Food: 5⁄5 Service: 4⁄5 Cleanliness: 5⁄5 Décor & Style: 5⁄5 The service was slightly slow, but that is mostly in due to ordering a Brisket pasta dish. The Deluxe Original Sandwich has not changed, so still amazing as always. The Brisket Pasta dish is only par. My mistake for ordering a pasta dish at Schlotzky’s. Schlotzsky’s still has one of the best sour dough breads around. Love the sandwiches and pizza’s here! Overall good customer service(except they ran out of forks and she had to find some in the back), clean, nice environment.

This used to be such a good little sandwich shop. Now it seems like they can’t get our order right.

Only gave them a star because there’s no 0. I arrived and the server gave me attitude as I ordered and continued to do so as I got to the window. I handed them back my food 3TIMES because they couldn’t get it right for their live. As I handed my food back I got a nice OMGWHATEVER from the server giving me attitude the whole time BTW her name is LEXIE. When I got home I noticed that they still didn’t have my order right! I called the store pretty upset to leave a complaint and got hung up on. Never had such a witchy service– Correct that W with a B.

Had a great«surprise dinner» — cashier was friendly and attentive, and sandwiches were spectacular, as I have come to expect. I had original, and Ron had Angus beef — I recommend them both. Only thing I didn’t like was lime ginger ale(coke kiosk machine) had an artificial sweetener taste.

The services was exceptionally slow at this restaurant. The cashier ignored the line at the counter for several minutes. Apparently her conversation in the back was more important. One of the sandwich prep guys had to make her turn around to see the line of customers. Then I watched my sandwich be placed in the delivery section and sit there for 5 minutes before the rocket scientist at the register noticed it and delivered it. I watched every staffer walk by the sandwich in oblivion. Obviously it was the invisible employees job to deliver sandwiches. If you want terrible service I can recommend this schlotzsky’s
