CVS

One of the three cvs’s that I visit other than the ones on sweetwater road and plaza blvd in national city. Clean for the most part and the cashiers are usually willing to help if you need something. My sister asked me to check a particular product which had a deal spend $ 10 get $ 7 back in cvs extra bucks. Product wasn’t on the selves but they offered to check their stockroom and they had it.

This pharmacy needs to get its act together. I’ve had to make no less than 4 trips and at least 6 phone calls to this pharmacy before they got it right. Each time they called me to tell me my prescriptions were ready when they were not. it’s not all their fault the doctors office kept calling in the wrong quantity or dose otherwise it wouldn’t be covered. Finally on my fourth visit it was ready and I was informed by the Pharmacy technician that i’d have to wait because the pharmacist was on a break and not it the pharmacy which by California state law is a big no no. A pharmacist and the Pharmacy itself can lose their license to practice and operate. I think a complaint to The California State Board Of Pharmacy is in order if in fact that was the case. Overall this has lead me to seek another pharmacy with more competent individuals handling my medications and one that communicates better.

It’s my current pharmacy and super convenient too. Great deals if you coupon and take advantage of their reward bucks. It’s even great to just peruse the «stuff» when you are bored… Pharmacy staff is very nice and the cashiers have their good and bad days. What more do you need?

This pharmacy sucks. I called in, they told me my prescription was ready and waiting. I come into the store and they tell me it will be ready in 20 minutes, this was 2 hours after I called and they said it was ready. To top it off while I sit here wasting 20 minutes of my day there is three people back there doing what appears to be everything besides getting my prescription ready.

They have the worst photo center service, and the lady Maria she «help me» in a not really nice way.

This is one of my favorite places to come get drugstore makeup because of the CVS weekly deals. You can often find buy one get one 50% deals or can get cash back in the form of CVS ExtraBucks when you spend more than $ 15. I really love that because you can essentially get almost half of your money spent at times and can get another item on another day.
This store is not the nicest looking one especially compared to the new CVS locations in San Diego county but it’s not a bad one. The store is clean and everything is organized well. The only thing I don’t like is how the price checker is right in the checkout lane which seems kind of dumb.
Other than that this is a pretty good place to get your necessities or browse some makeup.

Convenient and has just about anything you would want. Lots of cards for Tracphones and hearing aid batteries, along with candy and snacks.
Pharmacy takes phone transfers for travelers like us and everyone is very friendly.
Look for daily specials as they are generally two for one deals.
Nice helpful staff.

I usually come to this CVS for a quick soda and snack because it is close to work. The same employees are usually there, and they are always friendly and doing the best they can to keep the line moving. I never see more than two registers open at a time though, even though it seems they have plenty. This CVS has a photo center where you can print out your own pictures, which I’ve used at other CVS locations but seems to be about the same everywhere.

BOOO to CVS, My Mom and I came here after eating at a local restaurant. There were two people that are working and a bunch of people in the store. We could see people up in the office and other people stocking items but no one working where it is important. Taking people’s money and getting them out of the store. I will never come back to this location again!

Went to get my Photos enlarged from my Thumbdrive.
The employee running the cash register helped me out with my photos and I got a 8×10 photo enlarged, waiting 2 minutes for it.
The quality was great, the worker was courteous and helpful.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews… because I actually don’t remember much about bad experience. Of course I get upset sometimes but when I go to sleep and wake up next day, all the bad memories are gone.
BUT
I was quite unhappy with this place, it made me even think about calling CVS customer service or the store manager, so here it goes.
One Saturday evening, I stopped by this CVS to drop off 2 prescriptions, one for myself the other one for my 2yo daughter.
I waited at the counter for 5mins, I could see 2 pharmacist working, one man answering the phone, the other woman attending other customer.
The male pharmacist eventually hung up the phone and came up to me, asked how he could help. He seemed he’s really busy.
Nonetheless, I explained the situation and gave him 2 prescriptions.
Then he said
«Okay, that’s too complicated.»
and gave me back the prescriptions, went to the back and started working something else.
What?
Too Complicated?
I waited another 5 mins, and then finally the female pharmacist finished with other customer, came up to me and asked me exactly same question.
I had to repeat myself again.
I understand that pharmacy at that time seemed really busy. But why couldn’t he say something like «I’m sorry but I’m little busy so please wait till she’s done with other customer» or something? Or why did he came to me and ask how he could HELP?!
There are many Pharmacy in Chula Vista, I’d never go back there. And neither should you.
Exclude the bad service at the pharmacy, the CVS store itself is quite large with very large selection of products, and check out service is always friendly and quick.
