I have never had a bad experience with subway. I can say this is the worst sandwich I have ever had. Ordered a 6 inch veggie patty sub. The Italian bread was stale, patty was cold and undercooked, olives were heavily salty. There are other subways nearby and lots of other food options at OTC, should go somewhere else.

Guy tried to tell me a 6 inch blt came with 2 slices of bacon. So not only is this subway more expensive than the average subway, they put less product in the sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other restaurants in this food court.

Nothing that really stands out about this place, except the crudy staff. I only come here because I’m a shameless cheap ass and I can’t pass up a cheap lunch, no matter how poopy the food is. For a guy who eats 6-meals a day, I get what I can. What I noticed multiple times is the crummy staff. Each time I’ve gone, during NON-peak lunch hours, the staff has me standing there waiting, while they talk amongst each other about who-knows-what, since they don’t talk English. Oh well, get your food when you can, and GTFO.

This subway is the cleanest subway i have ever seen. They put lots of veggies on your sandwich. not like other Subways. Also their service is pretty fast. I give them 5 stars.

Not one of the better Subway locations. Fewer specials overall, and the ones they do run are limited. They are also quite stingy on optional toppings. $ 1 for a tablespoon of guacamole. Lots of great alternatives in the area. No one has to eat here.

Wow! The Flatizza is a piece of crap! I might as well make one at home with leftover bread, tomato sauce, pepperoni, and cheese for free. Sorry Subway, I’ll stick with real pizza.

Dirty restaurant. Some of their meats were turning green. Terrible staff. They skimp on everything and pretend like they can’t understand you when you ask for more than 3 strands of onion. The worst thing however is that they refuse to participate in any of the promotional offers that are advertised on TV. Everything is always overpriced. AVOIDLIKETHEPLAGUE.

Being situated in Ogilive, this subway operates purely to serve the volume people that pass through Ogilive or work in the immediate area. That being said during lunch hour or peak travel times, have your order ready, or they will get mad at you. They herd customers in and out like cattle. Regarding my rating, I give this 2 stars because they are notorious for small portions and distortion of the subway sandwich.(I’ll ask for black olives on a foot long and I will get only get 3. You must ask for them to put more of every veggie on). Also, as previously described, there is no customer respect, they want you in and out.

I consider myself a connoisseur of Subway restaurants. I have eaten Subway everyday for lunch at least four days a week for the past 7 weeks and been to a variety of Subways around the Loop. This has to be one of the worst. The workers blatantly ignore every request for«lots of», «extra» or «more». They start with fewer ingredients than other shops in the first place so asking for extra pickles will take you from 2 to 4. I agree completely with Rohit, after repeating yourself over and over to get the sandwich right, it’s a sloppy mess and the contents are generally outside of the sandwich before you even pick it up. Finally, I get that it’s the train station but if you’re skimping on everything, there is no reason for the 40 cent up charge compared to every other Subway in the city. Do yourself a favor and walk a couple blocks in any direction.

These guys make the sloppiest sandwiches… the bread is usually completely mangled and broken… the toppings are carelessly thrown into the sandwich and usually any specific request is completely disregarded… for example, «easy on mayo or NO oil»…and the most frustrating part is they don’t seem to care! I am going to try and figure out how to to upload pictures of the crappy sandwich they made!

I am a SUBWAY fan! I was in the area and stopped by for a quick lunch! This place was filled with Subway workers, bread makers, cashiers, order takers, small line quick wait. I ordered the Subway club on wheat. Of course, all my toppings were there, but in addition, my surprise they had the marinated hot peppers… theses are my favorite on a sub. They don’t have theses in NY sub shops. The sandwich artist hooked it up for and was good food, great spot for a quick lunch.

This is fine, I guess. I really don’t expect a lot from Subway — just listen to my order, prepare my sandwich as I ask you to, and — oh yeah — LISTEN to my order. I get annoyed when they ask 3 – 4 times ‘do you want cheese’? How about this: don’t ask until you are ready to listen. I know, the job is a bit monotonous and you may just ask out of habit. But, come on, the line will move faster if you only have to ask once. And if I want every freakin’ spice on my sandwich, I’ll say ‘put every freakin’ spice on my sandwich’. BUT, if I just want, for example, pepper, I’ll just say ‘pepper, please’. This doesn’t mean that you should put every freakin’ spice on my freakin’ sandwich(see«LISTEN» above). All said and done, $ 4 for a sub where you get to pick all of the ingredients is fine — just expect to repeat yourself. Oh, and don’t take your eyes off of your sandwich after it’s made — otherwise, who knows what you’ll end up with. Revised to two stars because they no longer participate in any of the sandwich sale promotions that Subway advertise. Forget that — now it’s too expensive! I’ll not go back again.
