I really like Fassler Hall. The food and drinks are great! The only thing that holds me back from going there most of the time is that it gets a liiiiitle too crazy for me over the summer. It’s packed! However, if you go earlier in the evening, it’s really enjoyable. Timing is definitely everything with Fassler’s, but going for dinner is never a bad decision.

Blah. I prefer the german bar in Choctaw over this. Service was sub par at best. Food was definitely nothing I couldn’t take out of the freezer and make myself.

The best sausage party I’ve been too! A great thing is that they have ½ priced sausages mon-Thursday from 11 – 1 I think. The environment is just very open and fun. They also have a huge list of beers and drinks, and are pretty decently priced. I’m gonna sound like a weenie, but the grapefruit beer they have there is good.

By far the worst establishment I’ve ever been to, they say they allow dogs yet denied my service dog TWICE and kicked me out because I walked in the bathroom with my dog, which is the entire point of my service dog, to help me through stressfully areas. As I was leaving the waiter decided she would put in one last comment«later asshole» I will never go back, and screw them for not allowing service dog. I wish I could seriously affect their business with this review. If anyone has a service dog or even a dog, do not go there. They will kick you out of their«dog friendly zone» for having a dog.

One of my favorite places to go in OKC! Dog friendly, indoor and outdoor seating, extensive beer menu, great food, good service.

Went here today for the first time. I love the Tulsa Fasslers location but this one disappointed greatly. I ordered what I always did from Tulsa to go and a shot of Jameson. While the staff was friendly(which is why I gave it 2 stars vs 1 star) and accommodating the glassware was FILTHY.(Please check out my photo) I payed for my to go order and promptly threw it away. If you can’t clean barware I’m not excited to see what your kitchen looks like nor am I willing to test my stomach. Really unfortunate and disappointing compared to the Tulsa location

Huge seating areas and plenty of options for beer! Met a few friends here, they had already been drinking. Just stuck with the classic, got a Guinness, it was a bit warm for my liking but it was still good. Also got an order of their duck fries, nothing out of the ordinary really. A few of my friends ordered some cheesecakes, they looked good but i wasn’t really interested. We came here around 7pm on a saturday night. it was packed and loud but the staff were on top of it, wait times for anything in general wasn’t terrible. I saw an area to play outdoor games like corn hole, i think. There’s also a dog park across the street, pretty random. Sidenote: you might end up paying to park.

Fassler Hall is a fun and unique space in OKC. It is spacious enough to accommodate larger groups and mass amounts of patio seekers. The open seating area has both sunny and shaded options which is essential to a great patio in my mind. People bring their dogs which I think is great, and the ping pong tables are another fun addition. The one complaint I have about the design of this place is the ridiculous height at which all the televisions are placed. No matter where you are sitting, watching TV requires Exorcist like neck flexibility to strain back and look up at them. They have a ton of TVs so they obviously want you to watch them, but why they remain in their current position on the walls? No idea… major fail. The food is well done but doesn’t excite me personally. Living in Milwaukee most of my life, I have had my share of beer, sausage, and German food, and thus it takes a lot to impress me on that front. Good beer selection here compared to most OKC spots. If you aren’t drinking beer they do have a full bar and a very very limited wine selection. This place gets busy, really busy, and on occasion I’ve seen it pretty«bro-ed out» so leave your excess testosterone at home to avoid a skirmish. Service is usually pretty attentive but I’ve seen it get spotty at peak hours. This isn’t a spot to be needy, just bring your friends, their dogs, get yourself a giant beer and chill.

The set up is awesome, especially for summer time. Garage doors that open up to the patio and an awesome patio with tons of picinic tables. They have a small select menu and local pies from The Pie Junkie(yum!) I went with my best friend Ashley for beers and brats. They have a solid gold beer selection, with seasonal beers on tap. I had my favorite, Prairie Bomb a delicious Okie brew, and Ash the hefeweizen. We both had food, each of us little piggies, I had a brat($ 6) and a Chicago style frankenfeuter($ 6) and she a brat and cheddarwurst($ 6.50). As a fine German girl myself I am a real snob about saurerkraut and theirs was on point. The frankenfeuter had great flavor and awesome green neon relish. In addition their staff is super. Love them. They have ping pong tables and cornhole out on the patio(which is also dog friendly). Everyone should check it out, it’s a fun place!

