I was in the drive up and waited over 20 minutes for popcorn chicken. slow, lazy workers and need to be slapped I mean trained more on customer service. Now I got my food and I asked for potato wedges and I get mashed potatoes with no spoon. This pace needs to have the workers trained more and not just come in with a I hate customers attitude. I want to apply for manager just to get this place on track.

This has got to be the worst KFC in town. The wait is long, they never have food already ready, thus the misnomer ‘fast food’ and the food is awful. The management is a joke, not taking any complaint seriously. Don’t waste your time or your hard earned cash for over-​priced bad food

If I could give this place zero stars I would. EVERY time I come here they always say they are out of something or the wait will be 20 min. And when I say I’ll wait for the 20 mins it’s never that long. They are just lazy and don’t want to make it. Better staff would defiantly be the answer. Not a bunch of hood rats trying to sit on the clock and make a dollar.

Just a tad bit hood, but other than that it was alright.
I loved how it felt like the lady at the pick-​up window was yelling at me because her mic was turned up too loud.
If someone finds a 5 star KFC, let me know… seems like an oxymoron right?
