By far the best service I’ve had at a pharmacy. I call and they get my meds ready quick, and are always super friendly unlike the rite aid on mangrove.

Don’t allow people to sit in the drive through pharmacy while you fill their prescriptions. It should be a pick up and drop off aisle ONLY!!!

Thank you for your kind and caring staff. Being open 24 hours helped my father get a good night sleep that has been needed for three days … They took the time to assist me and speed up the process in my fathers emergency. I truly believe if you weren’t open my father would of been back in the hospital. Thank you for working with us please don’t close your 24 hour service because I’m sure there’s a lot of others that need your service. I love this store! They always greet you when you walk in and have something good to say as you leave. They are helpful when looking for certain items and their shelves are clean and organized. I love that they are open 24 hours and I really like the manager Savina. Keep up the good work everyone!

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. They ignore the people standing in line and waiting for prescriptions. I will never come here again. I was the only one waiting and it took 40 mins to fill an antibiotic.

I miss the Walgreens on Esplanade. They were always fast and friendly. Since it closed I’ve been coming to this poor excuse for a pharmacy… Right now it’s 10:00 am on a Saturday. There was one car ahead of me in the other lane. I have been sitting here for literally thirty minutes(not an exaggeration.) and have not even been acknowledged. Very poor service…

The fact that my friend got her medication was amazing. She’s too old to use Unilocal or anything of the sort, but I feel like I need to post for her as she told me of her woe there last night. After 8 hours at Enloe for her mother with Alzheimer’s, she needed a prescription filled and came in. Employees behind the counter of the pharmacy messing around, not helping anyone(if you’re not on the clock then get out of the area, if you are then do your job). Anyway, she waited an hour and a half for Meds for her mom and endured the unprofessional, unthoughtful, un-empathetic actions of multiple employees working in the pharmacy both while waiting to hand in her prescription and while waiting for it to be filled. I get that some employees aren’t authorized to do certain things, but if your clientele is people needing medicine and clearly not wanting to be there longer than need be, don’t be oblivious to that, I guess is the point. At least pretend like you care. That goes a lot further than assuring them that you don’t.

This review is for the pharmacy. I was in there on Sunday September 6th. I picked up a prespcription for my boyfriend. When i got home my boyfriend told me that the number of pills was incorrect. I called the phamacy as soon as we noticed the count was wrong and as i explained the problem to the pharmacy manager(TALLEROLDERMAN) he interrupted me and told me in a rude voice«you need to take it up with the person who prescribed not me» I continued to explain to him why I thought the pill count was wrong and he again interrupted me very rudely telling me in a very rude voice that it is only a 20 day supply. Why he couldnt tell me that from the beginning i do not know. I have never been spoken so rudely to in my life. Also note he never even let me tell him who the patient was before he started to rudely interrupt and talk down to me i then call corporate and leave a message and get no return phone call. I find this very rude customer service. Especially coming from a pharmacist who stated he was the pharmacy manager and there was nobody else i could speak to. I will never shop at walgreens ever again.

If I could give them negative points i would. I tried to fill a that keeps me alive. No it is not a narcotic. They desided that it was written incorrectly and that i was wrong on how to fill it. I had the specific directions from the company and specific directions from the fda on what to do and they did not want to lissen to me. They were filling it incorrect exactly as the manufacturer said not to. It took me 4 visits to them and 3 phone calls to get it halfway correct so that i would not need to jave a er visit. It is just stupid you csn not abuse this med. I will not be going their any more. I hope that no one has any more problems with this store and get injured from it.

I was dismayed to find my roadster, that I had just washed, covered in sap. The bushes/trees they planted during the remodel apparently are all sap-bearing. If they want to fix this, it wouldn’t be very expensive, and it would show that they actually read people’s reviews…

The printing quality here in the photo dept is horrible. Got christmas cards done here on «card stock» which costs extra. The images I inputted were professional, high res yet the printing looked very grainy like something I could have printed on my old school ink jet printer. Even the font(which is a pre-done walgreen templete) was grainy and hard to read. Also, the card stock prints come 2 to a sheet and you have to tear apart yourself which creates unsmooth, unprofessional edges. The card stock isn’t really that thick either, especially compared to cards you would buy on sites like Zazzle or Minted. And there’s more… the card was not centered on the paper so a good amount of the image was cut off on one side and bottom of there card(half of my husband was cut out of one of the images on the card). I takes a lot for me to complain, but I took them back to the lady at the counter and she said«they are not going to be perfect». She reprinted them again(I would have just preferred a refund but was not given that option). The cards were the same the second time around except that a TINY bit more of my husband was able to be seen on the card. What a joke. An expensive JOKE. If you are getting cards done here… do not pay extra for the card stock. Horrible.

Went here at 3:00 am to pick up a much needed prescription. You couldn’t have asked for a nicer person, Jim, to help you out. He was patient and had a great attitude. Also the other people working at the counter were very pleasant too. Great experience from someone that came to town to help a friend in a hospital.

I went in this Walgreens location to get my photos developed. The ladies at the counter seemed kind of condescending and rude when I asked questions and mentioned a coupon online. After I picked up my photos I noticed that several were blank and half printed on the negatives and at least 3 – 5 prints were missing. I called in to inquire about that and the same employee told me that it was probably because the person who took the photos took them in too dark of a place and they didn’t come out. I told her I knew for a fact that several of the pictures were taken in a plenty bright space and I could tell that some of the negatives were half there and yet the pictures that matched the negatives were still not in the package. She continued to repeat that it must have been because they were too dark and there was nothing she could do about it, getting rather rude. I said oh well and thank you and she promptly hung up the phone before I’d even finished speaking. I won’t be returning to that location again.
