I haven’t done any procedures yet but let me tell you I’m looking forward to it. As soon as I waked into this office I was greeted with a huge smile. The lady in front was super nice. The place was beautiful and super clean. I filled out some papers and within minutes I was in the office speaking with the Doctor. He spent almost an hour explaining the procedure I was inquiring about. You could tell he is very passionate about his job and really cares about his patients. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me Dr. F. Now I need to start saving my money. So excited to complete my journey. See you soon!

Horrible! I’ve tried three times e-​mailing this place to get more of an understanding about a procedure and I have YET received a reply. What kind of customer service is this!!! HORRIBLE place.

Amazing doctor and staff. Very personable and professional. They have amazing outcomes and people traveling from all over the world. Doctor takes a lot of time listening to patients concerns and together they create a masterpiece! The rooms and office looks like a high end hotel. The surgery center is one of the nicest I have ever seen and I’ve been in the industry for 21 years! I highly recommend Dr Farzaneh if you need cosmetic/​plastic surgery. He takes his time, will always go and see the patient post operatively to follow up on his patients. I’ve never met a doctor who does home visits post operatively.

I met with Dr Farnz today for a second opinion on my recent augmentation that did not turn out as I had hoped. He was so awesome. I have never met a more honest or caring doctor in my life. I wish I would have found him before my prior surgery. Thank you Dr Farnz for all of the great information and making me feel better.

Just finished my laser hair removal treatment for my face! I’m loving the results, I got rid of my thick black hairs and my skin is just fantastic. I used to get some severe acne (I’m 24 mind you) from the the hair that grew and now at my last treatment I haven’t had a single pimple. Dr. Farzaneh was very straight forward and only offered me what I needed and made sure my treatment was going as planned. My treatment was done by Christine and she is very meticulous and always made me feel comfortable and at home. She made sure not only I was okay, but covered every inch of my face. The girls in the front are fantastic as well, they called me before appointments for reminders and were very sweet and professional. I’m very pleased with my result and I’ll be back for more :) thank you guys!

My experience here was really great ! I came in with this idea in my head and the doctor helped me see it a better way. I will definitely be coming back for my augmentation and some facials .

I had gone in to True Care Med Spa on Thursday and as soon as I walked in I was really impressed with the décor and warm welcome. (Not just warm because of their toasty fireplace in the lobby.)
I was brought into a sleek office where Dr. Babak Farzaneh (main surgeon), Christine (director of nursing), and I went over what I wanted improved in my face. They were very honest and went into detail about the fillers I was going to be receiving. After that, I was brought into a different room where Christine started my fillers. She was very tentative to my needs and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It was quick and painless! After we were done she informed me that I could come back in two weeks for a courtesy check up. (That was awesome because other places I have been to never offered to check up on me.)
I really do recommend you guys to at least give them a call if you have been interested in giving fillers a try! Christine is known as the «Lip Queen» by the way. Let me know if you have any questions for me about my experience and I will send you a message about it.

I cannot express the appreciativeness and contentment that I felt after having Dr. Farzaneh as my attending physician. Prior to my consultation for a breast augmentation with Dr. Farzaneh, I had received quotes from other Dr.‘s. He could sense my fear and reluctance over the procedure, through his sincerity and professionalism he was somehow able to subdue my fears. He took the time to talk to me about the procedure, he answered all my questions, and provided further education than I had previously received, or had prior knowledge of. I did not feel rushed to have the procedure, instead he offered to talk and meet with me and any family members that would helping me make the decision. That day I knew that Dr. Farzaneh would be my Dr. I actually did not have the procedure done until several months later, but I did not bother with any more consultations.
Not only was the care, before and after the procedure, above and beyond what I had expected, and what other friends and family members had personally experienced, he took the time to further look after my well being. He educated me on a slight abnormality, which he discovered. He informed me that I had an inverted rib cage, the medical terminology is, «pectus excavatum.» Not only did this make my procedure more difficult, it could be causing a slight curvature on my spine, which he also informed me of. He recommended for me to follow up with other professionals in order for me to remediate any further impairments.
​I have wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Farzaneh to any friends or relatives that have inquired about my experience, and I felt obliged to share with others as well.

