Arby’s

Wow — placed an order, of average size we a assumed, less than 30 minutes ago via the drive thru. Were asked to pull ahead to wait. For 3 sandwiches and 2 sides. Obviously pulling away and driving home with the food without checking was a huge mistake. The food was wrong, tasted old, and we received no sauce packets. I love Arby’s generally — but, this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Maybe it was an off night? Or maybe they’re only good at lunch time? I have no idea, but I would suggest that if u want good, hot food the way you order it… Skip the Arby’s. There are 30+ other choices surrounding you… If you decide to chance it again, good luck! I hope your food is/​was better than ours… Have to go cook dinner now, which is what I was trying to avoid! Thanks Arby’s!
