Pizza Land

if I could give a negative amount of stars, I would.
I ordered a veggie calzone with no onions and a large pepperoni pizza = 40 dollars after delivery charges.
I wouldn’t have even eaten this pizza if it had been free.
we ordered over an hour and a half before it was delivered (it’s sunny, cold, but sunny.) when it got here the order wasn’t right. we got a veggie pizza with extra onions and a pepperoni pizza with cheese barely on half of the slice. (from the middle to the outside)
obviously it was cold, but the crust taste like cardboard and the sauce was not so great. it tasted like tomato sauce out of the can.
i might as well have been given red cardboard paper. it would’ve been closer to the value of 40 dollars rather than this pizza.
if I could advise anyone o this app it would be to not eat this pizza place.

Have order today that beyond bad had chicken fried steak dinner for 13.00 with tax and delv so don’t ever get that you will wish you didn’t

They only get 1 star because you can’t give any lower! We ordered food because the weather was bad & didn’t want to get out. We assumed there would be a delay. Over an hour for delivery.
Food finally arrived instead of the chicken Parmesan pasta sampler we got a chicken sandwich which consisted of bread mayo, lettuce & a bland piece of awful looking chicken. We did get the pasta sampler we ordered. Alfredo, spaghetti & lasagna. It was in a round container which looked like it had been dropped or had fallen in the floor board of the car. The white Alfredo sauce was pink from being mixed with the spaghetti sauce & the lasagna was so burnt you couldn’t chew it.
We called back about the order being wrong they said the misunderstood chicken Parmesan for chicken sandwich. But if we couldn’t eat the sandwich they could bring us the other pasta & it would be at least another hour maybe even longer. Asked if we could just get a refund. They said they can’t give a refund at night has to be when the owner is in. He told us we’d have to call in the morning. We said come back & get the food. The night manager said the roads were too icy to just come back out to pick up food.
We were so hungry & couldn’t find any other place still open to deliver so we tried to eat the food they brought us. The spaghetti sauce tasted like chef-​boy-​ardee! Totally gross & all mixed together. Chicken sandwich had no flavor. These 2 items cost us $ 25.00
We got a hold of the owner the next morning. She told us for a refund she had to have the food brought back the same night. I explained to her they didn’t want to come pick it up. She said they don’t normally give refunds any way. Heard 3 stories about why we couldn’t get our money back. She said we could get another pizza or something delivered for free.
We called back the next night & ordered a pizza they brought us one medium pizza to make up for the bad order. It was already cold & wasn’t great at all.
Trust me unless I’m in the desert & they’re the only ones who will deliver food to keep me from starving to death I’d rather eat a cactus!
