ZEROSTARS. Ordered a pizza sub with pepperoni meatball sauce and cheese and they took ten minutes to understand the concept and even they they didn’t get it right. Also ordered a cold cuts sub and got some heated version of crap with one type of meat on it. I tried to get it corrected and left after they clearly showed they still had no idea what they were doing. Please get your lives together and learn how to make the most basic of subs. My goodness.

This location does not serve mayonnaise. If you ask for mayonnaise, they will, without asking substitute«lite» mayonnaise. These two are not the same, at subway, or anywhere else. They stopped carrying real mayonnaise about 6 months ago. It’s unacceptable that they would do this and even more unacceptable that they would then substitute lite mayo onto a sandwich when a customer asked for mayonnaise. The two are very different, as you can see: LIGHTMAYONNAISE: Water, soybean oil, modified food starch*, distilled vinegar, egg yolks, eggs, salt, spice, potassium sorbate*, phosphoric acid*, calcium disodium EDTA, DL alpha-tocopheryl acetate, extractive of paprika, soy lecithin*, phylloquinone. * Ingredient not normally found in mayonnaise. REGULARMAYONNAISE: Soybean oil, eggs, water, distilled vinegar, salt, sugar, spice, lemon juice concentrate, calcium disodium EDTA If you want real mayo, the location on 300 N Mich does not either, but the location in 233 N Michigan DOES, and the location at the Blue Cross building a block east on Randolph does have real mayo. And can anyone explain to me why they feel the need to put your sandwich in a plastic bag? I can’t believe that in 2015 with all the green this, green that, that people need a sandwich that’s already wrapped to also be put inside of a clear plastic bag. Then worse, some people then put that in a grocery bag(because the clear plastic one doesn’t have handles? who knows why)? Uhh, people. it’s a single napkin and a sandwich that’s already wrapped and even taped shut… if you can’t carry that without putting it in a bag: YOUNEEDHELP! Save the environment: say no to the sandwich bag. No matter what anyone says, these bags are not recyclable. Additionally, if you ask for«no bag please» at this store the clerks feel the need to make a point to ask why or snicker at the fact that you’re capable of carrying a sandwich 100 feet without needing to put it in a plastic bag.

Good service, aren’t too busy at lunch which is nice. Not much else to say here, it’s a standard Subway, location is underground in Millennium Station, they take credit as well. Just be careful, its hard to understand some of the employees, so make sure they aren’t putting stuff on your sandwich you don’t want.

This is the Subway in the Thompson Center. In my opinion, their sandwiches are sloppy and their service is slow. There are other Subways and sandwich shops the offer better food and faster service. The employees seem not to care about the customers.
