We use to love this location… The past two times we have ordered pizza from here it’s been very disappointing! For a $ 20+ pizza you would expect a bit more. Half the pizza is crust and the toppings are pretty scanty. Definitely not worth the money anymore!

Went there for lunch. I was amaze there was only one wait staff for the whole restaurant. The service is great for only one staff. On the other hand, the food have something to talk about. The fried mushroom was fried to long and taste like rubber. The pasta sauce was like water down. I had to use the marina sauce from the fried mushroom to doctor it up. The side salad had mostly cabbage in it. Not the best food there.

The service was on point, the pizza was really good, and the new chicken parm sandwich was great. It is definitely a place we will be visiting again!

There is a huge debate that has wrecked relationships, separated families, turned friend into foe… and it all stems from the great pizza debate. Granted Oklahoma is the middle ground between the East Coast vs. West Coast flour and sauce war… and for the NY purists… it may be the water too. Then there are even more debates about chain vs. artisan pizzas. Still, having had pies on both coasts and many areas in between, Hideaway is pretty damn good. FoodNetwork has it listed in the 50 best pizza places by state… for you foodie fans. My first experience with Hideaway was the OG in Stillwater when I was in 4-H. Even then I fell in love with this pizza. Now I live down the street from this location and it is a blessing and a curse. What we love. Maui Magic and the Mama Mia Meatball The hubby and I are creatures of habit and consistently order the same pies. I know… sad. But when you love something so much… Maui Magic is the Hawaiian to many: Canadian bacon, cheese, pineapple and mandarin oranges. I order the hand-tossed with extra cheese. I love the balance of sweet and meat with the acidity of the tomato sauce. Good ratio of toppings to crust… and the crust is so good. I will steal any spare nibbled on crust from my husband’s plate. It is so good. Crunchy outside and soft pillow-y inside. David gets the Mama Mia Meatball: meatballs, garlic cloves, red bell pepper and cheese on a hand-tossed crust. This is a substantial pie. They do not skimp on the meatballs. Again, the crust holds up to the toppings but doesn’t detract from the toppings. All toppings are high quality and very tasty. Dinning in is a good option, as this has a pizza/sports bar vibe. The staff is always friendly and gets the food out fast. Quick drink refills and to-go cups are a plus. Also, the pies travel well for pick up. Leftovers heat up nicely… cause the whole point of getting a pizza is to have it later on. I recommend 30 seconds in the microwave then finish off in the oven to crisp the crust. All in all, Hideaway has a good thing going… local story, deep roots, great crust, quality pies, and good service.

It was Sunday evening and the place was buzzing. We were seated at a table about halfway back. We noticed immediately that there was new lighting overhead. It was bright, too bright, and too close. We asked the waitress if she could unscrew the bulb. It was way too hot to touch, so she used several paper napkins to grasp the hot bulb. It looked like she knew what she was doing and had done it before. We suddenly smelled smoke. The napkin was on fire. We all smothered it out. A few minutes later, we noticed a table across on another isle, and two waiters were trying to raise the lamp there. Somehow, they did, and the customers reseated themselves and were praising in approval. This new lighting seems to be way too close to the patrons and too bright– not a comfortable dining experience. I sat with my sunglasses on, not caring caring how odd it looked. We ordered a small pizza with double cheese, Canadian bacon and mushrooms. It was really good. We will go back, but since my eyes are sensitive to so much light, I will be sure to have my sunglasses with me. The waitress said that the lighting has been changed in all the Hideaways. Hum.

This is one of my favorite pizza places. They make the best Greek salad that I have ever eaten, and I love a Greek salad. My favorite pizza is a thin crust half mob boss/Capone and half farmers market with pesto sauce instead of marinara. My son loves the Cimarron. My daughter usually gets just a plain pepperoni pizza. Finally, my wife is a big fan of the pizza of the gods. Whatever you like, Hideaway will have a pizza for you.

One of our favorite early supper places before church choir. Tonight was two baby salads crisp and cold. Splitting the Dagwood sandwich with home made chips. Such a yummy relaxing place at the end of long day.

I had lunch there today. I had a pretty good small personal size pizza. I ate at the bar and the service was great. I will certainly make another visit there at night next time I am in town so I can try the beer selection. Overall not too bad.

Absolutely the best pizza in Oklahoma! My husband and I always choose hideaway when the topic of where do you want to order pizza! The Sicilian is our favorite! But you can never go wrong with classic pepperoni. Also their fried ravioli and cheese sticks are fantastic as well. On a scale of 1 – 10 we give it a 100! Must try if you haven’t yet

Great pizzas and baked ziti. Dining area is clean with plenty of seating. For take outs, I’ve always called in and my order was ready when I walked into the restaurant. Staff is friendly. Go and check this location out.

