They suck. Terrible service. Nobody cares. One time chicken sandwich & he said it tasted like a fish sandwich. Save your $!

I guess I was in the mood to waste money today, so I went to this location. One out of every ten visits the food is actually correct, everything I ordered is in the bag and there is actually meat on my sandwich. Today, I wasn’t lucky. It was around 11, I figured I may get the«new» batch of food as they prepare for the lunch crowd. I decided against my better judgement to try. I was quickly reminded of the reasons why I do not like going to this Arbys. 1) they made«fresh» mozzarella sticks, which was the explanation for my long wait. They wasn’t even hot for being fresh. 2) My bun for the beef and cheddar was burned. The onions on top had a foul flavor. I guess it was under the heat lamp too long or something. This has been happening a lot. 3) burned fries. They just stopped serving breakfast… how are the fries burned?! 4) ordered a cup of cheese for the fries. Didn’t get it as usual. 5) three pieces of roast beef on my far too expensive beef and cheddar. Basically, the prices are a joke considering the amount of food they give in return. The fries are always burned and the meat is just the absolute worst(either three pieces or totally dried out). I’m done Eastgate Arbys. I’m done.

Almost everytime I have been through the drive thru, they forget something or get the order wrong. They also gave me a hard time when I asked to use coupons. There are better Arby’s out there.

VERY Slow during A Sunday lunch 10÷27÷13. But nice folks. Must be mgt cutting corners.
