Love the garlic stuffed knots. My delivery came in clutch as well, good timing. Although, they don’t have the online specials, I like the fact that the driver was courteous and on time.

I called at about 3:30 pm today to let the young lady know I was having problems with their online app for my order and would they honor the order if I placed it by phone. She said she had gotten several calls that day with people having similar problems, but she could not honor the online price over the phone. When I asked to speak with the on site supervisor she said he would not help me. I said that was fine, I would go to Dominos. She giggled, said okay and said she was sorry. In the end, her sending me away to a competitor ended up working out the best for me as Dominos honored their online price, were very accommodating and the pizza was awesome. With all the negative reviews I suppose it will be a matter of time before they can no longer keep their doors open. Not a great business strategy on Pizza Huts end, but it worked well for me as a consumer because I think I got a superior pizza with Dominos.

Had ordered pizza once before, today I ordered AGAIN. Despite actually seeing the reviews this time around. Sent my brother for the pizza which he didn’t bring because he noticed the manager was trying to over charge me. My total was $ 56 and change for two large stuffed crust pepperoni and ham and the 24 wings.(.60 cent wing Wednesday) so they brought his total down to $ 45 with free breadsticks but he got mad because the manager didn’t want to honor the .60 cent wing instead he was charging .75 for the wings, and pretty much said he puts the prices, and if people pay, well they pay. Rude, dishonest, and just lost a customer. I’ll stick with dominos stay away and check prices … Probably stealing money for themselves, shame on you!!!

If I could give this Pizza Hut 0 stars I would. My family and I ordered pizza at 10pm(they close at 12am), after ordering it said that it would take an hour and a half to deliver. I decided to call the store to confirm and to also see if it would be faster to just pick up the order instead. No answer. So my family and I decided, what the heck – we’ll just wait because everyone was too tired to do anything about it. An hour and a half passes by – no delivery. I tried calling the store and no pick up as well. If they weren’t going to deliver they should have at least called to tell us. By the time we realized we weren’t getting dinner from Pizza Hut it was too late to go out to get anything else to eat. Tl;dr Don’t support this Pizza Hut because they don’t fulfill every order.

This is the WORST Pizza Hut ice EVER encountered!!! If I didn’t have to put it Star I wouldn’t. They did not place an item with my order. I IMMEDIATELY called to notify them of the mistake. The rep offered to have them either give me a $ 20 store credit or to have my item sent out to my home in about 30 mins. I did not want the credit because I RARELY order pizza. I waited an HOUR for them to send out my order and nothing ever came. I called them again and the rep says«oh the manager forgot to tell them to send out your order… but it’s right here I can be on my way right now or do you want the store credit?» I was completely taken aback. It was past 10pm when I received my food and u made my order at 7:50pm. I WILLNEVERORDERFROMTHISPIZZAHUTAGAIN. Thier customer service is nonexistent. I will never patronize their business

It must suck to have the worst rating among pizza huts around the area. I recently wrote a 2 star review back in September and I’m taking away both of those stars because I now believe that they have the worst customer service around. I gave them another chance and ordered for delivery last Tuesday for lunch. I ordered online around 10:45am and even called to make sure that the order was received. I get a call from them an hour later that the driver got into an accident(not sure how true that is, I hope he is ok) and that another driver is on my way to finish the delivery. I asked Christina how much longer it would be and she told me that maybe another 10 – 15 minutes. By this time all my employees are already hungry and wondering if I really did order pizza. After 30 minutes from the call and no pizza yet, I decided to call them and to my surprise, they just keep hanging up on me. I guess they have caller ID. That is just rude to hang up on your customers. I would suggest that if the franchise owner is reading this to look into it because that is not good business. Very unprofessional. I decided to wait a couple of minutes and call from a different number and what do you know, they do answer. She promised me $ 30 credit for making me and my employees wait 2 hours for pizza. Of course there was no credit up until now which is why I am really upset. Not for the $ 30 but for the lies and empty promises. Shame on you Pizza hut for allowing this kind of customer service. By the way when the order came in, the pizza was almost cold but the soda was still cold, and the driver said«sorry for the wait but there were ‘issues’…» hmmmm you be the judge.

