Frisch’s Big Boy Restaurant

We drove through Friday evening, (⁷⁄₁₈) and as we normally don’t do fast food, it had been quite a while since we have tried Frischs,. I kept our ticket because both our meals were so horrendous, I want to remember NEVER to go back. I ordered a tuna sandwich and added lettuce and tomatoes. My lettuce was all white and core… inedible…and my tomato slice had a big black spot directly in the center of it… had to be tossed. You cannot tell me that whomever put that sandwich together did not notice this. Besides the rotten lettuce and tomato, my sandwich was slathered in mayo… virtually inedible all the way around. Hubby got a Big Boy, which was cold, stale and dried out bun. We had hoped that eating there might be a tastier alternative to a burger, but definitely never again. Our ticket says they would appreciate our suggestions… so how about this… Next time I order, I need to be specific, no rotten veggies, no mayo, no burned bread.

Been going here for as long as I can remember — 10 or plus years and its always been solid service, solid food, and solid wait time for a table. I usually get the big boy with onion rings and that is top notch. This place is a great place to eat.

I got a salad trying to be healthy… bad idea. Nothing was fresh and it was completely covered with cheese. I accidentally got the one with bacon bits, and it had more bacon in it than lettuce. Can’t a guy eating healthy for once?
