Starbucks

I do not understand the negative reviews here because my experience has been nothing but positive. I began going here because it is near my part-​time job, and the store always has dark roast late into the day, while other stores do not. Customarily, I am there for the afternoon and evening shifts. The baristas are always friendly and smiling. They talk to me, know me by name, and we always chat. Each visit is a pleasure! I go at least four times a week and the service is consistently good. Personally, I favor stores without a drive-​thru, but this store is a good stop for reading or studying because most of the business is drive-​thru, so the dining area is usually quieter. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I go to this Starbucks at least twice a week since I work from home. It’s a great place to get some work done, and their drinks are pretty standard for Starbucks. My biggest complaint is that there are always about 10 flies buzzing around. I understand that when you have food around, flies will come. What I don’t understand eat and is why they don’t have some kind of a trap for them. Get rid of the flies!!!
They could also definitely use more seating, but then again, it’s a fairly small Starbucks. I travel a lot for work so I see Starbucks locations all over the country.

The one on Western is a much better atmosphere and more friendly and professional. The lady at the register was aggravated to be working. The trash is also overflowing.

The last three times I’ve been to this Starbucks they have not said hello to me as I walked in or when I placed my order and then not say thank you when I made my purchase or picked up my coffee. This is basic customer service and they just don’t seem to get it.

I will never go to this Starbucksagain! I’m a 73 year old grandmother and visit a Starbucks everyday. I recently stopped at this location with 2 of my grown grandsons… purchased 3 different coffees. Paid with my phone app and left. I had driven a few blocks before taking a drink of my triple. Venti …Carmel latte… it had no carmel. One of my grandsons ordered a Venti mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot… it had no mocha and no expresso. The Under tow for my other grandson was perfect. When we noticed the error we went back thru the drive thru explaining the mixup… the girl that waited on us took the drinks, handed them to another worker and this girl came to the window saying that we got what we ordered and they couldn’t put things back in the blender because of our «spit» in the drinks. We asked if they could just add the carmel and expresso and mocha without blending them… we could mix them. She took the drinks and we thought that’s what she did. We drove away. .tasted our drinks and still no carmel in the latte… they had added it to the Frappuccino. .I called them and she all but called me a liar… I’ve never been treated so disrespectful!

My best Starbucks experience in OKC! Great service during morning hours.
Unfortunately, I’ve come to expect average service at Starbucks stores in NW OKC but this place has been a pleasant surprise in the mornings. I go slightly out of my way to visit this particular location. They are friendly and quite fast considering how busy they are.

Seatles most famous purveyor of coffee does it again. WIth a drive-​thru, patio, and large indoor seating section they have a seat (or lane) for you! Your biggest decision here is whether you want that drink frozen, shaken, frothed, foamed, skinny, or soy.
Dont forget to bring your favorite electronic device, they have FREE WIFI TOO!

they will give me my venti blonde roast with a little soy and peppermint. they do it with a smile and quickly, and it’s right on the way to work. i like to support my local, but some mornings i just need my peppermint, and this place is friendly and tasty.
