Bellhops

I was able to get a great discount through groupon. Christian and Garett were my movers. They loaded my 2 bed/​2 bath condo in an hour and a half. They were on time, hard working, and well worth the money. (5 stars if it were just based upon the two movers)
The only problem with the move itself was that they gouged my couch and the fabric was damaged when they tried to force it through a door that was too small. They apologized and the company is sending someone out to fix it later in March. They would have been able to come sooner, but I had to book the repair on a weekend. (5 stars for customer service)
My biggest problem, and the reason I gave it ³⁄₅ stars is that I chose to book a Penske rental truck through Bellhops for a discounted rate. I felt like the lady who set up the rental truck was very misleading. «You can get a rental truck through us for only appx $ 30.» Not true! There were hidden fees for mileage, and I even had to pay a $ 150 deposit!!! They added insurance for me at my request at a very low price, and then I found out that the liability insurance was not what I was billed by the truck company. I had to add another $ 20 for the real liability insurance. (1 star for misleading sales rep)

Bellhops was an affordable way for us to have help in moving. The guys that helped us prompt, polite and they were such hard workers, I literally had to make them stop for a few seconds to take a drink of water. I highly recommend this company!

Christian and Daniel helped my husband and I with our move. They were great, friendly, punctual and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Bellhops to anyone looking for affordable moving help. It was great to meet these guys. I wish them luck in their studies.

The gentlemen who helped us move were really nice and extremely hardworking. While it can be nice to get a full moving company that packs, assembles, and provides the options, Bellhops is a great alternative if you need a few extra hands to help move the heavy stuff or make the move quicker. I would recommend Bellhops if you don’t need full service experts. We are happy with our experience and the movers we received!
