Total newbie here and I was helped out by Mr. Dicaprio and let me tell you, he deserves and Oscar for his customer service. They set me up with a mod that fit my needs, not too cheap but not too expensive. I sampled multiple flavors (more like 35) and found a few that I enjoyed. Overall good experience, I will be back, even if it’s just to stroke his beard.

I come here almost every week and am never disappointed. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience and always feel welcome. They have an enormous selection of juice larger than any shop I’ve been to in the area, but I just about always get their juice line. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in especially if your new to vaping or just looking to get something new, they have flavors and mods for anybody’s needs. Every employee is extremely nice attentive and very helpful. They’ll always been the #1 shop in Chico for me and hopefully you!

Came in expecting to nust be wowwwwwed because my son’s girlfriends father highly recommended this place. The place set up is super cool but the customer service absolutely sucks. Both times i came in i was greeted but nothing after that. The guy actually acted bothered that I even had questions. And the lady was more interested in whom she was sitting with than helping me. I ended up only going twice that was enough for me.

Totally rad place. Ben is a super star and even set me up to where i quit smoking cigarettes all together. it would be awesome to see some more flavors like apple of my ice by Vape Wild or D40 juices in the store. those are just two great flavors but im sure as time goes by they will continue to up the amount of juices they have! amazing place and ill go nowhere else!!!

I love this place. Such a good atmosphere, if you’re into vaping. Hazy when you walk in, billiards table, two huge TVs, vape bar set up. The employee will chill with you and let you try as many flavors as you want. I go here every time I need new e-​liquid.

Ben and Melanie were very helpful getting me set up. Great prices on the equipment. I’ve been in a few times with friends before deciding to make the switch to vaping myself and was always impressed with their knowledge, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor. Great selection of juices and an all around good vibe. I’ll be a regular.

So first a foremost let me say I’ve been vaping for about 4.5 years now and have a pretty good grasp on the scene. I will say this store is absolutely gorgeous and it’s obvious they put quite a bit of cash in to remodeling the place. Juice selection seems large but a lot of the stuff I tried was flat out not very good. I’ve had better elsewhere in town and online. Staff was friendly initially but once you make a purchase it’s like you don’t exist. I was hoping to have someone to talk to about rebuilding and other more techy stuff about vapes. The girl in charge of rebuilds had only been vaping for 2 months and had done less that 10 rebuild total (yikes). Overall cool looking shop, not too stoked about the knowledge level. Not sure what they are going for.
Side note: Been to shop in yuba and this one. For some reason there prices here are wayyyy lower than in yuba. Some of the stuff I’m not sure how they are making a profit off of it.

Great looking shop, but lacking in equipment. There’s an appearance of a large variety of juices, but very little room to customize anything. The staff has been nice every time I’ve been in there, but lacking in knowledge of much else besides what’s in the store. Even the knowledge of modifying what equipment they do sell is very limited. Some knowledge about watts, volts, etc. is vital to being able to explain how a battery can be used.
Ultimately, if you’re new to vaping they’re a good place to start. They are a reasonably priced retail type establishment. It’s a rare thing anymore to find a store that can beat online prices, but this place is right around msrp.

Chico Netvapes is amazing! There’s much to be said for extremely knowledgeable, friendly & caring staff who take pride in providing support for their customers & what they have to offer. They’re always willing to spend the extra time with you in making sure you understand everything fully & completely to help you with your new products/​venture.
They have designed & created a beautiful, (constructed & visioned by them) extraordinary shop which provides a comfortable, fun & chill environment.
They have the best liquids & flavor selection around (from what I’ve tried at various places anyway) some of my favorite liquids are their in house creations.
If you haven’t yet– you should really check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is awesome! Great selection of juice. Really friendly staff. Nice selection of gear. They have a large wooden bar and comfy couches. Lots of beverages too. My new favorite vape shop. On par with shops in sf and sac. Picked up some Sutter Buttes Reserve, and Free Mason’s Elixir.
