First of all Drying is not free. I gave it a 4 because staff was very nice, it’s clean, free wifi and I was the only person there on a Saturday evening. Washing is expensive a small washer is almost $ 3.00 a triple load is $ 6.50 and drying is $.25 for 7 minutes. I didn’t mind paying that much but you can definitely Find a cheaper place. Overall had a good experience !

I usually get my nails done a couple doors down from this place, I decided to go throw in a load of work clothes while getting a manicure. I walk in get a new card put $ 10 on it. It spit out my new card & immediately the screen read an error message saying«unable to read card» or something similar. I looked around for an attendant & nothing. Went over to a machine put my clothes inside selected a cycle & swiped my card. I got the same error message. Took my clothes out back into my hamper & walked over to my car put my clothes inside & went to go get my nails done. I tried calling the number above & a number I saw posted inside. No answer. I decided not to stress it & let it go. It was a bad experience, I recommend going to another laundromat, don’t waste your time or money.

I decided to write a comment after reading the bad reviews. I love this place and the attendants have always been nice to me and helpful. You can’t go wrong with free dry and the its so convenient to be able to pay with you card instead of quarters. I’m sure there are rowdy kids but it is a laundromat. I just make sure I go when it’s not crowded.

I got sick of using my apartment washer & dryer facility because of the usual reasons(not enough washer/dryer, charge to much, dirty facility, always people leaving their stuff or taking your stuff). My Co worker recommended this laundromat. At first I was hesitant because these places are always dirty or just unsafe. I actually liked this place. I like that not only do they keep the place clean but the people that work here are really nice an always willing to help you. I do laundry 2 times a week so this will be my 9th time coming here an so far so good. I gave them 4 stars because 5 stars for me would be having my own washer n dryer in my own home lol.

Yes, this place does not even deserve a single star. The attendant is rude and obnoxious. Why would someone get a job in customer service if he doesn’t know how to provide customer service. You know when someone hates their job and has nothing better to do than to harass and bully their customers. There are many other laundromats that are better than this one.

Is no stars an option? The attendant is only good for attending those who speak Spanish and policing the machines. Removed my stuff and exaggerated on the time that had elapsed. I’m sorry I don’t want to be sitting around smelling all the cigarettes people are smoking outside or being irritated machine hogs and their clan of children running through the tight aisles. If it wasn’t for the short distance from home and the water station, I wouldn’t come here. That’s the ONLYREASON I haven’t went elsewhere. Sometimes I’d rather go to Palomar 24hr spin cycle or back to IB. I’m just waiting for my card to run out. Their machines are overpriced to make you think you’re getting a deal on the«free dry». There’s not enough folding space or baskets to begin with let alone once someone brings in their entire families for laundry day! It can become really crowded quickly and the bathroom is horrible. You have to pay for that too! At least if it just used card validation to ensure you’re a customer and not charge you. STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE. Bad customer service especially when the shorter guy with the ball cap is working.

I used to like this place, up until Right. Now. I have a huge comforter that I always bring to wash here. Today a sheet got stuck in the door so I had to press the emergency stop to remove it. It then asked me to pay again, so I got the attendant and told him the situation. He said«too bad. Should have said something while it was still running» I told him I wanted to stop it before any water got in. I just payed $ 7.95 before water even got in the machine, I shouldn’t have to pay again. He said«I’m not refunding you.» Seriously? Are you effing kidding me? Needless to say, I’m bringing my comforter somewhere else from here on out.
