Ordered a Cajun pasta with chicken and it was good. But the table ordered these new loaded chicken wings, Similar to loaded potatoe skins, so they had cheese bacon, sour cream, etc. and they weren’t too delicious as we though.

This is my go to place for happy hour! Staff is all super awesome and food is great. Gets busy during high profile sports games but the happy hour is a great deal if you can get a seat in the bar!

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Even on busy nights like Saturdays and new years eve we’ve gotten in rather quickly and the service has been good. Their food is fabulous and their prices reasonable. Join their prepares program and you can earn points for drinks, appetizers, and meals. The 2 for $ 20 deal is good. It gets you am appetizer with two meals. Check it out!

Last week my dinner was cold. When it did come out everyone in my party had finished. They also forgot my bread. Manager did give me a free dessert. Decided to give them another try. This week have been waiting 40 minutes for dinner. Gotta find a new bar to hang out.

Food here is always great; service is always great; nothing to complain about. Places that I visit I tend to visit more often because I get the same service regardless on what day or night. Food: chicken crispers all the way, unless if there is something new on the menu. Whenever Chili’s has something new on the menu; or gets advertised; I always tend to order it the next time I am there and the best part; its never disappointing.

This place is the pinnacle of «corporate food». I will start from the beginning. Twas a thursday night and my family and I could not decide where we wanted to go to dinner. I suggested Chili’s since my parents and I had not been there for about 10 years. Back then we used to go here all the time, but for some reason which I can’t remember, we stopped going there. Anyways we walked in and gave the hostess our info. My father and I walked over to the bar to order drinks. Him and I ordered beers, and we also ordered a «Salty Dog» for my mom. We ordered and the bartender disappeared to the back of the house, presumably to look up how to make a salty dog. She brings us our drinks after waiting for a few minutes, and the Salty Dog does not have any Salt on the rim of the glass making it a gray hound. The only difference between a Salty Dog and a Gray Hound is that there is salt on the glass of a Salty Dog, duhh. Clearly this bartender did not know her drinks very well. Why have a full bar if you cant even make drinks correctly? After this we returned to the waiting area, our party was called and we proceeded to the booth. The hostess informed us that our server would be with us shortly. We sat in the booth for a good 15 minutes until finally we got frustrated enough to flag a waitress down to order appetizers. We ordered the onion rings and the white queso spinach dip. After we ordered this OUR server finally came to the table and asked us if we were ready to order. What a cluster*$@#&. We told her we ordered appetizers from another waitress already but we were ready to order our Entrees. We all ordered different things and then the wait began. Our appetizers came and we were not impressed. The server brought us the onion rings, of which you only get about 10 for a price of 7 dollars, and the dip. But they did not bring the chips for the dip for another 10 minutes! Jesus christ… At this point we were all quite frustrated. We waited another 20 minutes for our food to come, the ticket times in this kitchen are god damn ridiculous. Finally our food comes, and it is all barely luke warm, I did not even say anything to our waitress, who wouldnt have cared anyways, as I didnt want to wait another half hour in order for them to warm up my food. Cold food, long waits, bartenders that dont know drink recipes. This place is awful, I now know why we stopped coming here years and years ago. ITSUCKS!

Came for dinner with the family on Saturday night. The wait was 10 minutes not bad for a party of 6. Our waiter was nice enough kinda clueless, but he got the job done. I see all these reviews complaining about the Service and food. It’s not a 5 star restaurant you get what you are paying for. In my opinion our food was good not great but good. We got nachos and Texas cheese fries and chips and salsa all good. From burgers to the mango tilapia to the chicken crispers to their new tacos all pretty good. We even got dessert the baked cookie with ice cream. All for $ 86 bucks now all that good and leftovers with decent service I’m not complaining. So if you want to take your family for dinner and don’t want to spend a fortune then go to Chili’s. Just don’t expect 5 star food with McDonald’s prices.

TOOSALTYFORME The chicken crispers, southwestern egg rolls, buffalo bites were all SALTY. To the point where we had to eat them in tiny pieces to avoid the overload. The staff here are nice and apologetic about the food. It’s not their fault. But we won’t be back. Unless we have a gift card like today. Even then I think I’m going to skip the food and just get a beer. The kids meal sliders were pretty delicious lol thick moist burger on a Hawaiian style roll.

First of all I haven’t been here in over 5 years. We used to go all time. Had to go to the bank and a spur of the moment decision to stop here. It was mildly busy. First Thing I noticed was we had to wait to see if anyone was working to seat us. After waiting someone finally arrived and sat us down. Second thing was the décor and menu changed. Which was a nice surprise. They menu was a little overwhelming. I loved the kiosk on the table that allows you to look at the menu, play games and pay. We sat and waited again. I asked the hostess if we could get a waiter, she went to go look. I saw a waitress running around at all these tables she came over to Us with a big smile and was very friendly. It made up for the waiting. She even brought us chips and salsa for waiting. Since we waited so long we ordered quickly since we had all that time to look at the menu. Food came out quickly, the manager brought it to us. It wasn’t the greatest and it wasn’t the worst. I had the smothered carnitas burrito and a margarita. The carnitas didn’t really have any flavor to them. The verde chili with the rice and sour cream made up for the tasteless meat. The margarita was ok. I asked everyone how they liked the food. We all agreed it was a 5 – 6 out of 10. The major bright spot was Erica our server. She still had a smile on her face after taking care of all those tables. Most likely I won’t return.

