Worst customer service ever!!! beware of Heidi in the pharmacy. I normally do not give extremely negative reviews, but she is beyond rude. I normally only use RiteAid pharmacy as they are always friendly and fast. By accident, my dentist sent my prescription to this WALGREENS instead of RiteAid. All I was trying to do was transfer the prescription. I walked up, and she said, Name? No, Hello, how may I help you, no friendliness, nothing. I explained how I just needed to get them prescription transferred because, honestly, if you’re a total bitch you don’t need my business. She looked at me and gave me a dirty look. She said, You’ll have to call to get it transferred, I don’t gave time for this. I was like really??? I asked to speak to the pharmacist and dear OLD Heidi glares at me and says, «She’s over there, duh.» WOW. I ended up speaking to the assistant manager who was no help and acted like an immature kid, not a manager. He didn’t care this medication was important. He said, Oh Heidi will never apologize. I have many many relatives and friends in Chico, all of whom will boycotting this Rite Aide. And 5 of them are pulling their prescriptions from here. DO NOT GO TO THEIR PHARMACY!!! BEWARE OF HEIDI

Amazing customer service in every department!!! This is my favorite walgreens in town. The staff is nice and always greet me with a smile :]

Waited in pharmacy while being told just a little while longer for a total of over 2 hours only to find my fathers prescriptions would not be filled, with little explanation offered.
He is a kidney transplant patient and we are familiar with the ins and outs of the pharmacy and have come to accept a 15 – 20 min window acceptable for notifying a waiting customer that their order won’t be filled. Asking someone to wait longer than that is a deliberate waste of time. A short haired woman with South African accent seemed to provide a highly negative air to the whole experience. We will be transferring all of his, and our families meds away from this store.

Great customer service!!! Asheley helped me out with all my questions and was very patient! Will make this my to go store. The store was also very clean and well organized which is a huge plus. :-)

I like Walgreens well enough. I applaud them for not going through and implementing the deceptive marketing practice of «User Rewards» cards. I just find the variety lacking somewhat.
