I first contacted Sean when trying to switch cell phones. There was a contact list 1000 customers long, notes, & calendar info. The problem is that I had entered the data on an unlocked palm phone & was switching to a samsung. After about 8 hours hoping that the best buy folks would be able to figure it out, I contacted Sean. He was able to transfer all of the data that I hadn’t changed the fields for & saved me many hours for a very reasonable charge. Some time later, a customer told me that he was not able to reach my web site. I tried on my computer, & everything worked fine, but I would get this message for a few months. Finally, Sean stopped by & was able to localize it to anyone who had at&t service. AT&T blamed my web host, The web host blamed AT&T, AT&T blamed the web host. The web host blamed AT&T etc. Sean figured out pinging data paths & some other technical gobbledygook, but«It’s not our fault» continued. I would have(& did) stopped there.(actually I wouldn’t have made it that far.) But… Sean said«I Just Want Things To Work» so… He contacted the Tribune What’s your problem” staff. Within days, the Tribune had the problem fixed. I guess buying ink by the gallon makes people listen to you a bit better. The link to the story is here. Bottom Line… Sean is dilligent, persistent, & in my experience successful. I do ok w/pipes, boards, & wires, but when it comes to bytes that bite, Sean’s my go to guy.
