Lugano’s Pizza

First time trying this place. I wasn’t disappointed and if I tweak the next order it will definitely taste better. I ordered an XL pizza with half cheese and other half sausage mushrooms and jalapeño (very hot peppers) I eat spicy. I would recommend you ask for extra sauce as it was the only ingredient lacking. I only gave them a four star review because they didn’t get my order right instead of half a pie with cheese it was all over ingredients. So try the pizza with extra sauce. I’ll post a review next time on their deep dish pizza.

Average pizza. On top of that, it was cold as it took over an hour to deliver (even though we’re only a few miles away). Payment was also very difficult due to poor communication.
Do not recommend.

Order food at 6:35p.m thru grub hub and am still waiting for my food, no way to cancel how terrible is this place !!! Next time I will read the reviews, I’m actually scared to eat the food after reading these review

Man, I should of listen to the reviews. But here I go they took 1 hour 20 min an I’m like 10 min away. I’m not a jerk so I took it in. Cold pizza but I hate it. Don’t order here please

I don’t like writing negative reviews but this place was pretty bad. I heard their pizza wasn’t too good but I also saw they had sandwiches. So I ordered a ham and salami. Instead of real ham they used like little cubes of ham. Almost looked like pizza toppings. And the salami was actually pepperoni. Also pizza toppings. So the whole sandwich was pizza toppings on bread. Step up your game lugganos!

I am not even sure how begin with the problems of this place.
First I ordered for delivery. The person taking the order couldn’t even understand me when I said ARCHER AVE! Which anyone in Chicago knows Archer Ave is one of the biggest streets in the city. How the person taking orders can not know of this street should have been a sign for me to hang up right there. But sadly i didnt. So I ordered a pizza and a salad which they had a special on.
The driver showed up and delivered the food. He pulled the food out of the hot pizza bag. Including the salad which was now a very hot salad! I even told him why would you put the salad in a hot bag. He didnt understand a single word we said when suggesting a salad should not be HOT!
At this point i figured it was going to be a bust… and I was right. The pizza barely evne had sauce on it.
I have had bad experiences with ordering food before but this was the worst! Seriously… a HOT Salad? If you dont know Salads are not supposed to be HOT… you are in the wrong business.

Complete garbage. Waste of money. Believe it or not Pizza Hut holds higher standards than this joint.

Went here last night and got a XL Sausage and Mushroom Pizza. They have a special for a XL with one topping for $ 9.99.
Nice lady, but she doesn’t really speak English.
Pizza was a bit thicker than I like. Crust was bleh. Sausage had a nice zest to it, but pizza was still just blah to me.
We asked for water and she brought it in styrofoam cups and my guy opened his up after drinking like half of it and we saw something on the bottom. He fished it out, but it didn’t look like a roach, but maybe something like ashes… hmmmmm…
Doubt I’ll come back.

I use work at this place first «cashier» job never again!
I know absolutely what is behind the counter. Cockroaches!!! YUP, this was a summer job for me for about a month. I couldn’t lie to these customers. They are veryyyy seeking about their slices of pizza. IF you want a cheese slice and all they have is pepperoni or sausage they will literally take off the pepperoni or sausage and pop the «cheese pizza» in the oven for your PERFECT hot slice!
This place has a history of being shut down/​re-​open/​shut down NO JOKE!
