Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Wish I would have read these reviews before, too. I’ve been here before for minor stuff. How do u mess up re-doing seams anyway, right? So they snagged my blouse — I Immediately noticed it. The other reviewer was right. NOSERVICEHERE! I got the well, I didn’t work on it there. Literally less than one inch from the seam. You obviously snagged it. Just admit and let’s move on. Never going back here. I should have went to my favorite tailer instead(Osiris tailer on garret)

This used to be my go-to place then I stopped going because I moved away. Now that I moved back, I went here again to hem a pair of jeans and the quality of work was not what I had expected. The jeans had flare bottoms and I requested that they use the original hem; when I got my jeans back, the flare warped into a distorted trumpet. It’s so noticeable, I can’t stand to wear them anymore. I’ll most likely donate it to someone in the family. P. S. The dry cleaner which is in the same shop as the tailor is a completely different business and managed by someone else.

Made it such an issue to have pants on to measure as though it were necessary since they still ended up altering my pants unevenly. I haven’t tried the actual cleaners but the alteration isn’t worth it.

Boo! Horrible service. Oh wait, I meant NO service. Went there this morning to have two jackets and two pants altered. There was no one there! Heard the machinery for the dry cleaners working. I called out for help… no one showed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for five minutes. No show. Took my stuff and went over to my regular tailor off Broadway and J st. Now I know better. Stay away from this joint.

I have been looking for a good tailor for about a year now. Nordstrom’s is cool but only if you buy the stuff there… if not it costs an arm and a leg. I found this place by accident when I drove my mom to Costco. It is located within Martinizing so don’t be alarmed that there is no sign on the building. They do a very good job and even offer next day service(for a price of course). I have had jeans, slacks and am taking my suit in this week. Very friendly but only one lady speaks English well(they speak Spanish) so keep that in mind.
