Very good for a quick bite. Got a fairly reasonably priced(for airport fare) spinach and feta croissant and a Simply Orange juice on a very early morning layover. Croissant was decently hot. Tasted good. Decent selection of options. Good breakfast sandwich varieties. Better than having to pick up fast food. Agree with a previous reviewer… You can avoid the typical fast food stomach ache on your next leg by stopping here. The line was long but it moved briskly and I found the older ladies working there to be sweet. Ample seating area on the G concourse, too.

My cheese pizza was reminiscent of my early elementary school cafeteria lunches. The dough tasted fine, the cheese was cheese and the sauce lacked any sort of flavor. I expected so much more from Chicago. I wish I had chosen the other place down the concourse, it boasted Chicago style pizza so perhaps I wouldn’t have been disappointed. I simply wanted to eat close to my gate. I also chose a lemon bar, not bad, not great, but edible. If I layover here again I will read reviews first assuming I have time.

I don’t understand why this place has so many negative reviews. Stopped in for a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised by the sausage and mushroom pizza. Thin crust with a very tomatoey sauce, but just write as a snack. Granted, prices were high(~$ 10 for just a pizza), but service was fast and pleasant. Other food selections looked good as well.

Horrible experience at Brioche Dorée in Chicago Airport ORD. Le croissant est froid et grillé! $ 7 over-toasted dry croissant with cold cheese and ham at 6:30AM makes me wonder at what time did they started preparing the food. Too expensive for inferior sandwich. Service needs a lot of improvement, it was unpleasant. SKIPIT!

The employees argued in front of 20 of us in line. In 10 minutes not 1 person was served. One lady, the main arguer, wiped her nose with her glove and kept placing food in the display. I left.

Lovely salad with walnuts and oranges. My only suggestion would be to add fresh vinaigrette or if that is not possible, a bottle of olive and bottle of vinegar in the condiment area would do for dressing. I’m not a fan of the packet dressing(unhealthy, doesnt taste good). My partner had a tuna croissant sandwich which was delicious.

Had a flight out of gate C21 and decided to grab some breakfast here, as it’s located right at the gate. My banana nut muffin had a ginormous muffin top that was slightly burned and dry. But once I got through the top, the rest of the muffin was pretty moist and tasty. My cappuccino came piping hot and was almost too hot to drink, but I downed it anyway, as I am always too impatient to wait for my coffee to cool down. The steamed milk was nice and creamy, and I didn’t even need to add any sweetener to my drink. And I already started feeling the caffeine jolt before I even finished my beverage. Definitely a good way to start the day while waiting for my delayed flight.

Meh, I had a turkey sandwich here after my flight and it was very average. I think 2.5 is a very fair rating for this airport food stop. The service was quite slow and I did notice the employees taking their time and talking to each other rather than moving the line forward, which can be really frustrating in an airport environment. The sandwich itself was was on rye bread which was appreciated and was already pre-made, but the staff member behind the counter asked me if I wanted it heated up. I definitely appreciated that she asked rather than just serving it to me cold. She then set it on a grill and assembled it for me. It consisted of deli turkey meat, tomatoes, bacon and a bit of lettuce. It was a pretty expensive sandwich at $ 8 – 9, but typical of airport prices. There was no remarkability factor in the sandwich and it could have used some more spices, sauce or some element which would have made it pop. As a whole, it just tasted a bit bland and uninspiring, albeit it seemed like a healthy option. This isn’t a horrible place if you’re on the go and are looking for something quick, but my experience was just meh.

Bad coffee, mediocre sandwiches and unprofessional staff, rolled up under a good brand presentation. A piece of crap, rolled up in a tootsie roll wrapper. Where the hell is the manager. Pros: nice seating area, with heaters(no plugs) Cons: Mcdonalds quality food Coffee Staff /Management

This was horrible. I needed coffee in the worst way and was trying to stop at an underdog shop(not being starbucks). Seen the hit or miss reviews on here, but took a chance. Now that I ordered from a very rude lady coughing everywhere. I got a watered down sorry excuse for a vanilla lattee. I think it truly was just frothed milk. Any future travelers that stop here, just walk around the corner to starbucks. jeeze that was awful

The sandwiches, are pre made, but are actually rather good! I had an egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast croissant and a Smart Water, but still paid about $ 12. I thought that was a little steep, but then again, it’s airport food, so I expect it to be a little more pricey. The croissant was perfect and just the right temperature, although a little small. I think the main thing that I would change though would be the customer service! The woman at the counter was pretty crabby. She said«What do you want?» And was not nice! She was almost comically rude. Not a deal breaker, since the croissant was so good.

My first early morning review ever. And it’s not by choice. Came here during a layover at Chicago O’Hare and found that compared to some of the other food places here, it was reasonably priced. I got a small cup of coffee and a ham, egg, and cheese croissant for $ 7. They heated and baked the croissant after I ordered it and it was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of brown. The ham was a little tough but it was still damn delicious for a very early morning. Coffee was decent, on the verge of burnt but strong. I prefer this over watered down coffee any day.

The people that work here would clearly like to be anywhere else but here. Perhaps a career change? Not a single person spoke to me. They just stared at me to prompt an order then pointed to the screen for the large sum I owed for a croissant sandwich. It was quite good for a pre-made sandwich but the service is pretty horrible.

Premade sandwiches, hard as a rock scones and unfriendly service. Takes forever to get through line, as staff has no care in the world that most folks want to grab food and get on a plane.

Spent almost 10 bucks on a brie turkey sandwich. All the sandwiches are pre-made and are just heated up when you order. If you don’t want tomato or cheese they just remove it from the original sandwich. Make sure you don’t have any tomato or cheese allergy. Overall, I thought my sandwich was decent but for 10 bucks it better be amazing. O well I just wanted something fast where I don’t have to wait for a table. They offer a bunch of seating(hint: they are in the back)

Delicious sandwiches. My brother and I each got a sandwich(the tomato basil mozarella and the Tuscany) and split them so we could try both, and they were really good. We’re in New York, but when we fly back home I’m definitely going to get that sandwich again. Get your sandwiches toasted, because they’re even more yummy when they’re warm, trust me. They also had a wide selection of drinks and snacks to go with your sandwiches, and they sold coffee and teas. I would totally suggest Brioche Doree because I absolutely loved it. The only complaint I would have would be that it took FOREVER for them to toast the sandwiches, but once we got them they were great.

Just ordered the same breakfast sandwich(1 min after) the guy in front of me and the women expediting sandwiches flipped out that I didn’t tell her at the same time. Whataweirdo. I didn’t know I wanted that sandwich. Btw– sandwich was greasy and nasty.

As a near-constant traveler, I understand that airports mark up the cost of everything, due to the captive audience syndrome. That said, shame on you Brioche for taking it to the extreme… how could you possibly justify charging almost $ 5 for a Fuse drink that has a $ 1.49 street price… not to mention that there’s no price tag or sign anywhere on the bottle. I’ll make sure never to frequent your ridiculous price gouging foodery again.
