Muy mal servicio lleve una camisa blanca y quedo manchada la deje para que volvieran hacer el servicio y me la entregaron peor (percudida) y la empleada cuando le réclame dijo que la gente decía eso por no pagar… Bad, bad service…

This place is ok. But sometimes too expensive, no coupons of discounts. I’ve never had a problem with the dry cleaning…

I took a jacket that I planned to wear to a wedding and specifically requested that they treat the collar (ring-​around-​the-​collar) and the jacket was returned to me the same way I left it. It was obvious they had not treated the collar (don’t all cleaners, since this is a problem area for most). Since their prices are higher than most cleaners I expected better results. I would not return to them since it appeared to me all they did was press the jacket and not clean it at all.

I took in one of my shirts that I needed done that same day. I spoke with an older lady who was nice and assured me that my shirt would be done later on in the afternoon. I paid and went on my way. I showed up later on in the afternoon and this time was met with a younger girl working the register. I told her I was there to pick up my shirt that I had left earlier. She looked at me and very rudely said we don’t offer same day service if you brought it in today it will be ready in a few days. I told her «well the lady I spoke to earlier said that you guys offer same day service and my shirt would be done today». She replied with, I don’t know what you’re talking about iv’e been here all day and I don’t remember you coming in so like I said come back in a few days. At this point I was so mad that I was raising my voice and told her that she shouldn’t talk to customers that way and that it is very unprofessional. The owner here’s the commotion and comes out from the back and ask’s what’s going on? I told him that his employee has been very rude and unprofessional and I don’t appreciate it and i’m just here to pick up my shirt. He apologized and sent her to the back to attend to something else. I explained the situation and even showed him my receipt. He saw that I was upset and said I will find out what is going on and bring out your shirt and take it out to you in your car. I said ok, so about 10 minutes later he comes out to my car with my shirt. He once again apologized for the misunderstanding. I take my shirt and go home. Once I got home I took the plastic off of shirt and examine it. The shirt was not really that dirty to begin with but it did need some cleaning. I examine the shirt a little more and realize that all that was done to my shirt was that it was ironed and not cleaned at all. I was so upset and wanted to go back and complain but I didn’t have time and decided to just never go back.

This cleaners is in the center of downtown Chula Vista. The location is very convenient and the service is speedy and fast.
My family has been going to this dry cleaners for more than 20 years. During 20 years of service, they have made few mistakes and if there were mistakes, they would take it back and make sure we received our clothes the way we wanted it !
You can’t ask for better quality than this and I know dry cleaners!!!

I’ve enjoyed coming here, I consider myself as a very loyal customer. So with my LAST visit here was like finding out your daughter and wife slept with your boss. I brought in 1 piece of clothing, a hat mind you and it’s cleaned here before but this last visit it looks like they just ran water on it and then hung it to dry. It has marks on it from sweat not sure if it’s mine or if someone wore it before I came to picked it up. Bob if your still alive or whom ever owns this place I’m glad you have employees that crap on your legacy. Will not be returning at all.

The cleaners I use to use went out of business, so I brought my garments here! Great service, my clothes look wonderful, it was reasonably priced, and they had everything done very quickly.

the did lose some of my clothes, but they made it right for me. i estimated how much the clothing cost and they gave me that much in free dry cleaning. no haggling, no disputing, they just took my word for what the lost clothing was worth.
