We bought our spa at the LA County Fair… we were specially told by Micah that we were purchasing a salt water system… turns out that’s not what he sold us. Now, he doesn’t return our calls, gee, why could that be? Really disappointed with their customer service and apparent lack of integrity.

They are not out of business they just moved to another location within the same shopping center. It is next to Vons. I had great service from them and they answered all my questions.

I was in the market for buying a jacuzzi So I googled as anyone else would… for research. So I saw this add for 36mths 0% financing. I thought that is a great deal and so close to home. My mom has a jacuzzi so I took her with me. When we got there the sales guy just said hi but didn’t introduce himself. I asked him about the 0% financing and he said he didn’t know about it. Okay I though so then I pulled up the search and he said he had never heard of that but he said he would honor it… then he back-peddaled and said that was an old deal. As we started looking at the different jacuzzis I explained to him my budget and what I was looking for. Then my mom and I saw a really nice one but its called a Dream Spa and not a traditional jacuzzi. I asked the difference he couldn’t even explain if it had jets but looking at it there appeared to be jets. Then when I saw one I really liked he quoted $ 3999 we said can we get it for $ 3500 since it was a floor model. He said he can’t authorize that because the retail price was $ 6000 and he was already giving a $ 2000 discount but he initially quoted $ 4500. I’m not the best at math but… That just didn’t add up. I ended up not buying from this store. I just didn’t feel the vibe from this guy. I guess sales isn’t for everyone. I would call ahead before driving here and ask all the questions before driving out.

I am not sure what people are complaining out. I purchased my Jacuzzi from these gentlemen over a year ago and have not had an issue. My cover ended up having a problem and they replaced it without any hesitation. Came in to pick up parts for as well and I can’t be happier. Micah is a really helpful individual. I definitely am referring people.

I purchased my Jacuzzi Spa from Whiteswan Pools and Spas in Santa Fe Springs. When they set up the spa they did not balance the water chemistry and installed the cover incorrectly. A repairman came out and fixed the cover, now I have extra drill holes that can be seen and they never did cover up. I fought the water chemistry for 4 months. Then I had little particles floating around in the water. The sales person told me it was calcium particles. After 4 months and several water treatments that they sold me I still had the problem and it was getting worse. I had to drain my spa twice and still I had the problem. I even replaced the filters to a cost of over $ 100. They still told me it was a calcium problem. It turned out that I had a biofilm problem and not a calcium problem. I found this out by have an out side source look at a water sample. They may talk a good talk but they don’t know too much at the Santa Fe Store. Stay away from them if you can. It would be worth you time to drive a little farther to get you spa and water treatment items.

BUYERSBEWARE! Be very cautious when buying a spa from White Swan Spas in Chino Hills(also have stores in Santa Fe Springs and Oxnard). Mid December 2010 we ordered a new Jacuzzi that just so happened to be identical(in colors) to the one they had on the showroom floor. The salesman, Ed, indicated we might be able to receive before Christmas. We waited 4 weeks because the Jacuzzi factory was closed for the holiday break. Finally in mid January we were told by Micah(the manager or owner, never was sure of his position) that the spa was coming off the Jacuzzi factory line on 1÷7÷11 and could be delivered on 1÷11÷11. The delivery guys arrived on 1⁄11 and installed the«new» Jacuzzi. Things seemed odd; such as the spa was not wrapped in the traditional white factory wrapper, but rather in clear shrink wrap. The new cover we ordered wasn’t «ready yet» so they delivered a «temporary one» from something they had at the store(appeared old/used). Also, we were supposed to get an ozone device, but it wasn’t in the spa either. And most importantly, when they went to fill the spa, it began leaking heavily from the motor area. There was a fitting missing! This just came off the factory line? When we asked if there was any paperwork, i.e. owner’s manual, we were told they don’t provide paper books any more, but everything is available on line at . The delivery guys called the shop to tell them of the problems and told us someone would be back in the morning to fix everything. Next morning came and went and someone finally shows up at about 5 p.m. to install the fitting and the ozone device. He fixes the fitting so the spa will now hold water and installs the ozone device, but has to makeshift the electrical connections because it really doesn’t fit this spa correctly. Again, something isn’t right. After he leaves we look at the serial numbers on the inside of the spa cabinet and low and behold this spa was manufactured in August 2009. We went back to the showroom the next afternoon and the original floor model is gone! I asked where it went and was given the standard«we must have sold it» answer. We weren’t buying that story, we know that they had sent us the floor model instead of the brand new one we ordered and paid full price for(in advance, foolish me). I contacted the Jacuzzi Company directly and dealt with their customer service manager(a great guy). He turned this over to the regional manager who contacted the store directly. They said someone from the store would be contacting us to tell us what they were going to do about the situation, but meanwhile, use and enjoy the spa. We get a call from the original sales guy, Ed a few days later to say that they will be ordering a new spa and it will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. Absolutely no explanation of why this happened in the first place. No apologies, in fact he said he was«just an indian, not a chief» so he had no input, he was just told to call us. Long story short, new spa arrives 3 weeks later wrapped in the factory wrapping with a printed owner’s manual and all the correct working parts. This only occurred because I got the helpful people from Jacuzzi involved. So as I said in the beginning BUYERSBEWARE when dealing with White Swan Spas; best to buy elsewhere.

Just wanted to add an update to this review. I recently had another problem with my J480(top of the line) with one of the water pumps leaking. I thought no problem, right, its under warranty. So I was forced to go back to my Chino Hills or Santa Fe Springs dealer to obtain service. Of course, they wanted a minimum fee to visit of $ 100, luckily I called a new dealer called Tropicana in Arcadia, know what, they charged me $ 30 for the visit, and fixed it right away. Way to go premium spas, when people find out about your lousy service, doubt they will go back, especially in these hard economic times.