Called in to place an order for 1 pizza, the girl immediately tells me that I should go online instead and hangs up! My son really wanted there stuff crust so I sucked it up and went online. They had what the call an online special for 9.99 carry out only with 2 toppings … Sounds perfect right? Not! I order it with pepperoni and salami and when I hit check out somehow my total was 19.87… Umm I thought the deal was for $ 10! How did it double ??? No explanation on line for this mess up or in person … Not impressed

We ordered 3 pizzas; 1 stuft crust, 1thin crust extra sauce, and 1 gluten free. The stuft crust was very mediocre. The thin crust had barely any sauce and was burnt. The gluten free pizza was also burnt. They remade the extra sauce pizza and didn’t put extra sauce! Then they told me the gluten free pizza burns in their oven! Don’t dare order Pizza Hut pizza. It’s awful, little Caesars is better than this place

10 delivery orders 10 wrong orders. You wait for pizza 90 minutes and they bring you whatever makes it into the keep it hot bag. Now you call to explain the incorrect order and you get«Oh well» attitude. Chino Hills Pizza Co. is way better. I’m done with this crap service.

I honestly don’t remember the last time I had Pizza Hut before this — my cousins were really craving for it and hence we decided to come here. We had called in before we went to go pick up our order. It is easy to locate from the Grand Avenue but if someone is not from the area it can be bit confusing in regards to entering and exiting the complex. It has its own private lot for parking [also shares it with other businesses], hence there is ample amount of parking. There is no seating available, also garbage was spread across everywhere by the entrance area. We had to wait 10 minutes after getting there for our order to be ready. Pizza was crispy and well done. The cashier must have been having bad day or something because she wasn’t quite friendly. We tried to make small talk with her but she was very blunt with her responses. She was little greedy in regards to giving the red pepper flakes and the Parmesan cheese — I mean we had ordered 7 large pizzas so one would think that we will need more than just 5 packets of each. My cousin asked for Marinara sauce and she said that there is an extra charge of $ 0.50 per one tiny plastic container. That is ridiculous — did they always charged extra or is it the recent change? P. S. Pieology over Pizza Hut.

It all depends on who is working. They make their own rules about honoring online deals and or coupons. Sometimes they honor them sometimes that don’t. They usually don’t honor online prices. Also I live 1 mile away and apparently I am not Able to get delivery because I am not in their region. The second closest pizza hut is 8 Miles away. Go figure.

I honestly don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews, but I guess everyone has a different experience. Out of all the times I’ve been to this location, there hasn’t been any issues and the people who work at this location are always pleasant. Also, the pizza’s are ready faster than estimated half the time. Keep it up!

3 stars because our last visit. Mind you, are previous visits have been great(but that’s only when it’s Josh working). He always knows how to do our pizza right. Which is extra crispy and well done). This last visit we had was the worst experience we’ve had there. Placed out order online, & called right after to have them do it well done. Called and called. Multiple phones. No answer. When we got there, we rang the buzzer over and over again. We could hear the phones ringing from outside. We must’ve waited outside for 5 minutes ringing the buzzer just to get inside. Our pizzas were ready, but had to wait for them to put it back thru the over to make it well done. No lie, while waiting about 10 – 15 minutes. The phones did not stop ringing. & still no one answered. Could’ve just been the lack of staff that was scheduled. We did get a couple free ranch for the wait, which was a plus. Josh should get a raise/promotion!

Every time this manager is running the place they consistently have no pizza. Imagine that for just a minute!!! A pizza place without pizza. After paying for the 3 of us it took 15 minutes for pizza to be placed on the line and it was only three total. Simply not worth the spend at this location for sure!

Called in two medium pizzas one pep the other pep, onion and green pepper The pep pizza was without cheese. Well I called in and they took care of me for next time. Ordered two mediums for $ 6.99 each. Pretty decent deal because I got a super supreme, and one 5 toppings pizza! The super supreme was kinda doughy, though… It wasn’t cooked thoroughly. So I called in, spoke to the manager, and Jason told me that they’d make me a new one… I brought in the pizza with only two slices missing and got a new one, and this time it was cooked thoroughly. I had to drive there twice, but it’s nice to know that these people are concerned about their customers. I was told to tell them to make the pizza well done for super supreme to make sure it was cooked all the way because there are lots of lots of toppings. I thought the kitchen should know that because, hey, who orders a pizza and expecting it to be medium rare? Anyway, that’s not a biggie. Most definitely would come back.
