I love this place!!! Exelent froyo and excellent service!!! This place can’t be any better! Its just simply amazing!

We love Yogurtland and eat it 2 to 3 times a week… that’s right, a week! But this location needs some customer service training. Most of the employees are very friendly, but last week I was so disgusted by what we experienced.
While getting our yogurt, one of the staff members (a recently hired young man) was cleaning up brownies that had been stomped into the floor. Yes, it’s messy sometimes but they are so busy it’s to be expected. The problem was when that same employee went directly from handling the brownies on the floor to ringing us up for our yogurt. We always take our yogurt to go and need lids and of course, spoons. The lids were sitting next to the register, so I took two myself, hoping he would realize the problem… he didn’t. Then,…it happened. He used the same unwashed hands he used to clean up the floor, the same unwashed hands he used to handle our money to hand us our spoons. HOLY MOLY! It doesn’t take a germaphobe to see the problem. He used the same hands he was picking up the trash with to hand us the spoons that we were going to put in our mouth. The spoons went directly into the trash.
We love having a Yogurtland near us in Pomona. The employees (with the exception of one girl) are friendly. The store is busy, but the yogurt is plentiful and the toppings filled up. But, this was disgusting. We already stopped using the toppings because a lot of children put their hands directly into them– parents and employees should be more direct and tell them to keep their hands off. Now, if we have to worry about whether or not the employees wash their hands, we may need to consider going elsewhere.
Yogurtland Management… please train your employees in sanitation. WASH YOUR HANDS! Do not handle money, then touch the food. Do not touch trash, then touch the spoons. Stop children (and adults) from putting their hands directly into the toppings. If not, you may not stay so busy!

What’s up with this location? My wife tried to place a catering order and they couldn’t do it because they don’t carry vanilla. Who doesn’t carry vanilla ice cream? Their selection of toppings is very limited and their staff is not very friendly the times we’ve visited.

Love this place! Customer service is always positive and the flavors are plentiful! I especially love when they have cake batter!

Love this place. Always a friendly greeting «Welcome to Yogurtland» whenever we walk through the door. This is our go to place for dessert. We come here 3 – 5 times a month, if not more for special occasions and warm days. Dispensers are filled and counters are clean. I like the variety of fresh fruits and nuts offered. On some occasions, they have run out of a yogurt or it’s a little too soft, but with all the other selections I’m adaptable to try one of their new or different flavor. My fav are the pistachio, macha & any of the tarts with almonds toppings. Lines at times are long especially after dinner time, but lines move fast enough. Plenty of seating inside or outside in shade or sun, but crowded days could be a challenge. We like to sit outside and watch the dancing fountain (lights up at night). I love that I can choose my yogurt and eat as much or as little as I want on any given day.

I give this place two stars because the froyo and variety of toppings are good. After all, you know what to expect as far as yogurt and toppings from a chain. The lack of stars is for the customer service. This location is always crowded, and have customers in and out more quickly if it was run more efficiently. Also, I noticed a worker refreshing the cookie dough topping bin while directly in front of her a girl was leaning UNDER the glass barrier to reach toppings and her hair was touching the toppings. The worker didn’t even say anything to her: disgusting and unsanitary. My husband and I also had our yogurt get all melty as we waited for a worker to refresh a different topping we asked for. If we requested more peanut butter sauce, why was the employee chopping bananas and refreshing cookie dough before getting more peanut butter when nobody asked for those two toppings? Smh. I literally left thinking we were better off going to McDonald’s drive thru for froyo

This place is usually busy, but we go through the line pretty quickly. Grab some sample cups from the register area and try out the new flavors!
I like this place because they rotate new, creative flavors. I usually only go here when the have red velvet, but today was another winner with a unique fig and honey combination.
In other news… Parking sucks and sometimes you have to park clear across the lot; and staff friendliness is inconsistent. For example, the girl at the register had a «forced» friendly demeanor, while the staff person cleaning the window/​front area opened the door for us and was quite cheerful.
I’ll return for their unique flavor combos!

Yogurtland needs to step up its game. Place, flavors seem tired. Not as much people going to this place anymore. Unlike before when there used to be a line to get yogurt. Guess there are better options in the area.

