The only reason I go to this Laundromat is because I don’t have a vehicle, so I’m trapped!!!
95% of the time only cold water comes out of the washers. This is a small Laundromat, but 30% of the washers/​dryers don’t work. It’s amazing to me that when you lose your money to a machine that’s inoperable and complain to the attendant on duty, they always say «Oh no, that machine is working»…Really, that seems a bit inconceivable considering you already have machines with «out of order signs» stuck to them. It would be really nice if someone would open a Laundromat in Andersonville that has machines that work and nice attendants!!!

This is now called Green Laundry. It doesn’t have hot water. I turned the washer to hot but the water was coming out freezing. I asked the guy working if the washer was broken and he said their hot water heater has been broken and all the water is freezing. No wonder none of our clothes were getting clean! It’s been broken for over a month! Good thing I felt the water today because I have been wondering why deodorant and other easy to clean spots like orange juice weren’t coming out of my clothes! I changed detergents THREE TIMES in the last 6 weeks
It would be if they were honest about things like that. They aren’t very nice here, either. Not that I care about customer service at a laundromat. I do need hot water though. Finding a new laundromat asap. Not a lot to choose from in Andersonville unfortunately, which is probably the only reason this place is still in business.

Good: Location. It’s in the middle of Andersonville. There are many places to go to while you are washing and drying.
Bad: Half of washers and dryer are broken.

30 WASHERS AND ONLY 8 WORKED! When I first walked in the lady that works there looked at me like what was I doing there. Which Prompts me to ask.“Are you open”? «Yes we are» She says…“Ok”… I come in and begin to look around for washers that work. I go to get change the machine doesnt work. I am like wow!!! The place is dirty as hell. My Rachel Roy shirt was ruined because there was bleach on the counter where I put my clothes at. I told the lady and her response was …“There is no bleach on the table” I just stared at her and replied «UHHHHH I didnt bring it in… never mind» I was disgusted. I could not believe a place like this exist in Andersonville. UGHHHHH!!! Then she kept looking in my washers. I finally asked what was she looking for and she played the she doesnt speak ENGLISH! WTF are you kidding? NEVER AGAIN!!!

I hate doing laundry. I come here right at 8pm (last load) and they’re always super nice. A lot of the machines are out-​of-​order and the change machine doesn’t work, but they keep quarters on hand and my clothes go home hot and clean.
