value your money.

We’ve ordered multiple times from this Domino’s. The first time, the order was over an hour late. When we called they didn’t apologize and only said that they’re running behind. This is the second time, and again the order is over 30 minutes late. We’ve currently been on hold with the store for 10 minutes without an answer. We will not be ordering from Domino’s again.

This is a very interesting Domino’s location. When you walk in, the wall on your left is covered with large TV screens. One of them shows the name of the customer as well as the progress of the customer’s order. Looking into the kitchen, I observed several large vertically-​oriented computer monitors with sales data and productivity statistics for each employee. Oddly enough, it was reminded me of the time I interviewed at a trading company in Chicago. I’m not sure why Domino’s employees need up-​to-​the-​minute information about their productivity, but it was certainly interesting to watch.
Outside of the store, they had a sign stating that any steak hoagie was only $ 5. I wasn’t in the mood for pizza, so I ordered the bacon and cheddar steak hoagie. The hoagie was surprisingly large and tasty. However, it was clear that the meat in the center of the sandwich was more mystery meat and less steak. At any rate, I didn’t choose to investigate that mystery, and I just enjoyed the sandwich instead.
All of the employees in the store were really friendly, and they prepared my food in a timely manner.
If you are in Downtown Cincinnati and want a quick, cheap meal, this particular Domino’s location fits the bill well.

Well. We ordered an hour ago and after waiting the 20 minutes they said it would take their phone is no off and taking messages. Terrible. Unreliable.
