Piezano’s Pizza & Grinder

Very yummy pizza. Crust is good, sauce is ok, & the cheese they use is delicious! I really like the pepperoni here too. Cons, their selection of slices is hit or miss. Usually, they don’t have pepperoni which sucks for me since it’s my fav. Usually, they’ll be nice and make a pepperoni for some slices. The only problem I’ve had is that some of the people who work here are soooooo rude! I almost swore I would never go here again after one girl had such a nasty attitude with me. But, the great pizza brought me back. Order a pizza for carry out and they’ll have it ready for you in less than 20 minutes, yum!

The pizza still delivers on taste. The mozzarella cheese sticks, however, are not good. They use your run of the mill frozen variety and serve it with a decent marinara sauce. The sauce couldn’t save them, though.

Your Business is buy far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You left a family of five with no pizza and all u can see in my children’s eyes was hunger. It was 12/​17/​2015 family came home some from school others from work long day so I decided to order a pizza and reward my family with a pizza. I paid for it with my last 28.00 $ that my family had. Pizza man arises gives me the pizza and the sodas. I was handed the pizza as soon as the pizza was in my hands the box tilted a little and the pizza pie fell our of the box. The delivery man himself saw I was left with just the box on hand and pizza on the concrete floor. The driver immediately called the Manger Mike to explain what happened and his response was it’s not his responsibility to send a fresh pizza even though it was not are fault the box was improperly closed. So here is to you Mike and the young lady at Pizzanos let me give you a shout out that you left a family of five with no dinner that night and the thing was this was the last of my money and my family went to bed with no dinner thank you for you non ethical business ways and know that you need to improve your coustomer service and take into consideration that some people work hard for a living and don’t have the luxury of throwing away a pizza or 28.00 $ and tell your children there not eating dinner couse We spent are last dollars on Pizza we never ate. MARRY X MASS hope your family never goes through this.

This has been my go too pizzeria. I’ve been coming here for a long time and the taste of the food is just perfect. I love their pizza, it’s crispy and delicious. Glad they have new staff in the front counter.

Well, for the 3^rd or 4^th time this year, I’ve stopped in after work. Time varied between 2:30 and 5:30 PM. Went for slices and they were out of slices. NOT ONE. For a place that sells slices, this is weird. I know it’s not the typical lunch time (11AM-​1PM), but to have NO slices? This last time I kind of jokingly asked if it was something I did. The cashier didn’t get it. I explained that every time I come here, they’re out of slices. She said «I don’t know». Hmmm… I asked if there was a good time or bad time to come, as in maybe after «school» hours, so they are stocked up for students or something. She said «no» and added that maybe I can phone ahead and they can save me some slices. WTF? If they have no slices NOW, what are they going to save? And, if I order ahead, why don’t I just order a whole fresh pizza? Because – if I were to order a whole pizza, it would be from some place better and more reliable.

My friend told me to stop by here and visit this place. Glad I did, had some pizza and ribs. They had a lot of random food like mozzarella sticks and RC cola. I was in heaven, cute little spot. There is parking in the back and they also serve slices. A really home like place. Clean enough to not be a hole in the wall place but def has the home style appeal.

Pizza is amazing, light and great sauce. Will definitely be back. Came from California and was treated to greatness. They have a full menu.

Time & time again, I am left disappointed. This my neighborhood pizzeria & I decided to take my business elsewhere for the lack of pretty much everything. I unfortunately was willing to give them another chance today, since my order would b so simple… Guess what… My order was wrong again! I ordered 2 slices of sausage, 1 slice of pepperoni. Instead I got the opposite, I called & had to drive back to get the right slice. I kindly told the cashier I’m here for a slice under my name… This cashier didn’t event greet me FYI & she handed my slice with the rudest stare, she said absolutely nothing. No apology or thank you. In what business is this acceptable?! I also work near by & before would place my order with plenty of time so I could take my lunch appropriately, upon every arrival they would barely start my order… If I’m calling, I’m going with the intention of my order being ready. I mean a slice should not take 30 minutes when I was promised 10. This place is pathetic. Oh & the slices I picked up were cold. Worst service ever! They need to b educated on customer service & speedier food preparation.

I ordered late almost close to closing and they accommodated my timing very well. I still got home to eat a hot pizza:-). One of my favorite pizza places with awesome customer service. What they did for me made me like them even more. Lastly, I will continue to remain a valued customer.

Their pizza is good but I suggest picking up in person. I’ve never had a pizza arrive in under an hour and a half. Call and ask? They give you an excuse that you live too far. Phone service isn’t their forte.
Thanks, but I’ll go elsewhere who doesn’t blame me for the 90 minute wait.
To top it all off, they deliver the wrong pizza.

If I could give this business zero stars I would! I placed an order for delivery tonight and did not get what a ordered or payed for. I ordered a chicken parmesan but wanted to substitute the spaghetti for fettuccine alfredo. I was told it would be an additional charge, which I agreed to pay because I understand that alfredo sauce is more expensive (I managed an Italian restaurant so I know) I still received a chicken parmesan with fettuccine but no alfredo sauce! I called and spoke to Michael and he proceeded to argue with me and wouldn’t even let me talk. He did offer to replace my food but he was very adamant about how I could not touch the food if I wanted it replaced! Seriously? That’s pety. I understand small businesses are struggling to keep up with chain restaurants and there are a lot of chronic complainers that are looking for a free meal, but I did agree to pay for my modifications. He even laughed at me! I had my phone on speaker when I ordered so my sister knows that I made myself clear on what I wanted. I also waited 1.5 hours for my delivery and was not told that if I was paying with a card I would have to pay over the phone… actually I was never asked about the method of payment I would be using. The delivery driver was kind of clueless. He placed my food outside in 10 degree weather while I went back upstairs to settle my payment over the phone. The food was mediocre at best. Jalapeño poppers were dry and gross. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My wife and I went here to get some sandwiches for lunch. The staff was rude and condescending to us when we placed our order. My wife’s sandwich was not heated through and mine was pretty bland. The foodstuffs seem store bought and I’ve definitely made better at home. Way too expensive for what we got.

I got the submarine grinder for $ 5.45 + tax. It was pretty good. It was nice, warm, and filling. It took 10 min to bake though. And its a minimum of $ 10 for credit card use but there’s no sign that says that.

The pizza is really good and the delivery is quick.

I remember ordering from here back when I was a wee pup. Since I’m not currently in range for Giordano’s delivery (full disclosure, my fave), Piezano’s is a great substitute. The food was delivered fast and hot, and you can’t beat the RC. I’ve never had a grinder from here, but I’ve heard good things. The only downfalls that I’ve ever faced are the fact that there is no website
I’ll dig through the menu drawer anytime for this local secret!

So I haven’t tried this place in forever. and decided to last night since my normal place was closed. I order the house pizza extra thin. It came in less then an hour, was hot and with a free 6 pack of RC. It was very crispy and just enough of all ingredients.
Call taker was very pleasant also…
I would highly recommend this pizza joint =)

The only thing I like about this place are the kids working the counter, they are really nice neighborhood kids who have a killer sense of humor. Other than that, the food fucking sucks, I feel sick everytime I go here and the selection sort of blows. The pizza selection in Brighton Park leaves something to be desired.
