Ordered food couple of times, due to different cook/management food was horrible. The tom yum soup had spoons full of sugar and the pepper garlic chicken was bland

Place was not as good as rating listed. Pad si u was very mushy and not a lot of chicken. Just tasted bland and the egg rolls are terrible, I did how ever like the dipping sauce. Came out to 28 bucks for two people and we ordered water. Will be returning.

People who hire cashiers that give attitude on such a low pressure job just don’t understand what good service is. Been here several times always been talked to with that attitude. Huge pet peeve, piss off. Others would be much more appreciative in taking that job. Slow worker and still makes mistakes on orders you need to hire people who would actually appreciate working for the hourly pay

This is my go to Thai place! It’s absolutely delicious they have plenty to choose from and they use fresh ingredients and give generous portions! The green curry & padgapow(spicy basil chicken) is my favorite! The other dishes that I’ve tried were very good as well I’m just a sucker for the spicy dishes ! 5 stars for the great food & amazing service !!! I’ll be back

Really good food but they need to work on food timing, my son was almost done with his food by the time I received mine.

Never regret coming here. This time I tried yellow curry beef lunch special with brown rice and egg roll. Wow it was so yummy. Quality thai food and great service. With the lunch special you will get special price for thai tea only $ 2.75 for large thai tea. What a deal.

We waited 10 minutes for one Thai tea with boba. It took us a total of 30 minutes to get our to-go order. Def not ideal for someone who has a short lunch break. Boo.

Food was not bad, although one of a bigger piece of chicken from Yellow Chicken curry wasn’t cooked through, but overall okay. I would come back again if it wasn’t for the service. What I am writing is on how they over charge for the drinks. So we both ordered a lunch special, and add the Thai iced tea for $ 2. But when we got the bill, we saw that the drinks were $ 2.75, so we asked the waitress. She said that’s because we ordered large Thai iced tea from regular menu. And both of us were puzzled on how did she get that impression that we wanted lunch special, but with large Thai iced tea from regular menu? She insisted that we have to pay for large sized drink. We didn’t want to argue with her for $ 1.50($ 0.75 for 2) so we just paid for it. Before we left, we told her about the piece of chicken that wasn’t cooked through, she didn’t have any reaction at all. They just lost 2 customers for life over $ 1.50. That was not a wise way to do business.

Closing time is 9:00 Unilocal says 9:30 But Apparently they close at 8:40 when I walked in and I get it, don’t come in 10 – 15 minutes before closing BUT their Unilocal says 930. So I walked in at 8:40 and honestly was just going to grab a menu once I realized they closed in 15 and the woman at the register says«UMSORRYWERECLOSED» pretty rude. I work in the restaurant industry and I know it’s annoying when people come in right before close but it’s your JOB to not be a dick about it. We give your restaurant business and unless you don’t want to stay in business I suggest you close when the clock hits the time on the door and do it kindly. Probably won’t be back, thaitwist closed at their said time, they were kind and it was deeeeeelish

Came here for the first time today, thanks to Unilocal.I got the lunch special green curry and it was very tasty! Mild spicy was pretty spicy for me, but the curry was rich and contained fresh ingredients. Lunch special is inexpensive and comes with 2 sides(rice, salad, egg roll, crab wonton, or cream cheese wonton). Service was good and server was friendly. Will be coming back again to try the rest of the lunch specials. Bottom line: Good Thai food at a reasonable price!

Great food, great service but a bit pricey! Pretty solid Thai place, my meal was tasty and well portioned so I almost didn’t mind the price. It’s also not the most amazing Thai food I have ever had, I would definitely recommend it though!

3.5 stars. Place has 5 or 6 tables. Food was ok, guess I’m spoiled by my local Thai place. Food came up fast. Server was nice enough and repeated my order to make sure she had it right.

Nice place to eat. But no smile on staff face the whole meal time. When asked for spicy sauce, when she brings water over, when customers pay or ask questions… No smile:(no affect. Sad.

Stopped by for a quick bite and was not disappointed in the Drunken Noodles. One thing I would change is to leave out the chunks of lettuce in the noodles. I don’t know what those were doing in there! The service was superb! I love how attentive Jessica was. I would definitely come back

3.5 stars, I’ve had take out and dined in. This place is a no thrills, solid Thai food. The yellow curry is watery yet flavorful with lots of chicken. The pad see ew was flavorful. The papaya salad was sour and fresh. Prices are reasonable.

Charm Thai is my go to Thai place, I love their food. So far I’ve tried, Pas See Ew, Pad Thai, Garlic Pepper Beef, Green Curry, Rad Na and now they are serving Crying Tiger which is delicious! I’ve been to Thailand once and their food remind me of what I had in Bangkok:) The staff are very friendly and they give us a lot of recommendation which all taste great. My husband was not a fan of Thai food but Charm Thai completely changed that. Wish they will continue bring out new dishes and maintain the quality of the food

Still a good lunch spot that I come to every now and then. I tried the Tom yum soup and was not a fan. It tasted a little off and was too heavy compared to what I’m used to. It wasn’t as tangy and it had a weird aftertaste. Kind of sweet? Idk. I still stick to the pad kee mao and substitute the bell peppers with broccoli. Im really had they can do this for me. I’m a happy camper. I still favor the small server girl but she wasn’t here the last time I came. If it’s a nice day out and you’re on your lunch break, sit outside! It’s nice.
