My fiancé and I were in this store over the weekend and experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Dwight who seems to be a regional manager was rude and did not take kindly to that we were just starting our search for a bed. We were not looking to buy but he gave us a really hard time about leaving. He was pushy, rude, and. obnoxious. We asked him to write down the model name so that we could come back and look at the same one at a later date. He refused! This location will never get our business.

Since birth, all of my mattresses have been handed down, acquired from relatives or provided by an academic institution. In other words, I do not have any mattress-related shopping experience until now. And if all my experiences are going to be as good as the one with The Bedding Experts then I may have to start saving for a Sealy Posturepedic. The people who work here are just awesome. I walked in here Sunday in search of a «split» Queen box spring since my old non-split box spring did not fit up the stairs to my new pad. Thomas, the salesman that day, was informative and truly wanted to help me get a cheap box spring with as little hassle as possible. I finally talked him down to $ 100 and he promised to have the box spring halves in store the next day between 3 – 6PM. When he realized he totally under-charged me, his manager said it was OK and chalked it up as an «in-house special». I pretty much got the box spring at cost and he said just to tell my friends about them. Well, friends — consider yourself told! The next day, I called TBE’s at 2PM and Joe(the nicest, most enthusiastic salesperson EVAH) answered. My box springs were in! All I had to do was scoot over and he would help me rope it to the roof. What a painless experience! Thank you, Thomas, Joe and everyone at The Bedding Experts. You have my seal of approval and my true appreciation for helping me get my mattress off of the floor!
