Cute well maintained little place on morse Ave. There is parking in the family dollar lot. The staff pays attention to detail I have perfect looking nails when I leave. I think they tend to go the extra mile with the message and the customer service. It’s relaxing non rushed atmosphere. I highly recommend an apt as it is smaller size place appointments are recommended. They offer eyebrow threading and waxing, facials that are amazing as well. This place is great easy to find!

My favorite nail salon! The atmosphere is calming. The facility is immaculate. The service is very friendly. And they do a terrific job with nails and threading. I appreciate their punch card loyalty program. I won’t go anywhere else!

Great service. Small and clean place. They give you these warm neck pillows and short massages throughout the process. $ 12 regular manicure, but I paid $ 6 extra for OPI infinite shine… Supposedly is going to last longer than normal nail polish (we’ll see). I will definitely visit again.

I still love this place. Both threading and waxing of eyebrows are phenomenal. They always ensure that the service is done right.

This was one of the best manicures I’ve ever had! Towel and hot compress on your shoulders as soon as you sit down and a shoulder massage at the end while your nails are drying. I got the no-​chip and they look great! They really take their time to make your nails look great. The staff is very friendly and they have a punch card system for pedicures, manicures and no-​chip. Buy 10, get one free! And they keep them there, so no need to worry about carrying it around! It’s a very clean spot. It’s definitely my new nail spot, and hopefully waxing, too!
Update: one of my no-​chip nails chipped the next day. I had planned to go back for a pedicure the next day (because I didn’t have time the day I got my nails done) so it was an easy fix and they happily fixed it. The pedicure was not the best. I had to ask her twice to dig out my ingrown toenail (gross, I know) and she still didn’t do it. I need someone to really get in there and she did not. Took off one star for this. It’s still the nicest place I’ve been, but I wish they would do a better job. Still got the massage as my chipped nail was being fixed.

I came here for a mani, pedi, and eyebrow waxing. The mani and pedi was VERY thorough and my eyebrows came out gorgeous. My only complaint (and reason for not giving 5 stars) is that I was here for 2.5 hours. If you’re in a rush, I wouldnt stop at this one. However if you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet, and thorough experience, The Pure Salon is the way to go.

I get my underarms waxed at this spa and it’s always great! They use only the cleanest items and the middle eastern women who does the waxing is a master! Always gets every bit of hair and always fast. I never breakout like other places and she knows what she is doing. I have very sensitive skin and the wax irritates it very bad. I started going to this place, right around the corner from me and now I wax once a month and no more ingrown hairs and no more pain. The waxing is only $ 13 for both arms and some places charges like 20 – 25 for that. The staff is great and it’s real clean and nice. Must try place

Came for a mani/​pedi and was very impressed. There were lots of little extras that made the experience wonderful… massage chair for the pedicure, hot towel on the shoulders for the mani, and a shoulder massage during drying.
The customer service is amazing… they asked if I wanted to pay before the mani to protect my nails, and when they saw I’d worn close-​toed shoes, they carefully sprayed and wrapped my feet in saran wrap to protect them on the way home.
The place is a little hard to find. You can park in the big lot with the laundromat and dollar store and then walk east until you see it.

I came here for mani/​pedi and eye brow thread. The staff are always friendly and very welcoming.
The place is calm you won’t hear the staff arquing or gossiping like in many other nail salon. they always did a great job and accommodating and very detail about their work and worth what you paying for and they give you punch card too.

Wonderful service each time I go. I get my nails and eyebrows done here regularly. Recently, I started getting pedicures and they are equally thorough and well worth the price. Excellent salon. Call and make a reservation first.

Pure Salon is the best! In addition to a perfect manicure and pedicure you also get a lovely neck massage. I’m a regular and know no better place. It’s calm and relaxing. Highest recommendation!

So happy to have this lovely, clean nail salon in the neighborhood! What sets this place apart from the other $ 35 mani-​pedi places is that it’s clean and quiet, without loud reruns of fill-​in-​the-​blank blasting, and without the nail technicians jabbering back and forth to each other, and it’s relatively fume-​free since they don’t do artificial nails. They take their time and do a great job on my nails. But don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. It will take at least an hour and a half for a mani-​pedi. Sometimes longer. Also, there’s free parking!

Best eyebrow threading I’ve had. They are really pollite, and she even gave me a 5 minutes face massage when she put the lotion on my eyebrows. I will definitely return.

Went back again today for regular maintenance which consists of eyebrow threading and a mani/​pedi. This has become a twice monthly routine that I completely enjoy. I cannot speak to another review of a «cuticle butcher» as I have had almost everyone in the spa provide various services at one time or another and have never left with punctures or any discomfort. This time the owner took care of me herself and I could not have been treated with more attention and a very friendly approach.

A little treasure in Rogers Park. I felt so pampered. At the end of our visit for a manicure and pedicure, I felt so relaxed! They have all the little touches that you would find in a high end spa! Just wonderful!!!

This little place is a gem hidden in plain sight.
Located across from the Morse Market, one wouldn’t think that this little, unassuming spa offers the quality and service you’d expect from a high end salon on Michigan Ave. However, that’s what my mother and I recieved when we visited for mani/​pedis.
Though it may be tiny, it boasts a massage/​waxing room, mainucure stations, pedicure stations, a makeup/​threading station, and then some.
The décor is pleasing to the eye. Its modern and simple and when you walk through the door, there is a faint (but not overwhelming) scent of tea tree oil. The color palette is calming, inviting, and hip.
The cleanliness of this spa also is something to mention. There is always someone cleaning and tidying up.
During our treatments, we were offered massage, warm rice heating pads for our neck and shoulders, and our choice of hot or cold drinks. They took their time buffing and painting our nails. Which btw, this is not the place you go to if you’re looking for an express ANYTHING. They take their time and they do their job to perfection. Anyway, when it came to our pedicures we were treated to hot towels, sea salt scrubs, and all the trimmings. Come to find out, thats just their BASIC pedicure.
All in all, I had an AMAZING experience and cant wait to come back. I mean, my nails look photoshopped! Our mani/​pedis were $ 35 which is an awesome, afforable price.
Also, they give you a punch card so that after so many visits, you can get a free treatment.
Give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

I found The Pure Salon and Spa while searching online to get a Brazilian Treatment done locally, instead of my usual location in the downtime area.
I was recommended to see Shah perform the service for me @ 1600 hrs., which she was there 10/​mins. sooner then my appt. time.
The service & courtesy that I received from Shah & Natashka (sp) was beyond my expectations. Not only did I get the Brazilian Wax Treatment, but, I went ahead and had an Eyelash Extension; also,
The location, cleanness & décor, including their professionalism & care of my service’s were impeccable & warranted me making another appointment before I left the establishment.
I highly recommend this place!!!
