I’ve been coming here for some time and they never fail to treat me with the BEST service. Dealt with James tonight but the other guys Jason and Austin have always been great to me when I have an issue or just need more supplies or knowledge.

I feel like was screwed over. Saw a box mod I really liked online, walked in hoping to find it, and they did. I just wanted to pick it up, but the guy took a while with the person he was helping, which I guess is good, but he didn’t even acknowledge me. I found the mod and had to wait a solid 5 – 10 minutes for someone else to come in to sell it to me. I just wanted to be in and out, not worrying about the price. Having seen it online for $ 50, how much worse could it be? Well it seems it was marked up a significant amount, to the point of me reconsidering purchasing it afterwards. I chose not to get a receipt, but it seemed like I paid almost double for it. They did offer me customer service by offering a coil build, so the attention to detail is good. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place to anyone I know who vapes.

I love this place! They have the best juice hands down and amazing customer service! I went in a while ago and Austin was helping me out and he was so nice and knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was taking about. I got exactly what I wanted and now know exactly how to use it and take care of it. I will definitely be coming back all the time and will recommend the shop to everyone!

Very patient, great customer service! Helped with getting a set up and thoroughly explained the operation of device! On our way to being non smokers! Let me sample all the juice flavors until I found just the right one! Highly recommend these guys and gal!

Have completely stopped smoking cigarettes thanks to A&M Vapes. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to everyone.

this was my first vap experience and overall it was a good one I just wish I would had found this place sooner friendly customer service and love my new vap pen and vanilla custard e juice I can definitely kick my cigarette habit now

Good place to get the vape juice & filters but as far as buying the vape pens I use the internet. it’s way cheaper but I do like to the variety of juices & the different levels of nicotine. plus if you start a 5 stars card they always send deals to you

I have had the worst customer service ever! I’d never recommend to anyone to go here. There were a few guys working, who had their friends or people they know there and I basically was ignored for 15 minutes before I asked for help. And it seemed like I pissed them off for asking for help. I bought a tugboat rda and went home. Came back the next day because my center post started to spin. When I went back in they told me it was a clone. I was upset that they didn’t tell me that it was a clone before I bought it. The guy said well ya it’s a clone that’s why it’s so cheap. And they wouldn’t give me my money back, or even exchange it. I was so upset. I haven’t been back. Nor will I ever.

Only shop in the area I really trust. Some of the reviews on here are kind of sketch. While I agree with some of the negative stuff overall this shop is really great. It’s a small mom and pop shop. For those complaining about not taking returns it’s vape stuff. Anyone who has been vaping for more than a year knows things break. A small business like A&M can’t just take returns on every single thing like Walmart. That being said they have been really good to me in the past for getting me discounts and helping me out where they can.
I also have had several friends quit smoking through these guys and their level of knowledge on vape related topics in unparalleled. For real though every single person that works there seems to know their stuff. Certainly more than the other shops I’ve been to in nor cal.
If you are looking for a straight forward B&M that has great house flavors and a knowledgeable staff this is it.

Ok so first and foremost this is not a complaint about the staff or the products. This is a complaint about who ever is in charge of operations at this location. I have been a would be customer 2 times now trying to buy a new vape and there’s one guy working and the poor guy is trying to literally help 10 people at once. I waited 45 min just standing there while the guy runs around like a mad man. Would not be a big deal if it wasn’t my second visit doing this whole waiting for an hour thing. Moral of the story if your business is this busy maybe paying for some part time help might be in your best interest because your going to lose sales and customers and eventually the poor employee who your running through the ringer. Never coming back.

Started vaping to quit smoking and first bought a cheap one from a smoke shop. Wished I had gone here first. Very informative and great flavors.
Now the smoke shops no longer get my business thanks guys.

I visited both locations. They both exceeded my expectations and I was shocked! It is very clean inside and smells pleasant. they’re focused on helping people quit smoking. Cody is very knowledgeable and will help you decide what vape is best for you. We are smoke free and want to tell everyone who has tried to quit smoking, go into A & M Vapes and experience what they offer. I was very skeptical and now I am telling everyone to at least try it! You can feel better and quit smoking easy!

I have to say my first experience here was awesome !!! Shop is clean and very personable. I sampled almost every flavor and the best part they carry my coil size.

beware. they charge twice as much as same product elsewhere. Won’t refund faulty products under 30 days even though employees said they would. sold me incompatable juice for the tanks and coils without telling me until I came in for refund due to repeated malfunctioning of their products. just beware. Their customer service is lacking if you have a problem with their product.

Love this place! I had a problem with a tank I got there and they replaced it no problem. I love the key lime and blue monster. Do yourself a favor if you smoke go check this place out.

Nice location and retail space inside. The folks working are informative and helpful. I only can’t give 5 stars because of the limited flavor selection. I have faith they will expand their selection in the future so I’ll keep coming back.
Parking is easy most days.

Great location, good selection with multiple liquid types available. A&M Vapes has a responsive owner that knows the business and treats customers with respect.
With time I would love to see the store mature into a legitimate vapor lounge. The good ones in large cities have the following: unlimited testing of all liquids /​PG /​VG in house mix as well as 3^rd party liquids.
An actual lounge area with couches is also needed because that’s part of this culture. Chill time turns into $$. Seen it hundreds of times before. Vending machines and energy drinks are good too. Membership programs never hurt with loyal customers receiving some sort of incentive.
Other than that I would like to see more Kanger products carried.
Brick and mortar stores tend to be great in a pinch, but those who are truly still addicted to nicotine know that better prices can be found online — particularly for atomizers and liquid.
Still though, I’ve always appreciated having a local store so I don’t mind paying slightly higher prices to support local business, as well as the realization that having a physical retail space costs money which is inherently passed on to the customer.
Great shop, great owner, great location! Can’t complain.

There are few moments in my life when I am impressed with how a person or business conducts itself. A&M Vapes is a shop like no other in Chico .I came in with a cry for help with my vaping setup… Enter Aaron, one of the owners, his specialty is juice making. A mixologist of excellent E — liquid. He listened to my gripes about my current setup… and kindly… not arrogantly educated me on what the deal was… he hooked me up with a great unit. He even showed me how to build my own coils. Almost seemed like the reason he was there today was to help ME! Great store. .Great Guy’s…if you vape in Chico… this is the only shop you will want and need to go to… I will have no problem giving these guy’s my money… Thanks Aaron!
