For the most part, I’ve dined in in their other locations and they’ve been your average fast food place. Service and food quality. However, at this location, there was an older man working the register that was really rude! I asked for a cheese slice and he responded very rudely there’s only sausage or pepperoni, and when I asked what they had to drink, he pointed very rudely to the fountain drinks saying what you see there. I then asked if they had any water he said no, just what you see there. My buddy was next to order and he asked for a soda and a water and guess what they gave him a water bottle! Really bad service! Food I had no problem with!

Horrible customer service. They charged my pizza and fries. Told me 45 min. An hour and a half later, They delivered only a pizza. Called and asked for my fries since the delivery man already charged me. Another hour later still no fries. Called and asked for a refund. The owner on the other line started cursing at me. 35 min later my fries are delivered even though when I complained. Not once did they ask for my name or address and I called from different phones. No I will not be eating these fries. And nope. Never ordering from this place again

This place has been around for many years and it hasn’t changed much. I like ordering the chicken sandwich or double hamburger. Most of the time delivery is within half an hour. My biggest complaint about this place is they usually mess up my order. I ask for no cheese and 3 out of 5 times they will put some on there. I also get my hot dog plain and they usually mess that up as well.

Bad service. Guys are rude. Got my food 1 hour and 40 min when they said 45 min. They didn’t get an order of wings when I ordered two orders. Didn’t call since they didn’t charge them but he clearly repeated my order when I called. The cheese is nasty. The pizza wasn’t even that good. I had way better pizza. The wings were okay. Never ordering from there again.

I’d always go to the Naty’s on Chicago and Wood, and I absolutely loved the food and service. I thought the same quality of service would be shown in this location and boy was I wrong. The register man seems like he has absolutely no desire to work there. Just asking him for a simple favor like making the food to go seems to irritate him. The food is great, which is why I continue to order there. My recommendation: order food for delivery and avoid going in shop at all costs!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered from there when we went to visit my sister-in-law because she said it was good and fast. Well wrong because when we got there and we said our name for pick up the guy kept ignoring us after a few people we asked again and the guy finally told us they didn’t make our pizza and instead of saying sorry he was still acting like a jerk! Well never again will I go there and the place look dirty!
