The Frame Salon

I never post bad reviews as I try to give people benefit of the doubt. Sadly this one really bummed me out, as I was looking forward to a new stylist close to my house. I needed appt for roots and cut. I contacted the Frame Salon since it was local with good reviews. They booked me with Bree, I was concern because she didn’t have any reviews, but when I called they ensured me she was experience. So I took a chance, everything was going good, I had my roots and cut from Bree. At the end of the service Bree rush me since her friend had arrived and it was late. She text me the next day apologizing for rushing me, and asked if I needed some shaping to my cut. I informed her that I would love that, as the front was a little fray and wanted it little shorter. I appreciated the follow up.
She schedule me for Saturday at 3:00 p.m. I sent her a text at 2:30 to follow up and confirm we were good to go. I found her below response unprofessional for a new stylist who wanted to build a clientele.
This is what I got.
«HIII I’m so sorry I totally forgot to text you were throwing a last minute pool party so I left early today LOL sowwie ! Can I see you next week? «
REALLY!!! At this point she should have lied and said she had an emergency, instead I got sorry I forgot to text and cancel.

Decided to try the blow out based on such great Unilocal reviews – did not disappoint! Justine took the time to give me a glamorous look for a Saturday night out! Note that i have straight Asian hair and Justine managed to get them big & curly; LOVE it!!! :)

This was my second visit to Tiffany and she is absolutely amazing! She’s so thorough with her consultation and explains her steps through her service. I’m currently in the process of going blonder and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is not only a fantastic stylist, but her customer service skills are 100% up to par. I receive so many compliments on my hair and I will continue to recommend her to everyone!

I’ve been going to Tara for a few years now. From just simple high lights, layering to chopping off my hair and going for a LOB! I absolutely love how she does my hair and is so knowledgeable on what different cuts and colors will have on your hair. Ask for Tara! Although everyone here is so friendly!

I’ve been going to Tara for about 5 years now. She just does amazing work. Her color and cut skills are ridiculous. I always leave with my hair feeling amazing healthy. She really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Sometimes I come in and literally say «do whatever you want». That’s how much I trust her. I know she will never go crazy on my hair cause she knows me. But she will always make my hair look great!

Came here when my hair was in horrible shape from previous extensions. I was referred to Brenda through my sister in law!!! She is awesome and took them out for an incredible price now we are putting in new ones today I am beyond excited and will upload pics as soon as I can! I also referred another friend to her for highlights! I definitely recommend Brenda at the frame!!! Found my new hair home!!!

I always look forward to coming to see Amy we always talk about current events and have a blast. It is like my sister cutting my hair. Super sylist I just sit down in the chair she knows what to do. The staff is very friendly the shop is clean and well. I would recommend to everyone I know

My go to Stylist is Staci. She has done my hair for years both cut and color. She is wonderful at her job and accomodating with her clients.
The Frame Salon has a relaxing atmosphere and welcoming environment. It is also located in an area that’s easily accessible. They do offer you some thing to drink while you wait for your appointment.

First visit to The Frame Salon tonight, but not my first time having hair done by Allison. The Frame is stylish, clean, friendly, and fun! Thanks Allison for making every day a good hair day!

I love the frame salon! Jaime has been doing my hair for years and she never disappoints. Every time I leave feeling a millions bucks. I wouldn’t trust my blonde locks with anyone else!

I go to Tara, she does incredible work, always on time, with a great attitude, makes you feel as family. I can come in with ideas of what i want, and she really turns my idea in a master piece! Never fails to impress with her skills. I definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.

I went in on Halloween day and showed Talia a picture of how I wanted my hair styled. It was a sleek hairstyle with the ends waved/​going in different directions. She pretty much made my hair look the same/​straight with some volume. I paid over $ 40 for something I could’ve easily done myself at home. I felt bad and told her I liked it but I regret doing that because it was a complete waste of money. Not coming back.

I usually do not write reviews. But the service and technique of my new favorite hairstylist Tara H really deserve recognition. I just want to say, that it is hard to find a good hairstylists, that listents to your request and is able to accomplish the look you want right away. I will definitely keep going to the Frame Salon to see Tara from now on.

Love coming here! Beautiful salon and Tara is the best! Wanted a balayage and she did such an amazing job, then cut my hair perfectly. It was fun and Tara was so easy to talk to and get along with. Love her!

Talia is absolutely incredible. I first started going to her when I needed a drastic cut (from fairly long hair to a short pixie cut), and she made that happen beautifully. Any time I’ve gone to her, she knows exactly how to do a beautiful cut and I swear I would go anywhere she goes. I even told her after this cut, «If you ever moved across the country, I would seriously follow you just for you to cut my hair.» I am so glad I found Talia, and I consider her a gift to my hair and my life!

I was surprised when I was charged $ 60 for my 11 year old daughter’s hair cut. I knew kids hair cuts were $ 25 and up. $ 60 seems to be way high for a child’s hair cut. Therefore I will not bring my daughter there for hair cut again!

Been seeing Stacie for years! I swear people tell me they want my hair at least 3 times a day. Perfect color and cut every time!

The salon used to be tricky to find but they recently moved to the Lowes plaza which definitely improved visibility.
My normally stylist is Veronica & she does very careful work. She’s willing to work off photos from my phone & always checks her work so I consistently walk out looking & feeling great. Also I really appreciate that anytime I change my style she does a consultation to be sure we’re both on the same page.

I’ve been to Amy twice over the last two years, and she is phenomenal!
First off, her salon is adorable (she’s the owner), and every stylist (if that’s what you call them) is friendly and sweet.
Both times I’ve gone to Amy she has cut my hair, and both times I LOVED the way she cut and styled my hair. I’ve also had her do highlights, and two weeks ago I had her do a natural looking ombré on my hair. She really knows what she’s doing, she’s sweet, and she’s on her game!
It was a bit pricey, but it was worth the money. For color, she likes to do natural coloring, but if you’re interested in doing something crazy with your hair, she’ll recommend one of the other lovely ladies that works in her salon. Everybody there is fantastic, and the décor of the salon is absolutely charming — you won’t be disappointed!
