I have spoken with the manager who was very nice and thankful that I contacted her about my experience. She reassured me that this is not the image or behavior that represents their company or what they stand for. I am glad I reached out to them and that they contacted me quickly and seemed to care. I will keep them in mind the next time I have an urgent care need. Thank you!

Saturday morning visit was quick. In and out to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Nurse and front staff were very sweet!

I’d give less stars if I could. We sat for over two hours with our son who had a fever of 103. But apparently if someone with a cough checks in online we get bumped. Patient after patient was called ahead of us. Worst policy I’ve ever heard.