A Wednesday evening meetup at Fassler Hall gave me the chance to enjoy some authentic German food. I ordered a CheddarWurst and Potato pancakes. German cuisine is known for its mildness and earthy flavors. The CheddarWurst was a fine example of this kind of food. The kraut add on was a dry but mild treatment seasoned with copious pepper. I don’t eat much Sauerkraut but I found theirs to be excellent. The potato pancakes were served with a delicious apple sauce. It was a pure tasting example of ground up apples that made me like apple sauce again. The potato pancakes themselves were thin rounds of perfectly battered and fried potato deliciousness. The selection of beers is extensive and very unique. It’s a good place for a party or casual meet up.

Beer me! Fassler hall is my favorite place to go grab a beer. Mostly because they have the Radler, which has grapefruit flavor. To me, it tastes like drinking alcoholic lemonade. I love it! I’m told that it is not like a traditional Radler in Germany, but I don’t care because it’s delicious. As far as the food goes, I’ve had the habanero chicken sausage.(Awesome) And I’ve had the Lamb sausage that comes on a pita.(Also great) The pretzels are also good. The one thing I don’t like is that the Brussels spouts are served cold. They are just weird. Other positive notes: They have Pie Junkie pies by the slice. They have happy hour mini brats and mini hot dogs.

I LOVE this place! Always a great time. The sausage sampler, duck fat fries and pretzel are my favorite. I love that my Golden Retriever can sit on the patio with me(and everyone loves on her!). Quickly becoming my favorite, over McNellies! They have, by far, the best patio in OKC. Parking can be tight, but just Über anyway, if you’re going to be drinking.

Considering that I’m not a huge beer drinker, it’s truly impressive that this place is my FAVORITE bar in all of OKC. Yup! Congratulations Fassler Hall. No bullshit. Good German beer by the draft. Don’t order wine! Or a cocktail. You assholes. Tons of people. Diverse crowd, the quality and variety beats the expectations for this city. The seating options are enormous and are all awesome! There are stools, there are benches, there are just about every permutations of those, with views, without views, by the bar, inside, outside, you name it! Plenty of parking and good prices. I don’t even know why I bother to go anywhere else.

If you’re looking for a solid selection of German beer and a tasty brunch or dinner, I would highly recommend visiting Fassler. It quickly became one of my go-to spots in the area! The chicken schnitzel sandwich has earned the title of my favorite chicken sandwich in the city. The sleepover platter is another one of my favorites. The platter contains every kind of fried finger food the kid in you could ever wish for! Tater tots, chicken nuggets, taquitos… Yeah, it’s perfect for a late night snack(after a few drinks, of course). Not to mention the duck fries or giant pretzels… are you interested yet? Fassler’s environment is so unique to the city. Located on the second floor of the building, there is a giant bar surrounded by tables inside. This area is opened up to an outside patio that hosts even more space. Think, long picnic tables, and city views. They have fans to cool you down in the summer, and a fireplace to warm you up in the winter. The space is large and open so it doesn’t feel crowded like a regular bar even when it gets busy. There are even ping pong tables! The only challenge I’ve faced at Fassler has been on the weekends. It tends to take a lot longer for service at the bar or from the kitchen — but I expect that and it has never kept me from going back!

Yay! I’m a fan. Fassler flooded my brain with memories of my family in my grandparent’s «Bavarian room.» Long wooden tables, benches, and making friends the biergarten way. I started with beer. I know you didn’t see that coming, but I’m all about the surprises, so I went with beer. So did my friend. The sausage was greasy, but good. I tried out the pretzels and had a huge piece of awesomely strange pie. It had so many things in it, all of the things really. It had a lot of chocolate things and some crunchy things, delicious things. I loved that pie. That pie got you an extra star, Fassler. I’d go here again.