Hands down my favorite gluten free pizza joint in Okc. On my bad days, this is where I get my pizza! I think their gf pizza is better than their regular pizza according to my mom. I would have to agree from tasting them a few years ago before I discovered my gluten intolerance. Their ingredients are fresh and plentiful, the gf crust doesn’t taste like flavorless rice bread and it’s not piled over with too much cheese which would me sick by the end of the night. The only thing preventing me from making it a five star is the price of the pizza compared to other gluten free pizzas at the other restaurants I have eaten.

So let me just say my experience with Hideaway Pizza as a whole has not been bad, but this particular location is not on my list to visit again! Where to start? I called in a to go order: medium pizza and garlic knots. I was told 25 minutes, I arrived 30 minutes later: a grace period in case anything happened. I checked in with the cashier, I was told my garlic knots were not done that it would be a few moments: NOBIGDEAL! I am a patient person. My patience started wearing thin at about 25 minutes later, and then 20 minutes after that initial 25 minute waiting period I looked around and realized I wasnt the only one fed up with this wait. I understand a dinner rush, that is why I didn’t flip out, that is until ALI decided she was going to meet my disgruntled request to cancel my garlic knots with an attitude. I just wanted my pizza and to be allowed to go home. It was now 815pm and I had finals papers to write, and instead of an apology: a sincere apology, I was greeted with rude comments and eye rolling. Between myself and the five other customers who had been there since right after I arrived, I figured she would be a bit more apologetic and a little less entitled to her attitude. My business will be going to the dominos down the road from now on. I don’t have time for attitudes after I’ve just given you an hour and 15 minutes of my life total! Thanks but no thanks Hideaway.

I have lived in OKC for 3 years now and I have always heard about Hideaway. Well, after 3 years I finally ate here. We ordered 2 pizzas for our group and they came out quickly(not a hard thing when there’s only 3 or 4 other tables to serve). The pizza was good, decent size for a large pizza and its price, but I have to admit it was nothing special. I’ve had better pizza, but I’ve also had worse. After all the rave reviews I’ve heard from people telling me I have to go eat here, my overall impression: mediocre.

My husband and I dine-in quite a bit, but every time we pick-up the service is horrible! They tell you it will be ready in 20 – 25 minutes, but when you get there it’s never ready. I asked the kid at the counter if they had even baked my bread yet and he admitted it was never made. One hour after ordering, I walked out with my food. There are too many kids running the front in without adult supervision. We will continue to dine-in but will be going to revolve pizza kitchen next door for carry-out. The food is delicious but service is less than par.

I’ve been to the original in Stillwater and it is very close in taste and quality, that being said all Hideaway pizza is far too greasy. Too large of pieces for how greasy it is. I really enjoyed the mushrooms though.

Not too bad. Really good pizza and okay beer selection. We went late at night so it was pretty quiet though I imagine this place to be very loud during normal dinner hours based on the number of young high school aged workers.

Having grown up in Stillwater, I’m a huge fan of Hideaway. I had always preferred the original in Stillwater because of the crust. Well, now the Hideaway franchises offer a thin crust which is a very close replication of the original crust. Get some mushrooms with«both sauces»(marinara and creamy Italian) and save some of the creamy Italian for your pizza. It’s the best way to eat Hideaway.

I hadn’t been to Hideaway in quite awhile, so we decided to try this location, which saves me the steering-wheel-chewing experience of NW Expwy traffic(pre-Christmas edition). Getting there via the Kilpatrick was easy, and the restaurant itself is very clean and cozy. My date and I both ordered the«Just a Beginner» salads and split a medium«Mob Boss» pizza. The pizza arrived very hot, and was overall pretty good. I confess to being one of those insufferable NY Pizza Snobs and love a thin crust pizza, but Hideaway’s crust just doesn’t do it for me. It’s more biscuit-y than pizza-y in my opinion, but of course YMMV. My GF loves it, so you might also. Apart from the crust, the rest of the pizza was pretty darned good. I agree that they are a bit pricey. Dinner for two with tip ran to just under $ 35. But if you’re a fan of this iconic Oklahoma pizza joint, that shouldn’t matter too much. The place is really nice, service was great and my GF loved it — so I will probably be back.

Took some pizza to go on a rainy nasty night — pretty good… not the best ever but definitely better than standard delivery pizza! We also had some wings… those were REALLY tasty!
