I don’t usually give low ratings but this place just wasn’t good. From walking in the smell wasn’t good. My seat smelled odd. The waitresses were okay but acted as if they’re just hanging out instead of working. My rib meal was served in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately it was cold, hard and just tasted like leftovers. The beans was also cold. Very disappointed.

This place was pretty empty when I stopped in on a Sunday evening but the Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich was good and the service was prompt. For the price this place had a good selection of food and I think I saw an all you can eat special advertised somewhere. I would give it a try if you’re in the area but the locals clearly don’t flock to the place since I overheard the waitstaff talking about how this was the most crowded they had been all weekend and there were only 3 tables occupied including me.

Im out here in OKC on business and decided to try this place. Horrible! I had fried shrimp with hot links, fries and baked beans to go. The shrimp was ok but it has been fried so much the breading was almost black… the hot link was sliced and tasted like plastic sausage coins(very little flavor)…I’m not sure what seasoning they put on the fries but they didn’t even taste like potatoes! The beans weren’t bad, however you could tell they came from a can. The only reason they got 1 star is because I can’t post this review with no stars! Never, ever again

All you can eat ribs and sides. What else do you need to know? The service was excellent, no idea what problems the other reviewers had. Tuesday evening, not too busy. The ribs were tender and flavorful. The sauces were excellent. The sides rocked. The waitress was attentive and humorous. I will return many times. EATHERE!

Worst service ever. Took over an hour to get three peoples food when place was nearly empty. One couple behind us left because it took so long.

I’m sorry nice people who work here, but I’ve had a lot of BBQ in OKC, and this was the weakest. The cole slaw came in a thimble and was flavorless. The brisket had the meat rainbow(I know that it was safe, it just didn’t seem freshly sliced). The sausage was only ok. They have three sauces on the table, hot and mild and vinegar. They were pedestrian. The beans I had were the highlight of the meal, smoky and full of meat with a bit of a spicy kick. The ladies room was freezing on this cold winter day – possibly vented to the outdoors, but a little heat would be nice. With so many, many better choices, I find it hard to imagine returning.

Like most others, went for the all you can eat ribs night(Tuesday). Opted to get both spare and baby backs for $ 15.00. The ribs were great, both types were perfect in my opinion. The sides were generous and the service was very good. Now I only prefer slow smoked ribs over sauce laden grilled style. Look forward to the next visit.

All u can eat baby backs in the Month of May is what got me there. But the Ribs were not that good at all. Had to add BBQ sauce to them to make them taste eatable. The beans were good. Potato Salad, not … Oh well on to the next rib joint in OK.

Honestly, any time you walk into all you can eat ribs, you know it’s going to be a good thing. Unfortunately, I also judge an establishment on their service which proved to be lacking. 5 minutes for drinks, only received 3 out of 4, waiting for straws for another 5 and then finally received the fourth beverage. Big deal, really no but considering we were one of four occupied tables at 1700 hours it was less than mediocre at best. The first round of ribs were great and the sides were good as well. The sausage was packaged and overly greasy so IMO skip it. The second round of ribs seemed to be a totally different quality and smoke. Nowhere near as good as the first. It kind of threw me. We opted for the wild berry and peach cobbler based on the dessert pictures. I think any good BBQ place has at least good banana pudding and cobbler. Both cobblers came out on hot plates and were totally precut microwaveable deals. Completely square, no rise in the crust and filling totally melted and spread on the plate. Obviously the plate and all had been microwaved! Hence the melted filling and totally hot plate. It was piss poor in taste so save the money. If you want ribs and sides, grab a bib. If you want anything else, just stay at home and do it yourself!

We used Unilocal to make the choice to come to the Rib Crib. I’ll start with the pros. The food is good. The ribs were tender and delicious. The fried okra was the best I’ve ever had. You have three different sauces to chose from and can add the sauces yourself. This was great to sample all of them. I gave this three stars because 1. It was all you can eat night(hence typically fast for delivery of food) the food delivery was slow. The place was not packed so that didn’t make sense to us. The tables were dirty. Our waitress kept referring to us as «Honey» and«Sugar». I can take a few honey and sugars but not over and over. The service was bad. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt and thought she must be the only waitress, but there were 3. We would ask for napkins or ranch and she kept forgetting… Other than the service we were please with the food.

I’ve had better ribs but never a better bargain. Tuesday for 12.00 you get all you can eat ribs and sides. Server was excellent. Baby backs were delicious. I thought the St. Louis style were a little tough. Sauces were all good. Cowboy beans were very good. Mac and cheese was ok. All in all a good experience. Prob be back.

WOW! Ignore any negative reviews. What delicious ribs! Juicy, tender, fall off the bone. We were in town for a meeting my husband was attending so I scoured the area to find take out we both wanted to eat after his meeting. I ended up getting ½ a rack of both styles and would have a hard time deciding which to order again. The gentleman at the drive through was very friendly and I could not have been more pleased with our order. It did take a little longer than I expected for drive through but worth the wait.

I was on my way to Taco Bueno since I thought Rib Crib was more of a sit down type place. Taco Bueno looked liked it was closed — empty parking lot, broken drive through sign. Rib Crib was next door and had a drive through so I went there. This is a fast food BBQ place. The ribs were a little dry, but tender. The mild sauce was OK, nothing special. I didn’t care for the coleslaw or the corn/bean salad that I guess they throw in with every order, but these were some of the best onion rings I’ve ever had. That’s one off the list for this trip. Tomorrow I think I’ll try Bunny’s Onion Burgers.
