I was here 3 days ago and got 2 pairs of glasses. One pair was paid by my insurance and and other one I paid out-of-pocket for 50%. It was only when I got home that I realized that I paid for the higher priced glasses so I called them to fixed it. I was still nice and cooperating because I like Sara, the lady that helped me was nice and it was her mistake so I let her fixed and refunded me almost $ 80 of overpayment. That night I missed a call from a strange number so I gave it a call back. A guy answered and when I asked what would be the purpose of the call earlier he answered: «well this is an eyeglass store so probably you ordered from us and its ready for pick-up.» I was upset to the tone of is arrogance. He didn’t even asked my name to check what really was the reason they’d called me. So I asked him if could check first to make sure with an irritated voice. In short, this place needs to conduct trainings for its staff. One for phone etiquette and one for customer service. The guy’s name was Valentino. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because Sara apologized and fixed the billing for me and remained nice.

I couldnt believe that my glasses got dragged and SCRATCHED when I accidentally dropped them last night, but my husband says he seen a comercial recently offering a deal I considered too good to be true … I called to confirm then went in person to ask in person 4 details as well as asked are there ANY hidden fees, but I walked away very pleased !! I got 2 great looking pair of lenses with frames included as well as a case for my glasses $ 83.00 Place was in great location and with help of MARIELA my experience was fast pleasant and took an hour to get my glasses … THANKSMARIELA&EYEGLASSWORLD
