I feel extra compelled to write after seeing the low stars. I have never ever had a problem ordering here. It is never busy and whether I order in, call ahead, or order delivery, it’s so freakin fast. I would die without his location. It’s the only good sandwich place in the whole neighborhood. Also, I want to give HUGE props to the manager or whoever is In charge of making sure there are sprouts. There’s this horrible thing where many locations don’t offer sprouts. It sickens me to my soul. Fortunately, I don’t have that problem here.

Probably the worst customer service Jimmy John’s I have ever been too. They don’t ever include napkins with delivery and charge more than any other local Jimmy John’s. When I challenged them on the higher prices they lied and told me higher taxes for roscoe village, lol. Finally, they can take over 40 mins for delivery when I live .5 miles away and their bread and meats are frequently expired. Go to the other Jimmy John’s whenever possible

I order from here on days I work from home. «Freaky Fast» isn’t very accurate, as it generally takes 45 minutes. And they constantly mess up my order. I normally just suck it up when it happens, but I called once and the person who made my sandwich basically said I was lying. Thinking of giving Costello’s a try instead!

Two stars might seem harsh, but given that speed is a core part of the Jimmy John’s experience, this location is terrible. I have never had any issues with the sandwiches, but they take forever to deliver. I live 0.5 miles away and it often takes 45 minutes or more for the sandwich. If you are walking past, or doing pick-up, this location is fine, but do not order delivery!

Our order came an hour late. I had to call them and they told me they were going to call but their delivery driver had car trouble. No apologies, no extras. nothing. Sandwiches were soggy like they were made an hour ago and nothing was labeled.

Lots of people seem to have beef with this place. Not sure why. All of my experiences have been positive. Maybe because I take it for what it is, a freaky fast sandwich shop. I like the turkey Tom and thinny chips. I also have used delivery from here and it’s super fast. Only qualm is a JJ complaint in general– on a cold winter day I want a hot Sammy and soup.

Worst service ever. 45 minutes late when I placed my order online hours before the location opened. When I called, they gave no apology or explanation. The delivery driver was also extremely inconsiderate and offered no resolution or remorse for the delay. Never ordering for this irresponsible, rude jimmy johns ever again.

I love the Jimmy Johns near my work so thought I would try again. 35 minutes after placing my order online and not receiving the order, I called to cancel and was informed that they had already cancelled it. What the h&ll? I wish I could order from a different one but when I try they say they can’t take my order. Please close this Jimmy Johns so that we can order from a better one.

Ordered a #12. My daughter and I shared a 8 «sandwhich. I asked to cut it in half and put the avocado on one side, and they said they can’t do that… I had mentioned that, I’m paying for it… and they said no it’s there policy! Since when can you NOT order something on the side. Never coming here again!

This place rocks! I have been here plenty of times before but as of late is been awesome. A completely new crew and general manager have really changed the whole atmosphere. There super friendly and have better staffing to get everything done freaky fast. I don’t live too far from here so when I place a delivery it’s here in like 20 minutes! You can’t beat that. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a fast delicious sandwich.

I order delivery from them at least once a week. I think they’ve only messed up mine once, but I don’t typically special order things. They may have forgotten mayo packets I requested, and not to put tomatoes on my boyfriend’s sandwich once. Never really had a problem with delivery speed. I think the worst Jimmy John’s in the city title should belong to the one in Wrigleyville on Clark.

Simply incompetent. We have ordered from this spot about a dozen times and they’ve gotten it right maybe once. Also very unfriendly when I’ve been in the store. I don’t know if the owner is absent or simply uninterested but the people he has working at this location clearly show he or she couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. Sometime soon I’m sure I’ll be in touch with corporate to complain, and I encourage you to do the same.

Sandwiches are great but they have never gotten our order correct. Every time I order, they get something wrong; for example, we ask for the sandwiches cut in half, they forget to cut the sandwich in half, we ask for avocado, they forget the avocado, we ask for no lettuce, they add lettuce, we ask for no tomato, they add tomato, we ask that names be written on the sandwich, they do not, making it difficult to figure out who ordered what. We order the sandwiches online to avoid these kinds of issues. The receipt we get on the bag lists all our requests and is correct. Someone just doesn’t double check their work or the order before they send it out. And I am not exaggerating when I say every order I have put in online from this shop has always been wrong in one way or another. And I have never ordered more than 4 subs. I wish there was an other jimmy johns that would deliver to our house.

While I haven’t been to all of them, I really believe this is probably the worst Jimmy Johns franchise in the city. This place is destined for a corporate take-over. The bread, which is the heart and soul of Jimmy Johns, is usually overcooked or stale. The sandwiches are reliably made with very little care. The prices are higher than other city Jimmy Johns. The service is rude and slow. I am a huge fan of Jimmy Johns… but this one is just terrible and hurts the Jimmy Johns brand.
