Really great staff! Very nice and personalized, I came In once and the next time Keke remembered what I wanted. Im a sucker for amazing customer service.

I stopped in today for an egg salad sandwich and an ice water before court. The barista blew me a kiss. That alone was worth a star. Small and busy place, inconspicuous entry, table and coffeebar seating available, WiFi of course, quick service, consistent with the brand, and FRIENDLY!:) Just the kind of cool, calm, and collected experience I needed before dealing with the suits at Daley Center.

Since the first review, i have been back. Better interaction with customers which i love. I definitely have my favorites. I would have definitely given 5 stars but nothing has changed with the one barista who was the sole purpose on why i wrote the 1^st review. Her attitude is very very bad. She’s taken care of my order a few times since the last altercation and i must say, someone needs to teach her that when working for a company where you assist customers that you will see everyday, get the chip off your shoulder. Shes made my drink and sat it there without calling my name. She’s purposely serviced someone behind me when she saw me standing there. It is ridiculous, she could never work for me with that attitude. I must say she makes the team look bad. Everyone else is absolutely epic from the managers to the baristas. My office and patients go there all the time and some patients have complained about her as well. bad for business but all in all i am pleased with the change i have seen and i will be back every single morning :-) good job

Naturally, as many others have said, I go here every single day almost. Never did I think I’d end up being a gold member until I went here. every day.
I’ve discovered all of the Starbucks’ in the Chicagoland have really nice baristas, which I highly appreciate, but nevertheless these baristas (or what do you call a male barista?) are the best!
Not only are they friendly, but they’re downright respectful and I love that.
I know they see a lot of people every day, but at this location I can definitely tell them, «hey, I want green tea» and when they ask me which kind I can confidently tell them to surprise me.

It’s a very small place but I never stay because it’s conveniently located in my work building.
They are super friendly, and although it gets busy around 8am they are quick so you are always in and out

Über friendly (even out-​going baristas). Nice space, if not small.
They got my friend’s drink wrong and then they «corrected» it without any difficulty. The corrected drink was also wrong. My friend (who frequently goes to this Starbucks) explained that they normally get drinks right.

Best Starbucks in the Loop — very friendly, polite and helpful staff, and great baristas.

Avoid this Starbucks unless you’re planning on quickly stopping in during off-​hours! It’s teeny tiny and has no seating area — only a tiny stretch of table space where you can stand and awkwardly wolf down your blueberry muffin while people in line brush by you and glare at you for taking up the precious floor space.
I like to linger a bit when I go into a coffee shop (even if it’s Sbucks), but this one just screams «GTFO.»

You’ve seen one Buckie’s, you’ve seen them all. But wait! This Starbucks has the most friendly man working the cash register. He’s so friendly and upbeat. The type of friendly and upbeat that you can tell annoys the hell out of his coworkers, but for me and the other worker bees it was a nice little pick-​me-​up.
Keep up the pep, dude!

With out this Stabucks, i would not survive my life. I work in the same building so of course i visit this location AT LEAST once a day.
I have had pretty good luck with the staff. They are really nice, and make my Café Americano just the way i like it. Maybe it’s because they know me… maybe its because they are awesome.
Don’t get me wrong It has its downsides— they recently did a remodel and it is very awkward during the morning rush. They were using some sort of mic system but that was a fail because i had to tell the cashier my order anyway… and it wouldn’t get made until that point either. They have ditched this process. Thank god.

I say BOO THIS STARBUCKS!
While a majority of the staff is friendly, you know what they say… All it takes is one person to ruin it for all the rest. Or in this case, two.
A few weeks ago, I went in and there was a very pleasant man working the register who was clearly new. The «shift leader» was incredibly rude and condescending to this man, which was off-​putting to me. Whatever, I left my tip, and I hope it went to the newbie.
But today was the final straw. I ordered my iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. Can you please tell me why it came with two Equals instead??? The incompetent buffoon who wrote my order on the cup said that was what was called. I know for a fact that is NOT the case.
A ten minute wait for the WRONG order? Unacceptable. I do not appreciate a bad attitude when I was being polite. I took my WRONG coffee and am currently sulking. BOO THIS PLACE!
