KFC

Well, if there were a star lower than One, I would check it. The service at the window of the drive-​up was horrible and rude and, of course, they always demand payment before they hand you your order, then you are at their mercy. To begin with, I ordered about five pieces of chicken. She said, «do you want regular or extra crispy? I said, «extra crispy. She said, «We are out of extra crispy.» The End

No chicken!!! No apoogies!!! Wow. Waited 25 min on a Saturday night at 7:45p to get up to the ordering speaker just find out the only thing we wanted to order, Tenders both plain and the new Nashville flavor, was out and all they were frozen and wouldnt be available to me!?! Really!?! You are a CHICKEN restaurant. How can you have 2 competitors within 200 yds of that dont even cook the chicken until you order it that manage to one, never run out of chicken, but two, get you in and out in under 10 minutes at the most. How poorly of a run store doesnt realize they are running low on such a key menu item?
Not only did they they not have what i am wanting, but after telling me that go straight to is there anything else i would like, no apologies, just is there anything you would like? When I informed him no, all i received was «ok, thank you, have a good night.» I then had to wait another 15 minutes just to get out of the line so i could go across the street to Chickfila.
Im not sure if this is a management issue, as there is review below from almost 2 years ago with the same issue; or if this is an overall KFC issue since we havent had KFC in almost 10 yrs. Either way will never return to this KFC or any other when there are so many other options that are consistently quick and produce the same level of product every time. If you just have to have KFC, i would keep driving until u find another, or chose one of the other 5 options within a mile.

Landing here on a Sat. you would think they would have thought ahead and been prepared… nope. NO CHICKEN!!! no fried chicken. I was told to wait while they made more, why should I wait when they should have some time management in place? but I did and when it was ready they gave it to catering order. I wasn’t happy. took whatever they had (not fried) and left, never to return. not a SORRY, not a free coupon, nothing… Popeyes is 10000x better… run, don’t walk in the other direction.

The food is good but I didn’t even get what I ordered. I ordered lemonade and got orange soda also I ordered boneless chicken and got bone in. I was in a hurry so didn’t check my order before leaving. Still delicious but come on at least get my order right!