I LOVE this Med Spa! It is a true gem located in Chino Hills. My experience was phenomenal! All the girls at the front desk were beautiful and kind. They greeted me with a warm friendly smiles, gave me some paperwork to sign, and offered me a beverage to drink. I had I microdermabrasion facial done by Raquel the aesthetician. It was the most relaxing experience and my skin was glowing. Raquel made me feel very comfortable and was what I would consider a true beauty professional. She answered all my questions and even gave me some beauty tips to try out at home. Also, Everything in the facial room smelled so good! When my facial was over I paid at the front. As I was walking out of the Med Spa the doctor stepped outside and said he wanted to say hello and introduce himself to me before I left. It was the nicest gesture. I was left in awe :) I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends and family.

I had the opportunity to meet Dr Farzaneh a little over a year ago when I decided I wanted to get a tummy tuck. It was a little overwhelming looking for the perfect docter to perform the procedure. I talked to a few different doctors and I tried to explain that I was only looking to get a tummy tuck. I wasn’t doing the procedure to look better for others I was looking to have it done for my own motivation to get healthy. But after talking to the first few doctors that’s when I became so overwhelmed that I almost decided I couldn’t do it. They tried to talk me into doing more than I wanted they almost made me believe I had to do more to get a good result. But then I met with Dr Farzaneh and he listened and explained everything to me. Dr Farzaneh told me I didn’t need more than the tummy tuck as long I was willing to put in the work to get healthy (eat right and exercise). Each visit after my procedure Dr Farzaneh’s positive words and encouragement helped me continue all the hard work and I am so happy to say I have lost 65 pounds and I feel amazing!!! If you are looking have something done call and schedule an appointment to talk with Dr Farzaneh, he will tell to the truth and will not try to push unnecessary procedures. He is a very focused and is almost a perfectionist he is dedicated to his work and will most definitely do his best to give you the best results possible.

The treatment I received from Dr. Farzaneh and his staff has been beyond my expectations. He is knowledgeable, truly caring, and meticulous in his attention to detail. He and his lovely wife, Cathleen, are a wonderful team. I can’t thank them enough for excellent service and attention I have received. I am thoroughly impressed!

I usually don’t give unless it’s exceptional service and that’s exactly what I received last Friday from Ingrid during my microdermabrasion treatment. She genuinely cared and knew exactly how my skin reacted to the weather and new products. Within the last 3 days my skin has changed for the better with all her recommendation and concern to follow up.

Doctor Farzaneh is by far the best plastic surgeon I had a consultant with. I did my research for 9 months met with many surgeon and by far Doctor Farzaneh is the most caring and knowledgeable person. I wanted a TT and he encouraged me not to get it because it was a long journey. I when back in forth with my decision and finally March, 09 2015 I had my TT surgery. I am one month post opp and I continue seeing the doctor one a week he is amazing I highly recommend him to everyone that wants a TT. I have so much appreciation for the Doctor F. Oh I forgot to mentioned that my midsection looks incredible. God sent this man to take care of me.

After researching and interviewing for 3yrs Dr. Farzaneh was highly recommended to me from a friend. If you remember back in the day when you’d run into your doctor at the local grocery store, or driving by you in the neighborhood and he/​she would greet you by name, then you’d understand what it’s like to be a patient of Dr. Farzaneh. I am astounded at his candor & concern, as well as the friendliness of his staff. The day that I went to his office for a consultation I felt as if I had entered someone’s home. My consultation with Dr. Farzaneh was my first and last. I knew he was the one. I am 9 days post surgery (breast aug) and am feeling amazing; physically and psychologically. I went to Dr. Farzaneh on a referral from a friend for a breast augmentation. During the consultation he was very straight forward letting me know all the good and complications that could happen during surgery and was not pushy whatsoever. After the consultation I knew I wanted him as my surgeon. First off he is an amazing surgeon who puts his patients first. The very first night I felt some pain and was worried and he met me at 3 am to make sure everything was ok. Now it is the third day after surgery and I feel basically back to normal and am not even needing to take any pain medications! Also my mom was extremely worried about the surgery and he was able to talk to her and help calm her nerves to make sure she knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Farzaneh to anyone. I will leave another review once I am fully recovered.
