This subway is great! The staff is always friendly, and the food is always fresh!

It’s not particularly difficult to be a Subway restaurant. Okay so you might not be able to control the occasional bad employee and sometimes lines are long and full of impatient, hungry people. But there are things you can control.
Such as the quality of the fresh ingredients you put in my sandwhich. This location appeared to be rather slow, but the lettuce was brown, the flatbread was of an odd and un-​flatbread-​like consistency, the onions were as dry as the skins to which they once belonged, and the whole mess made my stomach hurt.
In a city with such a high concentration of Subways in the downtown area, this one should be ashamed.