Terrible customer service with absolutely NO excuse!
We surely won’t be coming back to this location again! I received a coupon for 10oz free yogurt as a courtesy when they cut the line off on Nation frozen yogurt day, and today, February 27^th, 2016, after already getting our yogurt, they refused to take our coupon even though it CLEARLY stated that it expired Feb 28^th, 2016. When asked why, their answer was «because we arent taking them anymore»
«Again, why? They clearly aren’t expired» we sais.
Their answer? «Well, our boss told us not to take them!»
So we told them that we came to use the coupon, they took our yogurt and ww walked out.
Apparently they don’t care about losing more customers to Menchie’s, which is fine with us since we love the Menchie’s on Hidden Valley pkwy!!!

Staff here is always friendly & welcomely greets you.
The boss/​owner himself drops by and seems to be a very nice man also, and workers seem to like him a lot.
The place is always clean, organized, in-​stock.
I love how there is always either a Vanilla No Sugar Added or a Praline No Sugar Added option.
Those are my go-​to flavors since I am not trying to get any fatter.

come here often for our overpriced yogurt fix. taro which is one of our fav flavor isn’t a permanent fixture of yogurt land yet so we get excited when it’s back; kinda like the mcribs hahahaha. place could be cleaner and better staffed to process the long hords of yogurt affamées families.

One of our favorite places to come as a family for dessert. We usually get the Original tart with mochi on top, but from November 9 through December 27 they have a caramel almond bar, which is to die for! It’s so good! Staff are Always friendly. And they have sample cups in the front so you can try all the new flavors.

I love Yogurtland for their large variety of flavors and toppings. Flavors do change seasonally which is great and keeps you coming back for more!
The staff here is nice and it’s clean. Some of the fruit doesn’t always look fresh but the mochi and dry toppings are your best bet.
You pay by weight which is kinda dangerous considering how I love to go overboard with the toppings but there are always coupons.
Make sure you download their app to earn rewards. Every X weight of froyo gets you free X oz of froyo. And keep the collectible spoons!

I just wanted to write something basic because a lot of people come thru this place it seems. the people that work here should probably clean up this place for the machines were all yucky to where I didn’t want to get anything I did sample the pralines and cream and it was just whatever… never was into the yogurt thing because they all turn out to use ice cream anyway.

Love this location! Its super nice and clean. They also dont mind allowing you to taste as many of the flavors as you want. Sampling is no issue! I keep coming back to this location. The staff does a great job at keeping the place nice and clean!

If you’re like me and is constantly on the hunt for the Asian flavors such as matcha green tea and taro, well look no further because it can be found here! Being in the IE, I find it difficult to find such flavors but I’m really glad that this specific location carries it (probably because there’s a lot of Asians in CH).
I believe that this Yogurtland has the best selection of flavors by far — from my top flavors to my other favorites such as double cookies and cream. It’s well kept and the toppings are always refilled. The girl that was helping me was so sweet as well. We bonded over my two favorite flavors haha.
This location is small though with limited seating on the inside. There’s some seating outside but not that much. It’s a take to-​go kind of place. It fulfills the ice cream craving without the extra guilt :)

I love the variety of flavors & I love that every week or two there is at least ONE new flavor, if not two. My suggestion is going after 8:30 or 9pm otherwise the lines are long. Especially during the summer months then it’s best to go after 10pm.
I like how this particular Yogurtland location has the sample cups in the front so you can help yourself. Otherwise if it’s too busy you’ll have to bug the staff for a cup.
Just wish they had more seating inside but it’s a small location. So it’s best to take your yogurt outside and sit on one of the benches by the pretty, colorful fountain. Kids love playing around there as well.

Once in a while there is a spot you just can’t live without.

Fruit always fresh and plenty of it. Staff is always friendly. Always greeted with a nice welcome. Variety of flavors to choose from and the flavors rotate out which is nice. Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and original flavors always available. Cozy inside. I try and sneak in a visit once in awhile, especially before I visit the dentist, Dr. Kim at Avion dental in the same shopping area. Nice seating area outside near a fountain. Lots of restaurants nearby. Happy eating!
