Completely love this Starbucks it’s in my morning routine wether at 5:30am or 7am depending on work schedule they always are friendly and make your morning that much better thanks guys

It’s Monday, June 13^th, 5:24 am and I’m here on the side of road writing a review for Starbucks for a very good reason. Young blonde girl that was working the drive thru has changed my life forever.
I’m usually a boring, predictable man when it comes to Starbucks. I always get either vanilla iced coffee (if it’s warm out), or my hot white mocha. Every now and then when I’m feeling adventurous I’ll do the caramel waffle cone.
I work side by side with my brother. We have a few businesses and sometimes our day starts very early, which is why I was at this Starbucks at 5:15 am. So from all us early risers: thank you, Starbucks for opening so early and brewing your delicious coffee.
Anyway, I passed by the drive thru at this time and told the girl that I wanted something hot but not too sweet. She recommended a Blonde Misto with two pumps of toffee, and one pump of white mocha. As I took that first sip I felt as if I ascended to coffee heaven. My inner coffee lover rose out of my body and I was now watching myself drink this delicious coffee. Before you even ask, no I’m not high on anything… just on life now that I discovered this drink. What I’m trying to tell you is that this drink is UHHH-​MAY-​ZING! (I know how to spell, I did that on purpose).
So thank you, young blond girl (I think you said your name was Michelle, either that or you just look like a Michelle to me) working the Starbucks drive thru in Chino at 5:15 am… you have changed my life forever. Though it used to annoy me when people had so much energy so early in the morning, your energetic personality started my day on the positive side. 5 stars for you!

Use to be my go to Starbucks and still Love that is a 24 hour drive thru but I give it 2 stars because the customer service is pretty bad and they are super slow my new go to is the drive thru on mountain great customer service and they’re pretty quick.

Staff is friendly. The store itself is a hot mess. They definitely do not bus every 10−15mins as per their own policy. I see at least 2 black aprons here and a shift lead who’s moving around but not cleaning out their floors. I see their black coffee blinking which means it’s time to throw it out and make a new one.

i dont know what happened to this starbucks. im studying here before but now theres a lot of people whos not buying their drinks or foods and they occupying the seats and charging their phones and they just watching youtube or just doing nonsense things. how about the people that are real customer? and its a good area anymore to study…

I love the vanilla beam crème and the cookies and the hot chocolate! !!! Starbucks is the best !!!

Worst customer service ever! I think it would be a better experience if they would be slightly enthusiastic due to the fact that simple drinks take ages to make. The workers are concerned more with there conversations amongst themselves rather than making the customer feel welcome. If I didn’t have the convenience of the location to benefit from; I would never come here. :(

They get it right everytime. EVERYTIME! I love this place for that reason and that is what my rating is based on. I use the app to order, come in, get a friendly hello, i ask them for my damn coffee they give me said coffee and i leaving skipping and giggling because they always make it just the way i request… I order starbucks a lot and a lot of places mess up my order (i will leave those places reviews shortly)

They are 24 hrs too!

1) Typical Location with nice people
2) Their Drive-​thru is Open 24-​Hours :)
3) They Don’t have any Booth seating, just hard wood chairs… Foolish business move on their end

I’m so very sad. I went through drive thru late in the evening. I paid for an extra shot of espresso with soy latte. The barista used whole milk, which I attempted to alert him before he poured it. I kindly clarified that I wanted soy. He remade my drink, but this time he forgot to add my extra shot of espresso. At that point I was too embarrassed to ask for my drink to be fixed again. I love this Starbucks, but so far the baristas on the night shift have been consistently messing up my orders.