Had lunch at Fassler with some buddies on a Monday. As others note, this place is huge. It’s got a ton of seating at the bar, a ton of seating inside, and a ton of seating outside. I love the garage doors, which can be opened when the weather’s nice or closed when it’s not. When we went, the weather was nice, so a couple of the doors were open, which let in a nice breeze. Additionally, I found the place very clean. We just ate lunch, so I have no idea how it is during a busy evening, but it was nearly spotless during my visit. We were immediately approached by a friendly server for our drink orders. She was great throughout our hour or so eating. We never had to ask for refills, and she was very quick with additional condiments, napkins, whatever. Very pleased with the service. To eat, I went with the sausage sampler. Be advised, this is 3 complete sausages served with a side of sauerkraut. I thought I would be getting sausage pieces, but it was 3 full sausages. So, I shared some with the table. I went with the traditional bratwurst, the lamb, and the jalapeño cheese. My favorites, in order: jalapeño cheese, lamb, bratwurst. This isn’t to say the bratwurst was bad, it was a quality brat. But, the jalapeño cheese was fantastic. You tasted the heat, but weren’t overwhelmed. They got a nice char on the outside, so the exterior was slightly crispy. And, the cheese flavor tasted like real cheese, rather than processed or chemically. I’d order all 3 again. I also ordered a side of pickled jalapenos for 50 cents. These were out of a jar I am pretty sure. So, given the level of care Fassler displayed with the sausages, it was disappointing to get something you can buy at your local Buy 4 Less. Other guys at the table ordered the duck fat fries and the potato pancakes, so I sampled both. I would order the fries again, but both were underwhelming. Both needed to be seasoned liberally. But, they were fried very well, I’ll say that. Very cool joint, I will return when I can try a few beers and hang out for awhile. Recommended.

Food: 5⁄5 Service: 3⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5 Décor & Style: 5⁄5 This place is very original. Huge outdoor patio bar, excellent German sausages, huge selection of beer, outdoor ping pong, downstairs bowling. I mean, talk about an awesome party place. Had friends visited from Houston, TX and said they wished they had something similar to Fassler Hall! I try to go here monthly! My fav thus far is the Jalapeño Cheddar sausage and potato pancakes. The SCHNITZELSANDWICH is pretty dry and a little bland to me, probably will not try that particular sandwich again when there are other items on the menu to explore. Service is slow during busy hours.

Pleasantly surprised by this German pub. It is my understanding they started in Tulsa and there is not as popular as dustbowl… Here seems to be the opposite. German beers are the best deal, hands down. The other beers are a little overpriced. Will go back during a day of the week sometime to try the half price sausages. Really liked the ping pong tables, but I did not get to play. You have a large seating area on the outside and an even larger inside. The place is just humongous and it still gets packed. Parking is not hard, though… But trying to find a seat might be. Very energetic, to the point that even outside you have to shout to be heard.

I’ll start by listing my least favorite thing about this place: it can easily double as a college frat house. Other than that small fact, it is one of my favorite new places in OKC. Their pretzels are delicious! You have to try the house made mustard. I either need to make it or figure out how to buy some. I am a huge fan on their giant beers. Give me all of the Dunkels! Great patio seating, great indoor seating. We’ve never had to wait for a table and it always appears packed. Oh! They get their pies from Pie Junkie! Can’t wait to go back!

Do you like good beer, the feeling of being back in your old high school cafeteria and dog friendly? Then Fasslers Hall is the place for you. This is the second time that we have been here and the food and beer has been good both times. The food is severed on metal trays cafeteria style. We have had 3 different wursts, the pretzels, and the mini chili dogs. I recommend both the wursts and the mini chili dogs. The pretzels are nothing special for me. All the beer I have tired has been very good and from the tap. Most if not all are European beers. The volume of Fasslers gets louder as the night goes on. This is very much a hipster style hang out. I recommend this place as a great place to hang out and grab a beer with friends.
