Giovanni’s Salon and Spa

I love Giovanni’s! The scalp massages that the stylists give are unbelievable! I’ve had wonderful work done by both Grey and Melissa and all of the staff are warm and friendly. The owner, Letty, came by my chair herself to make sure that all was well and introduce herself. I can’t say enough good about Giovanni’s! I’m very happy that I found it.

Cindi was fabulous. She listened to my concerns and ideas and suggested a color, accents and style for my hair. She did a perfect job. It is an art and she is a real artist. I came in with my natural black color and dull cut, I came out with an amazing cut, color and style. I feel like a better version of myself already. Thanks Cindi!

Let me start off by saying I was a little skeptical at first since this is my first time coming here. Giovanni’s Salon is AMAZING! Letty and Grey colored my hair and I absolutely love the job they did. Letty’s staff was super attentive and very detailed. I came in because another salon messed up my hair and Giovanni’s fixed it! It took them 5 hours to complete the job and it was definitely worth it. If you’re looking for a salon to color treat your hair this is the place!

I’ve been familiar with this Chino Hills salon for the past 15 years from my husband getting regular haircuts from Victor. Also, my kids go here too, getting haircuts from Annette who is great with kids. However, it’s only been in the past few months that I have started coming here for my hair. I had decided that I needed to simplify my life and try a salon closer to home, rather than driving into Orange County. I have had my hair cut and colored by both Victor and Letty. Letty did my hair most recently and did an excellent job with the color, weaving in more blonde. It’s very natural looking and not striped at all. I have also referred other family and friends in the area and they have been very happy with their results as well.

I have to say this is the best hair salon I’ve ever been too! First off Letty has an amazing group of woman working there and creating fantastic hair! My favorite stylist is Annette. She has transformed my hair many times into amazing colors! I can’t express enough how worth it, it is to get your hair done here. My hair originally was a darker burgandy red when Annette first started. She changed my hair to a beautiful ombré since I wanted to go lighter. Then we transformed my hair into a platinum blonde and after we did that it was a little too light for me so we added low lights which was perfect! Annette is so amazing that after all of her hard work to get this beautiful blonde I tell her I want to go bright red! LOL She loves me though because she did it and did an amazing job at that! You would think I would be done with my crazy hair change, but no. I then had her chop my hair off and take me to a copper color which was freaking awesome. I’ve always wanted to go short and I never had the guts but Annette works wonders and really pulled it off on me! I’m sure Annette thinks I’m crazy because after all of that I asked her to bring me back to blonde lol!!! So now I’m a Blondie with a cute short hair cut and I am so in love! Thank you Annette for all your fabulous work. Ask for Annette you seriously won’t regret it.

I love going to Giovanni’s. Letty has magic fingers. I always walk out of there feeling beautiful.

Elizabeth was my stylist she did a fantastic job. She also worked on my wife’s hair doing a color and style and on my two children. She knew exactly what she was doing was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Elizabeth to any looking for a great stylist.

I have to say Ashley is amazing! She’s super professional, knows what she’s doing and its my honor to call her my friend!

You can’t go wrong about coming here. I am exceedingly picky. Being a Leo (haha) I take a lot of pride in maintaining my hair. Letty and the staff at Giovanni’s are absolutely wonderful.
On my appointments I’m greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist (even offered refreshments), and tended to fairly quickly.
My favorite part is possibly the scalp massage during the shampoo process. Letty totally understands what style I need– even when I myself don’t know what I want! All of the girls are friendly, there isn’t a product they don’t have for whatever your hair needs it’s amazing. Definitely don’t see myself going to any other salon.

There’s lots I can say about this place but if I am asked to put it in a single word it will be AMAZING. Service, people and results have always been without a doubt amazing. I was recommended to Letty by one of my co-​workers and I can’t thank her enough because after putting my hair thru some bad colors and results I am now happy as I have found the one hair dresser that has actually give me the results that I have been looking for. It’s difficult to find the perfect stylist but I can say that I found mine and recommend her to everyone…

Always a pleasure to get my hair done at Giovanni’s! I went in to go from a Summer blonde look to a more Fall blonde look and I was not disappointed. Letty and her team are pure professionals and like family. Thank you for my new Fall look.

I bounce around salons a lot and can’t seem to settle. Dropped in on Grey today for a cut and color touch up. She was super sweet, accommodating, patient and got my hair just right. Will return

So I made an appointment with Annette on Wednesday (I know, I know… Last minute) but anyway, they got me in. Thank God because today I came in and Annette did my hair (an up do) and it honestly turned out so much better than I even imagined. I highly recommend Annette because she is so creative and she’s such a perfectionist but she’s really fun too. We’re always talking and when I’m on the chair it’s never a dull moment. Come see Annette– you won’t regret it.

I can say with all honesty that at Giovanni’s is a place of good service and kind staff. I recommend making appointments rather than walk-​ins. I made an appointment for Sonia in advance for today and could not have been any happier with the finished product! She is truly passionate in what she does and really took the time to make sure my hair would turn out great. I will surely come back to Sonia specifically whenever I need to get my hair done. When she was done with my hair, I could have sworn she had used magic to fix it.
Yes, for some services the process is long – yes, sitting in place gets painful after a while. However, because of the final result, I can’t even complain!

I have been coming to my hairstylist Lorraine for three years now because it’s hard to find a hairstylist who brings to live the visions you described and desire. Lorraine is a professional who takes her time to get the results you want from color to the cutest trendy hairstyle. I also simply love her shampoo wash, it’s extremely soothing and relaxing.
Giovanni Hair Salon is a welcoming and clean environment, right off the 71fwy which makes it convenient. Definitely the hair salon to go to!

I moved to Chino Hills not too long ago and was in desperate need of getting my hair trimmed and cut. I am due with our first baby in less than 2 months and I figured i should take care of myself before the baby comes! I Unilocaled for salons near my home, and Giovannis came up with great reviews. I called and was able to get an appointment in same day.
When i arrived at the salon, i was pleasantly surprised with how big the salon was. And what i appreciated the most about my first visit, was how welcoming and kind everyone was!
Ashley was my hair dresser and i am so happy with my results. She did a great job and she was so very sweet and friendly. I brought in a picture and she did an amazing job at making it look similar to what i wanted! I look forward to going back to her to get my hair colored soon!

I have found a new salon! I am a very simple person, and I didn’t want anything drastic. Letty was very sweet and listened to what I wanted. Not once did she try to push something on my that I didn’t want. I walked out of that salon today feeling so confident. The was an extra bounce in my step (probably because of the extra bounce in my hair.
The salon felt like a family, and I felt really comfortable in Letty’s hands. Everything was fantastic. From the shampoo to the style, I was never nervous for a second. I will be coming here for all of my simple hair wishes, and even the big ones when I decide I want a change. Thank you all so much for sprucing up my hair.

Let me start by saying that I have been coming to Giovanni’s for years now. I have always gotten the split end treatment because my hair is very long and I never wanted to lose my length.
Well I decided that it was time for a change and desired to cut my hair with the addition of wispy layers. I was nervous because I had never cut so much length off and I wanted to make sure that it would come out exactly as I wanted. For women with long hair, it is a huge deal to make the big cut.
I came to Letty (who had always done my split end treatment) and showed her a picture of the look I was going for. LET ME TELL YOU, it came out EXACTLY the way I wanted it. She understood the vision I had and executed it perfectly! I had never left the salon so happy and excited for a new look.
The salon itself is always such a pleasurable environment and the stylists are all so nice. I definitely left a happy customer.