I really dislike this location! Ridiculously slow and the look on there faces shows it it’s a look of I don’t give a ~%£,*…especially the guy with the dyed red hair or whatever color he’s trying to achieve. They just take there lovely time… How hard is it to make a medicine ball took forever! I asked is there a problem with making my drink they said absolutely nothing no apologies what so ever. Where’s the manager all I see is a bunch kids that don’t care at all.
Especially that little rootie tootie one with the awful hair color…

My cup had a whole at the bottom. The cashier wiped it but she didn’t look at it. When I got home my coffee was all over my cup holder and they only gave me one napkin. Thanks Starbucks.

Great service. I was greeted as soon as I entered Starbucks. The coffee shop is clean with a drive thru as well as a clean restroom.

This place is not open 24/​7, only the drive thru is.
The place is nicely lit, clean, and polite staff during the evening. I’ve never been here during the early mornings, mornings or afternoon

I live down the street from this Starbucks so I go a couple times a month. Yesterday, me and my boyfriend woke up early to run errands and went through the drive thru (which is almost always long) and got 2 white chocolate mochas. It took a long time to get our drinks but of course it’s Starbucks so that wasn’t a big deal. But when we got our drinks and pulled off, we tasted them and they were the worst cups we’ve ever had from any Starbucks. They tasted super thin and not even luke warm as if they had been sitting out for a long time, in a couple of minutes they were cold already. I was so mad after wasting time in line and money since Starbucks is more pricey. There is a Starbucks inside the target off Philadelphia, I get the same drink there and it tastes 10x better every time. So I recommend that one if you’re in the area.

Woot Woot, another drive thru. I usually drive past this location to hop on the 60 fwy and there always seem to be a line but I came at 5pm on a Sunday and zoomed to the front.
I got my usual venti vanilla ice coffee with 4 pumps with half & half. I must say, this is the first place to ever make my drink with the perfect portion of each element to create the drink I always imagine.
The only issue was when I arrived at the front to pay and was told my order totaled $ 9.95, but the barista soon corrected that. No biggies.

I L O V E this Starbucks!!! Every time I come it’s mostly always a good experience. I mean there is always going to be the occasional mishap but that comes with the territory.
One thing that I don’t like is that the drive thru is mostly always long and slow but I mean if you’re in a hurry you should get your behind out of the car and go inside because it’s WAY faster. (Seriously, everyone can use those extra steps)
But everything else is awesome! The ambient is nice and never rowdy. I come here for long hours of study on the weekends and it really helps!
Staff is awesome! So far everyone always seems to have a smile of their face which is good! Haven’t encountered a rude barista or worker yet.
This Starbucks is definitely better then the one on Central and Walnut!

Never had an issue with Starbucks.. Coffee is a must daily for me expecially working as much as i do. the drive thru here is a little longer than others, service is just a little slow. I came here asking what is the strongest thing to get as far as a cold drink. they recommended the expresso frapp. it helped and it was good!

I normally don’t crave for coffee but I must admit I really like their Ribbon Crunch drink that recently came out. However, this location frustrates me! Even though there is a long line in the drive thru but no one inside the café except me ordering, it still takes 10 minutes or so for me to get my drink. That’s not the biggest peeve of mine, it’s them running out of ingredients to make a drink. One time I came in, they had no green tea… okay. Second choice, wait the had no vanilla bean… okay. Third choice, they had no hibiscus… okay. I had to settle for a passion fruit lemonade which I don’t mind but still it was my FOURTH choice! Yesterday they ran out of peach green tea lemonade.
This location is near my work and it’s more convenient. I don’t like traveling down central because of all the traffic and lights but I may have to do so to the other starbucks because this one always run out of ingredients and lags so much when I am in a hurry. The people are nice though!

Ive been coming here as long as I can remember (9+ years) and they have never disappointed me. At times when they did mess up on a drink, they never hesitated on fixing the problem. The drive thru can get busy at times which then i would recommend just parking and going inside.
I seen a lot of workers come and go but never got any rude service. When things got busy, of course i expected things to get a little crazy and understood they are just human and i can see they try their best to get everyone what they want.
I feel weird going to other starbucks, this one i consider home.