Been here multiple times with parents and friends. We always get the 2 for $ 20, 6oz steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes. For the price it’s pretty good and tasty!

First time at CHILIS with my BF and we both loved it. The Dr. Pepper BBQ ribs are so good! I got ribs with corn on cob & fries. My BF got 6oz steak and half rack of ribs with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, Everything was well cooked and delicious. The steak was well cooked and soft! I Plan on coming back, Overall great service. It is Way better than Applebee’s.

Worst experience ever!!! It took 1 hour for my wife and 2 kids to get our meal. I ordered medium rare steak and got a fully dry cooked steak. The only words that were coming out of our waitress’ mouth is sorry. I will never go back.. I’ll just go to Applebees.

Being new parents, my husband and I try to do date night every few weeks. Last Thursday, we decided to go to Chili’s and do their 2 for $ 20 meal. We ordered tostada chips and guacamole as our appetizer, baby back ribs with potato wedges and honey Chipotle chicken crispers. Our server Netta was very nice and attentive. We ordered chips and guacamole and she gave us an additional side of salsa. My chicken crispers and fried were nice and extra crispy like I asked, but tasted like they were defrosted. I guess that’s normal for large chains like this. Overall, I enjoyed spending time worth my husband, but wished the food was better. They also have these new tablets on the table that you can play games on while you wait for your food. We played 2 games and GOTCHARGED99CENTS. There was no warning that we’d be charged. Kind of upsetting.

I don’t know if chili’s just went through some big customer service transformation but we just had the best dining experience. We sat in bar area in a booth. I prefer sitting in bar because of the sports and laid back feeling. Right away the server took my beer order while I waited for my family. Before I could blink a tall beer was brought to my table in a frosty mug. It was a busy Friday night and everyone was hustling. Truly a team effort. I ordered the low calorie steak with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and salad. It was delicious. Wife had the ancho salmon and said it was great. Kids enjoyed kids meals. Every Friday my son asks to go to chili’s for dinner and we usually decline his request because we like other types of food as well. I will have to listen to him more often. Try the pretzels. Happy eating! Update of last review. Hockey was on in the bar area but it wasn’t too loud. Much more comfortable this time.

I have been putting this review off for over two months now. Chili’s bores me too death, so much so that I don’t even want to Unilocal about it, but here goes. Came here with the in laws for lunch, though I would have rather eaten pretty much any where else in the area. Clean and new interior, service was fine. The food, as per usual at mass chains like this, is no better than food you get out of the grocery store freezer or cafeterias. Prices are way too high for the horrible quality. The menu, the same crap all chain restaurants like this serve, salt laden, no love put into preparing the food, no thought to make anything unique or special. I have tried several of their apps, none worth the money or calories. My husband had the pretzels and said they were the highlight of their meal, tried a bite, warm and soggy. Also the new skillet cheese fries, where’s the cheese, and why are they still soggy? I had the salmon and broccoli, obviously nothing to get at a place like this, but nothing really called out to me as worth the splurge, limp overcooked broccoli, everything no flavor, other than salt. My husband had the fajitas, again just salty. The inlaws had steaks and whatever else, wasn’t paying attention, just ready to get out of there, but they enjoyed it as they always do. No way I would ever come back here, paying that much for such a low budget meal is just not at all worth it.

The service wasn’t bad I only have a couple complaints about it. When I finished my drink I did get a new one quickly but my table quickly accumulated four empty glasses that now Idley sat on my families table. At least I still had a new soda bring me to my next problem not service related but soda related the syrup must be low on all of them because all their flavors from coke to dr pepper were horrible. My brother and I ordered burgers that we’re not bad but I felt so bad for my dad and his half rack of ribs with French fries. The presentation just looked boring and not exciting. I mean ribs really sell themselves but these clearly did not. My dad ordered the original half rack, they were dry and it’s not even the dry rub half rack! I will probably take my family to the one in diamond bar and check out their half rack maybe they don’t make boring ribs.

Came here on a Sunday after church, there was quite a wait even though the place wasn’t packed. We were a large party but they accommodated us fairly well. The server was very patient and attentive(we had 4 children in our party). She got all our orders right and was always checking up on us. The food is typical, can’t complain. The restaurant itself was clean and modern looking, they had tablets on the table for kids to play with, you can even order food and pay your bill on it.
