Giant Pizza King

Its delicious so far. I got the large pepperoni. Its greasy, but you have to also think pizza, pretty much has all the basic food groups. Its that thin crust style. The sauce is so good and the pepperonis are so good too. The crust is a bit chewy, so i may ask for it well done next time just to put some respect on its potential crispiness. I will def be back!

Maybe because they were very busy, BUT Greek salad with no FETA!!! Other than that, pizza, wings and fries were good.

Love their pizza! Onion rings and jalapeño poppers are awesome as well! I get pizza delivered from these guys exclusively now instead of the bigger chain places. Delivery is always pretty quick.

This is our long time favorite spot! We’d rather drive 15 minutes for their pie than 5 minutes to eat at Felipi’s! Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered a Giant Size Pizza today. They charge $ 4.00 delivery fee which I was ok with, then when delivered they tell me that they can’t provide me with the pepper, cheese and plates that I requested without charging me an additional $ 3.00 for them. Service sucks they could have told me a head of time prior to delivery. I will not order from here again…

Was looking forward to trying their pizza, spent over 50 bucks our first and last time. We all got sick from it. When we called and said something the first thing the man said «Well, no one else said anything «really? That’s how you answer to your customers? He didn’t ask how we were, how were the small children that ate it, he didn’t even apologize after I was simply saying I called to give him a heads up that something got into his pizza and made us sick ! Never again ! Crappy food, super crappy management, and customer service.

This place continues to impress. I have had nothing but good experiences with this place. Go there order from them, give them a chance!

Pizza was amazing, but the fish n chips was so gross. I took one bite and threw it out. The salad was all watery and limp as well. What a bummer.

This place is horrible, today we ordered pizza, salad and wings as we usually do a few times a month from this place, we waited two hours and we still did not receive our order. After calling to figure out why we waited so long we heard nothing but excuses and there was no genuine apology. This actually happened a couple times, we continued to order because this place in near us, Unfortunately now this place no longer exist to us. Oh, let me add they took my CC# and charged me.

My new favorite pizza, always hot and delicious! Employees are friendly and pay attention to my orders.

I been coming here for about 10 years and essentially the quality has been the same if not better. Everyone working here knows me since I’m a loyal customer. Very nice people with a lot of respect.
The pizza is what I recommend to everyone because the taste of it is so delicious and different anywhere else I been too. Since I been living here for the past 23 years this place is by far the best place for the most delicious pizza !

Giant Pizza King is a solid Go To pizza in South Bay. Sandwiches and salads never disappoint. Great service dine in or out. They have successfully catered a few Charger games and our office without any concerns. If your in the area and Love pizza stop in. We always go back for more.

I love the meatball sandwich combo! And the ranch sauce is amazing!!! I have enjoyed all there food. Have ordered the giant pizzas for parties and they deliver them to the parks were we have the parties. Friendly service!!!

My «Go to place» for a XL pizza for a big sporting event at my house. To me it’s the best independent take out pizza in the South Bay. They slice it in squares if you ask & the pizza is very good & not greasy at all! And it still taste good cold the next day! There other items are good as well. There spaghetti & sandwiches are pretty good. The customer service is polite & nice. And the best part is they don’t drown the pizza in tomato sauce so I don’t have to over dose on «Alka-​Seltzer» for my Heart burn! They make it with the perfect amount of sauce & cheese.
Parking is a problem tho, it’s pretty bad. It’s best to order ahead of time come & have someone get down & get it as someone waits outside in the car while it’s running (that’s if you can’t find parking). It might be a little pricey but besides those 2 issues it’s still worth coming & getting there pizza! It’s the only place I come to if I need a huge pizza to go. They also deliver so order bout 45 min ahead of the time you need it. Thank you for making a good pizza pie & for not giving me Heart burn!

Not too many delivery places here in Chula and being mobility impaired and husband’s car in shop limits us in finding a good eats place for his birthday. We previously tried GPK in San Diego so we went with this location and we weren’t disappointed. Food arrived nice and warm and best of all hubby was pleased with his birthday lunch of Philly cheesesteak sandwich combo. Thanks GPK for not letting us down!

Our food was delivered so cold that the cheese inside the mozzarella sticks was hard. We were extremely let down. We called and the manager offered five dollars off next time but why would I want to eat cold mozzarella sticks and wings. I don’t like to think of myself as a spoiled person and I never write reviews but if you have a business I think you should take pride in it and make sure you would want your product. I’m not interested in ordering here again. The second star is because the cold pizza wasn’t awful.

My husband and I consider ourselves to be pizza connoisseurs, and without a doubt, Giant Pizza King is the best pizza in Chula Vista. Heck, it’s our favorite in the whole South Bay (and we’ve tried most of them out there). It’s pricy, but you definitely get what you pay for. The quality of their pizzas is very high. They use quality ingredients, and their pizzas are not too thin and not too thick. The buttery crust is awesome. We sometimes like to mix things up and order from other local pizza spots. But when we’re craving a quality pizza that we know is going to be delicious and completely satisfying, we hit up Giant Pizza King. They are always consistent and we’ve never had a bad experience.

I had the lasagna combo delivered. The lasagna was nothing but sauce and cheese. There was ONE noodle in the dish. I kid you not!!! The salad was iceberg and was all yellow and wilted. I called the restaurant and told the guy. He muttered about having only one size of lasagna. As if that has anything to do with incorporating PASTA in a PASTA dish! They did send me a replacement, but by then I lost my appetite.

Pizza is fresh, so many topping choices not too doughy at all and slices are huge. They also send out coups to Chula Vista area and the deals are great!

Hubby was under the weather for New Year’s Eve so we had to cancel our party plans. Since we were staying in, I wanted something fun for our son so I ordered the 28″ pizza. Whoa! That thing was HUGE! We had to tilt it sideways to bring it through our door. Lol. We went simple and got the pepperoni/​mushroom pizza and it was surprisingly really good! We loved it!
I ordered online and it was very easy and fast. Pizza was ready in exactly 20 minutes like the confirmation email stated. We can’t wait for our next get-​together to take one of these giant pizzas! They’re only getting four stars because they don’t deliver to Eastlake. That’s kinda lame, but oh well, we’re still fans. :)
