It’s a very busy Starbucks, however staff took time to chat with me. He asked me how to spell my name and he ended up spelled wrong –__-’ it’s not the fastest Starbucks but not too slow either.

Arrived from California and wanted a frap since it was hot outside. I got an email from Starbucks which gave me a 15% discount and the barista working said she could not take it. Then I waited 15 minutes while she just Stood there and was counting her money from the cashier. It was ridiculously rude and they paid not attention to the customers standing behind me. They don’t clean the condiment area either.

Yes they have Starbucks coffee, which is serviceable, but they don’t participate with their Gold or Green program so you can’t get any benefits like free refills. They’d rather just gouge you again and try to charge you for another drink. Real nice. Just great. Thanks.

Great location sadly that’s the best part of this Starbucks Kiosk, from the moment I arrived and after a few minutes to witness the performance of the baristas I knew its was going to be a lackluster experience. The inability of the staff to understand clear spoken English should have been an indicator but my drink of choice is so simplistic that even the most inexperienced could pull it off. I want a «tall no foam latte» no «I want a «tall no foam latte» lucky for me I was in a position to observe the disaster as it developed but I wasn’t completely sure she was making my drink so I watched as she poured a steel cup of soy milk that would fill a grande cup perfectly, looking around I wondered who ordered this concoction and walked away, as I watched the struggle to pour the drink she smiled and offered it up to me, again I stated my order«I ordered a tall no foam latte» she nodded and spoke yes yes I then repeated my order and stated that she used soy milk and poured a grande she politely agreed. Ohhhhh I make you a new one lucky for me my flight was a few minutes from boarding and after the third attempt and some coaching we made the product and it was okay. I sleeved it and boarded my flight only to find it to be cold not warm not luke warm it was cold the sleeve had concealed the temperature so when the flight attendant asked me if I wanted something to drink before take off I traded it for a Jack Daniels and Ginger!
