The soap dispenser in the men’s restroom had a sign that says out of order, so basically everyone eating and working here is unable to wash their hands if they are male, that’s pretty disgusting

I went to the Edmond location a couple of days ago. A co-worker had suggested we grab something from there since she said they are quick. I ordered the Orange Peel Shrimp Wok with fried rice. As promised, it was quick, the staff was friendly and the size of the meal was about what you would find about anywhere. The food was fine but there wasn’t anything about it which stood out good or bad. Pei Wei was good for the price and the quick service and serve time. However, there wasn’t a wow factor to it which made me think to myself, «Hey, I’d like Chinese tonight, let’s go to Pei Wei». I will likely go there again for another chance since they are across from my work but they won’t be on the top of my list to visit unless time is a factor. I saw another review which said they did not get a fortune cookie with their order. Mine came with one so it must have been just her specific experience.

You need to coach your cashiers to default cup selection to washable plastic instead of cardboard. Not only is it costing you more in expense, it’s horrible for the environment. Nearly every table had cardboard compared to the Pei Wei I visit in Highlands Ranch where they are all plastic. Your cashiers just grab cardboard. You need them to default towards grabbing plastic unless otherwise requested.

Fast and easy! Staff was much more pleasant this go around, a bit flirty, and the food was hot and made to order during the busy lunch rush. Did they get rid of their fortune cookies?! Weak. Spicy dishes aren’t that spicy so kick it up a notch! One of the few chain restaurants I frequent simply because of my love of Asian food!

It really annoys me when good restaurants change a product that doesn’t need changing… ordered pei wei tonight and realized right away that the chicken looked different(no longer nuggets, now shaved slices) they are so jibley in my mouth!(I have texture issues) and hardly any of it is edible-to me-I know It’s more my problem then there’s, but seriously! They are the only Chinese I really like because of the chicken and now it’s different! I called but the manager was cooking… grr…

I’m a Chinese. I think the food of this restaurant is for Americans. However, the Dan Dan Noodles taste good(actually the real Chinese Dan Dan Noodles are not like this).

This is the first Pei Wei that we had dined in, and it’s on our visit list every time we are in Edmond. The store is clean and bright, and the staff warm and welcoming! The food is served quickly and has never failed to be hot and tasty!

Made my disabled relative get up from her seat because our group hadn’t ordered yet. Someone else who hadn’t ordered yet sat right down as soon as we got up. Strong work Pei Wei.

Cheaper option for quick fast casual asian cuisine but not that great. Super salty. Mushy rice. Rubbery noodles. All of the fried apps we tried were over-fried and black. The meat was good, but again, salty!

The food really is not that good. It’s all about the marketing. It’s clean and simple to order but there are many local businesses that are much better. Not a fan.

Pei Wei is PF Changs lite, although some of the dishes are different: ie Hot and Sour Soup. The portions are smaller that PFCs but they’re filling.

Hit or miss with this place. Overall we have had hits, although tonight our pad Thai to go was a disaster. I almost called back and asked to speak to the manager. If you pay $ 10 for a plate, I expect to be able to not be eating rubbery noodles. Overall they do pretty decent though, hoping tonight was just a one off. Favorites are the Kung Pao and the pad Thai.

We frequent this Pei Wei fairly often, considering we rarely eat out. This is our usual go-to when we don’t have the energy to cook dinner. Food is tasty and fairly priced, it doesn’t make you feel too guilty after eating. I’m honestly not a fan of P.F. Changs but I do like Pei Wei.

You can’t beat Pei Wei for Asian food. Its basically PF Changs at nearly half the cost. This location is booming and can be very busy at peak times. You can order to go online. Noisy environment. Great food.

Pei Wei is a family favorite. We like the honey seared chicken on noodles, orange peel beef and the Vietnamese chicken salad rolls. Its quick and easy and fun for the whole family.
